Rod Rosenstein Steps-Up To Assist Mueller Attack Trump Over Roger Stone Commutation…

One of the biggest mistakes many people have made in their evaluation of Rod Rosenstein is separating him from the Special Counsel investigation run by Robert Mueller’s team of resistance lawyers. The reality is Rosenstein was always a willing active participant and co-dependent enabler.  [Thread Here]

Support for this foundational understanding comes forward yesterday as the former Deputy Attorney General showcases his support for an op-ed presumably written by Robert Mueller.

[Op-Ed Here]

[*Authorship is tenuous at best, and more likely written by Weissmann or Zelby (Lawfare) on behalf of Mueller] But for now, focus on Rosenstein.

Notice how Rosenstein positions his current advocacy as part of the Mueller team. This is critical; and unfortunately everyone keeps missing it. Rosenstein did the same thing in his Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

When you stand back it becomes clear, Rosenstein viewed his role with the special counsel as participatory. He was Deputy AG not only as DAG, but also there as a functionary – to facilitate the needs of the special counsel investigation.

This outlook, specifically Rosenstein’s internal definition of his role and responsibility, is why the special counsel was able to essentially take over Main Justice during the two year investigation. Rosenstein took NO ACTION that was not approved by his teammates.

This becomes key.

This becomes key because Rosenstein was an enabler for the plots and ploys being executed by Mueller’s assembled team. That’s how the Lawfare resistance group was able to set up shop and essentially run amok.

As Attorney General Jeff Sessions was firewalled; and Rod Rosenstein was a willing co-dependent enabler. The special counsel team was running main justice. Repeat this as many times as needed to absorb.

The special counsel team was running the DOJ.

When congress was getting stonewalled, blocked, and impeded from inquiry it was the special counsel doing the blocking. It was also the special counsel that did every release. Every strategic release!

The resistance team convinced Rosenstein that part of his role to help them was to block any inquiry into material they did not want released. If they defined it as adverse to their interests they controlled it. Rosenstein allowed this. Rosenstein facilitated this approach.

That approach included Rosenstein telling President Trump that he could not declassify any material that touched on anything to do with the Mueller team investigation. [Example Sept. 2018]

By aligning with the team of usurpers, Rosenstein blocked declassification of documents and helped the special counsel control the media narrative. It would be obtuse and intellectually dishonest to think Rosenstein was hoodwinked. He’s not stupid.

Rod Rosenstein knew what was going on behind the Mueller team’s closed doors, even if he was not physically in the room.

Additionally, another critical element to understand; that helps reconcile many challenging issues; was that every release from the DOJ during the Special Counsel tenure was only possible with the special counsel directing and approving the release.  Again, it’s worthy of repeating because this is a cornerstone understanding that is completely misunderstood.  This is another paradigm shift.

Nothing was ever released from the DOJ without a purposeful intent by the special counsel to allow its release. This includes the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages, and the information about Bruce Ohr which was released only a few days after the text messages.

This resistance group control also includes the redactions to all documents. The special counsel controlled all this stuff.  [Listen to AG Jeff Sessions in the video above]

Immediately after Brandon Van Grack pressured Flynn into signing the plea agreement (November 30, 2017), literally the next day, December 1st and 2nd, the Page/Strzok text messages were released. The special counsel was gaming this out. Controlling everything. Rosenstein was the facilitator.

The special counsel did all the redactions; the special counsel removed texts from releases; it was the special counsel who were selectively releasing and selectively hiding information for two years. Rosenstein was the facilitator.

It was the special counsel who decided to release the FISA application under the guise of a FOIA request. Again, a purposeful release. [Go look at it – release date Saturday July 21, 2018] Everything was being managed from inside the DOJ operation center controlled by special counsel lawyers. Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein was their shield.

Additionally from the Mueller Op-Ed, notice how the cornerstone of Mueller’s position is that Russia hacked the DNC emails and gave them to Wikileaks. Again, in this article published Saturday -critical of Stone’s commutation- the issue of importance is the Russia-Wikileaks angle.

This Russia hacking narrative had been the fulcrum position of the special counsel all along. That’s why this specific issue must be defended *AT ALL COSTS*, even through today.  Take away the “Russia hacked the DNC emails” narrative and suddenly the entire premise of the special counsel collapses on itself.

THAT is why the day after the special counsel provided the original report to newly confirmed AG Bill Barr, the very next day they grabbed Julian Assange and threw a bag over him.

Rohrabacher interviewed Julian Assange in August of 2017.  The Eastern District of Virginia (Dana Boente) initiate an investigation of Assange after Rohrabacher’s public statements about the meeting.   By December of 2017 a grand jury was seated, and a ‘true bill’ was the outcome.  The indictment was sealed on March 6, 2018.

The indictment remained sealed for over a year; until after the resistance group completed their investigation; which would have continued except AG Bill Barr now had oversight.

On April 10, 2019, the special counsel gave Bill Barr their original report (containing grand jury information).  On April 11, 2019, the U.K. authorities moved-in and arrested Assange.

They have been using the same old tricks since way back. If you really want to see history repeating itself here, buy and read Sidney Powell’s License to Lie book. Weissmann and the rest of them used the exact same tactics back then. Nothing changed from then to now.

How do they get away with it? The Rosenstein’s in DC. The Barr’s in DC. The Session’s in DC. The SDNY office. The Eastern Virginia office. That big blue wall completely enmeshed in the law enforcement community in DC. These are the things that allow this to happen. Corrupt people put into place by other corrupt people. Not just months of this. Not just years of this. Decades of this.

NOTE: Argue what you will about how Sessions wasn’t part of it, but think about this … In the Lord of The Rings movie, when Gandalf stood on the bridge and said, “You Shall Not Pass” to the evil in front if him, he saved not only his life but the lives of his friends. Now imagine Sessions being there where Gandalf stood. Imagine the Mueller team gearing up. What does Sessions do? He not only steps aside, but then watches as all that evil runs rampant among good people, and he still does nothing. Support Sessions, Support Corruption.

They are not stupid at all but they know that far too many Americans are woefully (and often willfully) ignorant of anything close to the truth regarding their whole witch hunt. So they keep pushing their Russia, Russia, Russia narrative because so many people are convinced that there is actually something there and that Donald Trump got away with colluding with Vladimir Putin in order to “steal the election”.

In the minds of vast numbers of people, it just “has to be true” because it is on the news all the time and it seems like all of the “smart people” believe it! Just like the infamous and absolutely false “Hands up, don’t shoot” story, if a lie is repeated often enough, many people become convinced that it is true.

Besides, the media is impartial and would have no reason to lie, right? (I am being totally sarcastic but it is scary how many people actually think that!)

      • Let’s not forget the three Rosenstein scope memos, two of which were never released until recently, giving Mueller clear broad authority to do whatever it took to take out the President. Those memos were probably written by the Special Counsel team themselves.

Since my innocuous and innocent exchange with the persona of Guccifer 2.0, the full text of which I released publicly took place AFTER the publication of the WikiLeaks disclosures and the content of the exchange prove no evidence of collusion or collaboration, and the fact that Mueller’s intensive investigation turned up no evidence that I possessed or knew about the content or source of any of the material published by WikiLeaks prior to it’s release, Mueller‘s statement today is a bitter-grape smear. If Muller had evidence that I was involved with Russian efforts to obtain and disseminate stolen data, why didn’t he bring such an indictment? In fact, Muller justified case being assigned to Judge Amy Jackson based on the fact that he would introduce evidence obtained in the “Russian hacking” case at my trial but NEVER produced any such evidence at trial. How many times can these discredited dirty cops recycle the same lies?

That is absolutely the frightening realization that we are confronting.

Earlier I too reached this same, sad conclusion, i.e. that, far from there being a powerful and constitutionally-legitimate governmental structure that is seeking to rein in a renegade ‘rogue’ Deep State, what we are actually witnessing is a fully-constituted, powerful, well-coordinated, completely operational, malignant, transnational, totalitarian STATE that is energetically devoted to reining in, by brute force and by all means necessary, the last few annoying, ‘rogue’ remnants of a once, passionately-free-and-Democratic America!

I just add in closing that this once, passionately-free-and-Democratic America now exists only in the minds and hearts of President Donald Trump and his fervent (but now restless!) supporters, both here and abroad.

  5. So does Rosenstein having the nerve to come out & maintain the Russia narrative mean he knows Barr has no intention of debunking it? Barr & Rosenstein were fairly chummy before he was shown the door. If Barr / Durham just end up taking out a few lower level sitting ducks for prosecution on specific charges without debunking the entire charade, it won’t be good for the home team or the country.

Barr is not our savior. The only thing he was good for was shutting down the Russia hoax. And he probably did that to further gain Trumps trust and stall even more leading up to the next election. I think when Trump wins he’s going to do something drastic, like let all the coup plotters go scott free. He’s hoping for a Biden win so this doesn’t fall on his head.

I’m sick of hearing that they can’t make arrests or make indictments within 60 days of an election. Does that go for regular Americans as well? If these people didn’t want to have an affect on an election then they shouldn’t have committed a crime. It’s their fault they are in the position that they are in, they shouldn’t get a pass. And Americans SHOULD KNOW BEFORRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEE an election if the party they are about to elect is a bunch of CRIMINALLLLSSSS!!!! How else do they make an informed decision?!?!?!?!?

If I was about to get my dream job and I got caught up in a case of mistaken identity would the DOJ wait until after I was hired just so it didn’t hurt my chances of getting hired?!?!?!? NO they wouldn’t!!!

We have to stop letting these people operate under a different set of laws and standards then the average American operates under.

And if Durham is afraid that these indictments might seem political then he probably shouldn’t be investigating politicians. Because no matter what day of the year or election cycle we are in, it’s going to look political. Maybe go look for a new job. I’m so sick of this garbage.

Bill, you repeatedly say “we must stop” and you’re right. The problem is that we (which by it I assume you mean the voters, because that’s who has the final say) don’t do our job. We don’t hold politicians accountable and remove them from office when they fail us. That is how this must be won, but we have to remember that we have a majority of eligible voters in this country that either are solid Dems that won’t vote Republican and the others who don’t vote at all. Between both of those groups, it makes up about 70% of eligible voters. We have a huge job to win over a majority of them to make the changes that are needed.

It is really looking that way. All this hope around Barr and Durham. But has anyone really done a deep dive into what role those two men played in the Whitey Bulger case?

I am pretty sure Durham did the mop up operation up there –while Bulger was left alone to live in CA for years in end. FBI tried pretty hard not to find him, if you read the books about the case.

Whitey Bulger – MkUltra while in prison, Boston mob/FBI mob, ends up transferred and beat to death before Durham turns up in the spotlight? What are the odds?

Either there is an opposing team with real firepower here, or there is a tiny opposing team that is getting outplayed by a team with an extremely, extremely deep bench.

If so, a lot of people are going to need to anticipate what comes next on November 4th, personally and otherwise, and plan accordingly.

Rosenstein was surely helping Weissman write the Op-ed. You’d think the Washington Post would report on who writes these articles for Deep State Bobby Mueller? That’s the more interesting story?

Andrew Weissman — he ran the Special Counsel, with actions that prove the only goal was the removal of the President.

Rod Rosenstein — was the acting AG, concerning the Mueller Special Counsel. He wanted to be part of history, as the orders came down to take out the President.

Adam Schiff — Leader of the House of Representatives attack. He said any lie, and tried every action, to take out the President.

These three Israeli merchants, all working in concert with each other, with the full backing of globalist forces, to remove the President of the United States and strike a death blow to the populist, nationalist, voters, who put President Trump in office.

These three acted, just like Comey and Brennan and all the rest, from commands that don’t really emanate from this country, or any government. These orders came from people on massive French Riviera yachts, who put politicians in power and own them, like dimes and nickels in their pockets.

The nationalist movement worldwide, is what they fear and why all this weird sh** happened and continues happening.

The “they” are not going to let anything stop their replacement objectives, for western civilization.

We normal good-natured humans are creatures of the present & the future, but we have been caught flat-footed, incapable of the needed awareness, to combat this ancient evil, that has gleefully plotted our annihilation.

Why would we even consider that someone who worked his whole lifetime in the swamp would clean up the swamp?
Why would Barr go after Mueller, when Mueller’s wife and his wife are best friends?

We have no law enforcement. What we see with antifa and BLM is a direct circumstance of what is happening in our government. Same as Bernie Sanders and socialism.
People see whats happening and know it’s wrong but want there place too. Be it, no law enforcement or free stuff at the other guys expense. Is that any different then what our politicians get?
What’s worse, their exorbitant pay is still not enough, or the lobbyists bribes, they go and sell our country to the highest bidder.
Hang every damn one of them. Oh man, I think I’m turning into my dad.

We know Rosenstein is a dirty cop.. And why is he pushing this…because he can…He knows the clock is running out and made bets on it. If the country shuts down again,…oh its coming… Durham is dead in the water. And so is Barr.

If Biden wins… none of this will ever see the light of day….

Barr has said he will be directed by Durham. If Durham thinks Rosey was more than just a peripheral enabler of the coupists he will nail him.

But Rosey is just a weak man who went along with the strong man, because he basically was happy being a cipher, when suddenly he was thrust into a “leadership” position. Which he couldn’t handle. He didn’t want to get involved, and was easily misled.

So I doubt he would be included in the RICO, because he’s too far down the chain.

Many assume the Tarmac Meeting between Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch was about fixing the Hillary E-mail “Investigation”. That fix was already in the bag. It was about finding and eliminating the DNC leaker. Thirteen days later, Seth Rich was assassinated on the sidewalk after leaving a Democrat staff party in the wee hours. If you think she was going to let some little Bernie Bro stand between her and her Mad Quest for Power, you don’t know the bitch. It was a nice touch for her to call him a victim of random gun violence, however.

At his wake, a neighbor/witness said he didn’t even know he was shot. That sounds like silencers. The fact that he wasn’t robbed wasn’t poor tradecraft; it was a message to other leakers.

If the Russians didn’t give the DNC emails to Assange, that means Seth Rich did. This is why Andrew Weissman put his words in Bob Mueller’s mouth again.

The linchpin of the entire case, of the entire Russian Collusion, as SD stated above, is that Russian hacking even existed.

ANY ATTORNEY who pretends that this was a judicious process while denying Stone the opportunity to provide the most necessary of defense, or even not requiring the prosecutors to prove the most necessary of the elements, is simply not worthy of having a license to practice law. If you stand back, look at the picture of Barr and Rosié, then clear your head, it all becomes clear.

McConnell, as part of the original and current Gang of 8 ALLOWED the confirmation of Barr under certain circumstances. Barr was allowed to terminate the Special Council as long as he didn’t open the door to the cabal. Durham may or may not be working on anything at all. At most we’ll see Clinesmith, a couple of leakers, maybe lying to FBI. DOJ doesn’t prosecute lying to Congress. That’s the MOST you’ll get, if that.

McCONNELL controls much of the Executive just through cabinet level appointments alone. He strikes up deals with confirmées ahead of time to reach agreement and sees that they are approved. He also controls the Judiciary through the appointment process. Senate leader is a very, very powerful position and McConnell’s 2020 primary, which is long past, was the 2nd most important election next to the one in Nov. There once was an opportunity to replace him. Stupid, stupid voters.

That’s why Sessions in Ala must be defeated. How do we not know the Sessions recusal was also not coordinated w/McConnell?

  45. L4grasshopper says:

OK….for me, at least, a light bulb went on after reading this SD analysis. Here is how I am now able to see these activities: think of it as an oil drilling effort —

The objective is to drill for oil — Trump’s destruction. And the collaborators drill rig is the massive resources of the US law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

But to use that oil rig, they need to secure the drilling area’s perimeter from interference by the property owners — US!

So….a lot of the activities were to set up and defend the oil patch perimeter, so that the drilling could take place. Rod the Rat’s role was perimeter security. So was the Senate Intel Committee, and others (Brennan?). All to allow Weismann and the FBI to drill for Trump oil to take him down.

And the Quislings? McConnell and his NeverTrump posse.

Everything IMO since Feb 4, 2009 until Jan 20, 2017 has been about……..

Gathering data (dirt) on thousands, including judges to use as Blackmail to ensure their Destruction of America Plan would move forward unopposed and funded via massive kickback and money laundering schemes.

And here were the key data gathering tools used IMO.

    1) Hammer Spying Program – 2009-2012

    2) NSA Contractor Spying Program – 2012-2016

    3) Sex Trafficking Program

    4) Congressional IT Spying Program

And here were some of the funding programs used IMO:

    1) $21 Trillion in missing DOD funds – 1998-2015

    2) Kickbacks and Money Laundering via NGO’s

    3) Iran Kickback

    4) Ukraine Money Laundering

    5) Various Foundations & Money Laundering Schemes

    6) Uranium One Kickbacks

The sad part IMO is so many in DC have dirty hands and due to their sins and blackmail will never step forward and tell the truth.

But IMO the evidence is there to expose it all if only PT would push for it but the problem is PT and Barr are focused on the cover-up (i.e. Russia Collusion fraud)

This will not get them to the top dogs and exposing the real crimes and real objective IMO.

Focus on the earlier spying and why it occurred and who orchestrated as it will lead you to the real crimes, which will then lead you to the money laundering funding schemes.

    Focus on….

    1) Deposing Montgomery
    2) Reviewing the 47 hard drives
    3) The Wiener Laptop contents and those missing emails
    4) Conduct a COMPLETE audit from 2012-2016 of the contractors who conducted thousands of non compliant NSA searches via the FIB computers.
    5) Squeezing Maxwell
    6) Re-opening the Congressional IT scandal using honest investigators
    7) Re-opening Uranium One Investigation and begin by deposing the 2 WB
    8) Use the NSA database to track down coup plotters communications and work backwards
9 Exposing all the unmasking from 2012-2016 and who ordered them

All of this has been virtually white washed and ignored. WHY??

Because these things hold the keys to the truth and the real crimes and exposes their real plans while also leading to their funding schemes.

So yes the coup on PT Is big and ballsy as I say but there is something much, much more sinister and bigger behind the coup coverup, if people would just step back, look at everything above that has transpired since 2009 and how they all connect and feed to where we are today.

    Think about it…

    It “possibly” explains……
    1) why the three letter agencies were weaponized
    2) why no IG oversight of the DOJ/NSD
    3) why the mass retirements in DC
    4) why the weak outrage by so many in Congress,
    5) why the infamous database comment
    6) why the recent strange actions by some judges
    7) why so many critical people have mysteriously died

I so wish I could get PT to see this much bigger criminal activity which has spread like a virus for years and has now permeated across all branches of our Federal Government IMO and it all began with one simple concept….

Gather dirt to use as blackmail leverage to move your agenda forward virtually unopposed while using money laundering schemes as the ongoing “drug” to control everybody and fund everything.

They knew once many, many key hands were dirty there would be no going back and they had the ultimate protection from any future exposure or investigation.

Alonzo – yes, I think a lot of us believe that this is far more than run-of-the-mill political graft. There are powers and principalities involved that are seeking the overthrow of the entirety of Western Civilization and far too many people have been asleep to the danger for far too long. IMHO, this is the same battle that has been fought many times before throughout the known history of the world – same script but just different actors. I have been pondering one of my favorite quotes lately and am wondering how close to this we might be…

“God will invade. But I wonder whether people who ask God to interfere openly and directly in our world quite realise what it will be like when He does. When that happens, it is the end of the world. When the author walks on to the stage the play is over. God is going to invade, all right: but what is the good of saying you are on His side then, when you see the whole natural universe melting away like a dream and something else – something it never entered your head to conceive – comes crashing in; something so beautiful to some of us and so terrible to others that none of us will have any choice left? For this time it will God without disguise; something so overwhelming that it will strike either irresistible love or irresistible horror into every creature. It will be too late then to choose your side. There is no use saying you choose to lie down when it has become impossible to stand up. That will not be the time for choosing; it will be the time when we discover which side we really have chosen, whether we realised it before or not. Now, today, this moment, is our chance to choose the right side. God is holding back to give us that chance. It will not last for ever. We must take it or leave it.” C.S. Lewis
