Army Announces They Will Not Investigate Lt. Col Alexander Vindman…

President Trump mentioned the likelihood the military would take a look at the conduct of Lt. Col Alexander Vindman in the wake of his leaking classified information to construct a fraudulent whistle-blower complaint with CIA ally Eric Ciaramella.

Today Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy said Vindman will not be investigated for his role in breaching national security protocol, fabricating claims and breaking chain of command.

WASHINGTON DC – The Army will not investigate Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the former National Security Council staffer who testified in the president’s impeachment investigation, the service’s top civilian said Friday.

Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy made the announcement at an event just days after President Donald Trump said he imagined the military would “take a look at” whether Vindman should face disciplinary action for the “horrible things” he told House investigators about the president’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last July. (link)

When we consider that Lt. Col. Vindman was carrying out what he believed to be his role; and when you overlay his military purpose; and when we accept Vindman was assisting CIA agent Eric Ciaramella in constructing his dossier to remove President Trump; and when we stand back and look at the aggregate interests involved; and when we consider there was ZERO push-back from the ranks of military leadership, specifically the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and when you accept Vindman was simply allowed to return to his post inside the White House – where he remains today; well, the alarming aspect increases in direct proportion to the definition of the word: “coup”.

Beyond the debate about the optics of the “coup“, within the testimony of Lt. Col Vindman, the NSC witness readily admits to understanding the officially established policy of the President of The United States (an agreement between President Trump and President Zelenskyy), and stunningly admits that two weeks later he was giving countermanding instructions to his Ukrainian counterpart to ignore President Trump’s policies.

The coup against President Donald Trump went from soft, to hard. Consider…

The testimony from Lt. Col. Vindman is available here. [SCRIBD pdf below]

Borrowing from Roscoe B Davis, here are some highlights:

Representative John Ratcliffe begins deconstructing Lt. Col Vindman, while his arrogant attorneys begin trying to interfere with the questioning.

This next section is very interesting, and very important.

Congressman John Ratcliffe begins questioning Vindman from the perspective of an Article 92 violation {READ IT}, coupled with an Article 88 violation {READ IT}. President Trump, is Lt. Col Vindman’s superior. President Trump sets the foreign policy.

Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. [Article 88, UCMJ]

Two weeks after President Trump has established an agreement with Ukraine President Zelenskyy, and established the policy direction therein, Lt. Col. Vindman is now giving contrary instructions to the Ukranian government. Vindman’s lawyer recognizes where the questioning is going and goes absolutely bananas:

My cold anger would boil over to rage but for the lack of a inflection point. We are frogs, setting in water with the heat having gradually been turned up, year after year.
Only Trump came to warn the frogs. Set them free when the heating and boiling points were made pubic.
What is your boiling point? Where does the Deep State set its inflection point on your boiling thermostat??? Will you leap? Or to succumb to the boiling, no leap, no struggle. ???

I would venture, like me, Sam Gompers is going to consider himself an “independent” and register as such if available. This ignorant rot goes deep, not only in Washington, DC, but throughout our country as exemplified via those who are making these decisions not to prosecute fellow lawyers who know how to skate on the “razor’s edge” better than the average person.

Trump, like me and millions of other voting citizens, is not a trained lawyer, meaning we don’t see the “legal nuances” that are being played, we see a picture from say 33,000 feet and know when someone is out to get us any way possible.

So if someone makes a decision to leave the Republican party then he is a Communist. With that kind of thinking you would do well to join the Demented Party.
As to the DOJ lawyers and McCabe, the decision NOT to prosecute has nothing to do with nuances in the law and everything to do with protecting the Entire Department of Injustice from being named in a criminal indictment.

I’ve been a Trump supporter from the beginning and still am. But I left the Republican Party in 1999 when I realized who they really are by standing by Bill Clinton to protect him from being thrown out of office. The elected Republicans in both houses of Congress are 90% Deep State RINOs. The remaining 10% are working to serve the American people. We are a long way from having any control in Washington and it amazes me how many people haven’t realized that. Don’t throw in the towel on Trump, but understand that he is up against a behemoth that will not be stopped by him, only slowed down. Until the American voters decide to hold politicians accountable and throw them out of office if they aren’t serving the voters, there will be no real change. Carol Quigley, one of Bill Clinton’s mentors, said a long time ago that the goal was to get the politicians in both parties to have basically the same goals so that when the voters get upset and vote one party out, the other party will come in and continue on the path to the same ultimate goals. They’ve been successful in achieving that goal and only voters waking up and replacing them can fix it.

This is exactly the type of government Ayn Rand wrote about. People scoffed at her over the top insanity for how could the American people ever accept a government as she described. Yet here we are, and it’s actually worse than she envisioned.
The message this sends is that it OK to undermine your superior chain of command, you are free to lie under oath, undermine the President because you don’t agree with him.
This is dangerous ground the DOJ and DOD have put this country in. I am not sure we can truly even claim to be a country anymore, after all, laws and rules mean nothing.

You also need to view this in the proper context. Among many things in this increasingly “post-modern” society, we have seen a steady erosion of: “values,” any sense of shame or remorse for wrongdoing, any appreciation for decorum and propriety, any sense of “ doing one’s duty,” any belief in any absolutes in terms of right and wrong, and on and on it goes. It is hardly surprising then that we see the members of the Deep State look upon any “oaths” they took as mere “guidance” that can be ignored or rationalized away as circumstances dictate. That is the essence of the “situational ethics” that have prevailed in our society since at least the mid-1960s.

Voter fraud is the democrats last weapon and they are going to use it, but they are not going to bother using it for the office of the president. They know they can’t win that.

Because Uniparty Rs are not trying to “beat” Uniparty Ds, rather they cooperate together to try to steal the max $ from the American taxpayer.

President Trump can do exactly what Obama did and fire all the asswipes in military command. Obama sent out a questionnaire to the top military brass. It asked them if they would fire on Americans if they were so ordered? Those who answered no were replaced.
Obama purposely caused immense damage to this country. He is a nasty little Marxist sh!t.

“Marxist” but for the House on Martha’s Vineyard, the millions he gets from Netflix etc. Obama’s principle is self-enrichment and self-aggrandizement just as it is with most of these bums.
Every once in a while there is a revolutionary soldier of principle who is ready to sacrifice all for his/her beliefs. Those people are extremely rare and few of them-prior to Trump and his family– have served our government.Adm. Mike Rogers, the Freedom Caucus members we must remember they do exist and it is up to us to support them.

After the landslide, Trump can go to work with a flamethrower.
And the comments “Trump isn’t going to anything” are insulting and pathetic.
Our President has endured and outlasted and beaten back all the scumbags like Comey all the way through rat face Vindman ( real linebacker type, as my dad would say), all the while making America Great Again. Only so much he can do with these dirt balls.
Agreed: Barr is worthless. McCabe walks. Vociferous praise on Wray Liu and Rosenstein. His DOJ and her has not the spine to gut it.

Oh but I’m sure the Trusty Planners will tell us that’s just another part (like the DOJ refusing to prosecute McCabe) of the 47 dimensional chess that Trump and Barr have going on. You know, to fool everyone into thinking that they aren’t going to indict anyone, while all the while they are preparing Guantanamo for mass court-martials.

Never expected no counter-punch from a guy with Executive Branch powers. His legal counsel is way too conservative for this type of combat.

When you feel the guy in the Oval has no leverage, you do this. Trump understands leverage. I fear he has always misunderstood that the brass and the “civilian” leadership of the military were the same as enlisted folk. They aren’t. They are political animals.

Probably not at NYMA. Definitely with Mattis and Kelly. I believe he had a deep seated respect for all things military–after all, he could only observe it as a civilian from afar. Only upon their failure to uphold his expectations did he change his outlook and become, I believe, more instinctive. In other words, his instincts serve him, but his allegiance to country demands that he temper that instinct on behalf of the honored military. Once burned, his instincts kick back in and he says to himself, yeah, I know. Bastards. Not again.

He’s had three years of the entirety of modern government thrown at him, and he’s still standing–and stronger. And, smarter. Oh, and more pissed.

That would surprise me. Working in NYC in construction/building he knew working people
and politicians. I don’t think he was blind to the difference.

This was not always the case but is sadly quite entrenched now after the purges and thought police work done by Barack Hussein Obama. Few Americans know the extent of the damage He wrought on the military and the extreme danger it now represents to America.

Below is an excellent video on what this type of stuff does to us psychologically. I’m not sure what’s going on with POTUS, and why he is letting this stuff go on. He is the Commander-in-Chief, and absolute head of all intelligence agencies within the Executive Branch. He can hire and fire at will, and other Presidents before him have done so with nary a peep about it. I don’t know if he is that helpless and captive, or if this is some ploy to make him look persecuted in order to invoke sympathy from voters and citizens or to get us fired up and mobilize us. But psychological studies show that being forced to endure repeated injustice like this the past 3 years does not accomplish that. What it does instead is traumatize those forced to stand by helplessly and create a psychological state of ‘learned helplessness’ until people give up and no longer attempt to resist injustice or abuse.

Deplorables need to stop sending their children to the armed forces. They need to stop a lot of things. The coastal leftists and government tied individuals from the lowliest GS4 are sucking you dry while screwing you over. Goes for most local and state government as well.

Ask yourself how many people in Silicon Valley, Malibu, Potomac, MD or in say Congress have kids who died or lost limbs in the past 18 years of war? Do you honestly believe the deepstate including flag officers gives a crap about your kids?

In your state are the rural areas net donors to the blood banks? In most areas rural areas supply blood to urban areas that hate them.

Is your state instituting “green” policies that are impoverishing to the rural areas (i.e., cause jobs to leave and makes it too expensive to drive any distance for a new job?)

Talk to your suburban firefighters and EMTs you’ll find in many areas of the country they aren’t from around there – because suburban parents would be embarrassed if their kids did that for a living and it can be dangerous – better the children of the rural and working class.

As long as you keep thinking we are one country with a common cause or that the coastal “elites” are decent people, we lose. They are at war with us from the poorest farmer up to our President and they are using the government we pay for to wage war against us from your local public school or town council all the way up to the Secretary of the Army, the CIA, your Senators, etc.
