The FBI must begin producing documents regarding Daniel Richman, the Columbia Law School professor former FBI Director James Comey used as a go-between with the press, a federal judge decided. Richman is a close friend of the former director who performed work for the Bureau as a “special government employee.”

The Daily Caller News Foundation and Cause of Action Institute are seeking records and communications Richman produced for the FBI to better understand “special projects” he performed at Comey’s direction.

The FBI must begin releasing records regarding a special government employee and confidant of former Director James Comey who ferried sensitive information to the press, a federal judge ruled…..

“The FBI has worked very hard to keep James Comey and Daniel Richman’s dealings free from public scrutiny,” said DCNF editor-in-chief Christopher Bedford. “Now, we might finally learn the truth about Comey’s ‘good friend’ Richman and just what Comey had him working on.”
    ———————
There could be some interesting stuff that comes out here possibly considering Comey was leaking that stuff to this guy and gave him special access to things at the FBI. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he got access and did some fraudulent 702 queries himself in that early part of 2016 like the contractors. I guess we will have to wait about a month for the stuff to be released.

The parallel developments continue, on a national push for Nuclear Power which could become the cornerstone for the Electric Vehicle revolution and Solis State Batteries Here is one example below of a major company committing to Solid State Batteries which are the next major step. IMHO this gets going in PDJT’s 2nd term, at least on the batteries, the stuff via Congress will take longer.

The sad part is batteries are stupid they are heavy and toxic.

Efficiency of hydrogen powered fuel cells has been proven and can be done either by using a hydrogen fuel directly. ( Easy to do but fear mongering of the “Dangers of hydrogen” has made wide distribution and acceptance of the fuel difficult

The other choice is a closed loop hydrogen system of distilled water and “charging” separating O2 from H. Which would self pressurize.

Hydrogen is a non-starter. We energy in a hydrogen fuel cell is the hydrogen being attracted to oxygen. It takes more energy to separate the two in the first place, then they create in the fuel cell. Basic physics

When you buy hydrogen gas, it is usually derived from petroleum. Cheap and abundant.

If you want pure hydrogen, free from hydrocarbons, that usually comes from Ammonia. And costs more.

If you want to go all out, you crack the hydrogen from water. Costs most. And it is the most energy expensive.

You can buy equipment to do the latter. Most of which does not actually produce hydrogen as pure as that made from petroleum. The cheap stuff uses membranes and catalysts. The really pure stuff uses palladium as both an electrode and a barrier. Hydrogen can pass through palladium. Very expensive equipment. And not so robust.

Hydrogen is explosive in air in concentrations from ~5% – ~55%. (Working off of memory, numbers may not be exact.) And it is flammable ~4% – ~95%. Flame burns a very faint blue. Usually it is very hard to see. And it just takes a spark.

W made a big noise about an effort to make hydrogen vehicles safe and viable. I would be interested in learning if anything came from that effort. I wouldn’t be surprised if Zero had different priorities.

Simply define birth infanticide for democrat pregnant people to include the moment of birth up to 60 years of age. The mother simply asserts her constitutional right to terminate her ‘pregnancy’ later in life. Perfect for Democrats to rid themselves of that ‘pregnancy flesh’ years after it has been flushed out of the womb.

And so people my age and slightly older are stuck, not able to steer the ship of state into a more stable course. We have common sense and desire to do good, but not enough of us alive to effect real change.

My older sibling was aborted. I’m speaking from very personal experience. My mother aborted my sibling after a one night stand, so she could renew her relationship with my father. I came along not long after they married. I don’t have a close relationship with either of them, such is the price we pay for treating people as “inconveniences.”

The BIG lie and billions more to church groups aiding the invaders:

“At a hearing Tuesday before Graham’s panel, McAleenan said the current border situation now wouldn’t be as bad if the bipartisan gang of eight compromise of 2013 — which passed the Democratic Senate 68-32 but was never taken up by the Republican House — had become law.

“We would have a very different situation” had that bill passed, McAleenan said. “We would have 20,000 additional border patrol agents, we would have technology comprehensively deployed … we would be a lot more secure on the border.”

Next week will see more border action, because the Senate Appropriations Committee will also mark up the $4.5 billion supplemental spending bill requested by the White House that would provide additional humanitarian relief at the southern border. That package includes $3.3 billion for humanitarian assistance to expand shelters for migrants and $700 million to enhance information technology systems at the border.

But, this attempt to “prosecute the accused in the court of public opinion” isn’t going to succeed as they hope. It’s pretty clear from Volume 2 of the report that, for instance, James Comey has lots of friends who didn’t want to see him get fired. It’s also clear that people who couldn’t have done anything were eager to say that the President told them to do (what he alone COULD have done, himself …), and that their reason for why “nothing happened” is their own virtue. • Their goal is – and always was – to remove this President and to permanently shut down all criminal investigations … so that life in Washington, DC can return to “normal” and the country can go back into a stupor.

But, when the Attorney General of the United States (and, his team of lawyers) conclude that nothing in Volume 2 of the Report constitutes the crime of obstruction of justice, the President could (if necessary) easily turn to the Supreme Court to say that he is being accused of … no crime.

I would be delighted to see the President ask the Supreme Court to declare that Congress’ actions are unconstitutional, amounting only to unlawful interference with the operation of another Branch. Although the House has “the sole power of impeachment,” I do not support the idea that it also has the power to conclude that a “high crime or misdemeanor” occurred, particularly when the judicial process of the country expressly said that sufficient evidence of such a crime could not be found. (In the case of both Nixon and Bill Clinton, the judicial system immediately indicated that evidence existed, as in fact it did.)

The Constitution does not give arbitrary impeachment power for any political reason – there must be “high crimes and misdemeanors.” And this obviously isn’t supposed to be “just because we say so, ignoring the actual law.” When the Department of Justice actually =concluded= that the document did not point to any actionable crime, I think that the Congress lost any legitimate reason to continue to rely on it in their ongoing witch hunt.

A similar argument could be made against the present abuse of “contempt” power, seeing that they are being used to attempt to compel specific behavior.

As various units within the Courts and within the Department of Justice continue their ever-expanding investigations, I am concerned that they might succumb to “expansion disease.” At some point – and it needs to be very soon – some legal findings (and, indictments) need to start appearing. Even if the investigation is not complete.

I also think that Sen. Graham needs to “put his money where his mouth is” and actually initiate the investigations and the hearings that he has spoken of.

While thoroughness is of course important in any judicial matter, it is also true that “time is of the essence.”

    Great news for Team Trump!

“I’m honored to be representing General Flynn, who i’ve long considered an American hero. The General and his family want to thank everyone across the country for their cards and contributions to his legal defense fund. He is going to continue to cooperate with the government, pursuant to his plea agreement,” ~ Sidney Powell

Regarding the “cooperate with the government” statement that means that Flynn will be working with AG Barr’s DOJ to expose internal corruption from now on?

Just caught this in my morning perusal of sites I consider relevant. And this news in the face of the supresson polls just put out by the democrats. The Left must be going “crazy”!

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-seven percent (47%) disapprove.

Wasn’t it just last week that PT haters decided that he’s mentally unstable…so much so that a group of “psychiatrists” were gonna get together to try to convince the world that he’s “dangerous”, simply because they hate him? Yes.

Now they’re whining about how “sick” it is when it happens to one of the protected class; the Biden/Taupe Dope love bracelet trick he pulled last week is enuf to prove he’s got the brain function/IQ of Cher.

There IS going to be more about Biden’s health…even he knows the plan.

    • You want “mentally unfit?” Ronald Reagan in his last year as Alzheimer’s was beginning to tear his brain apart. But, out of deference to him and to his pride, no one actually made that move, and he got through the rest of his term.

    • The MSM and the rest if the democrat party have their fingers in the dyke still trying to push the notion that Trump & Co. colluded with Putin knowing that that narrative is the only thing keeping them from having to deal with the fact that it was 0bama & Co. who were operating like Stalin.

They won’t be able to keep the charade up much longer.

Maybe the Trump administration can borrow a turn of a phrase used by the previous failed administration and call this the “Summer of Discovery”.
