I don’t think it’s a lack of self-awareness at all. She has been untouchable for so long she genuinely believes that she is above the law: that no mere mortal would dare raise a hand against her. If she ever did end up in the dock, she would be genuinely mystified as to why she was there.
That, and a 30 year lucky streak of every single insider willing to testify against her up and dying moments before taking the stand.

You’ve just described her lack of self-awareness (leading to her being “genuinely mystified” about so many things). She is the center of her world. Nothing of value exists beyond it (beyond tools for own self-gratification). And soon enough, they will be taken away and she will be left all alone in her dark, silent, senseless, Godless world.

She not only does she believes she is above the law…SHE IS ABOVE THE LAW…as of this date. That she is even free to go on television and spew indicates she is untouchable. Remember when all were shouting “lock her up”, she didn’t know what anyone was shouting about, certainly not her…

HRC was essentially exonerated by Comey, Barr probably won’t try and unwind that but the vodka swigging, can’t walk up a flight of stairs, worn out, black hearted, Crooked Hillary WILL stand in front of The Supreme Judge, and I don’t mean John Roberts. There is yet to come, an accounting of her unrepented crimes. Justice will be swift.

Hillary is serial in her criminality. She has honed her skills. She is most aware of what she does. She practices her lies with a straight face, she is deliberate in her tone. Those deadly stares and soulless expressions come very natural to her. She is indeed self aware and she is indeed self obsessed.

But the tactic here is pure unfettered Clinton (and by proxy MSM left-wing) projection:

Go “Alinsky” on your enemies…accuse them of crimes that YOU, YOURSELF ARE GUILTY OF.

      PERIOD.

The motivation…well, for starters, dodging prosecutions, avoiding convictions, cheating death by hanging for treason, etc. ya know, typical Clinton shuck-and-jive and ducking Justice…no big deal.

Every day that goes by is another day of justice delayed and another nail in the coffin. I understand that the corruption is wider and deeper than was thought and, as such, will take time to unravel. But many of the crimes committed are well documented currently. Start the arrests now and put them into the vice. Soon enough we will have all the evidence we need to have this whole disgraceful episode in American history come crashing down. No more special councils. No more delays. We already lost the House due to this corruption. The longer we wait the more the media has time to bend the minds of Americans who don’t know any better. Time is of the essence.

God bless Tom Fitton and all those who have risen to the occasion, and especially Sundance, but there are many others who deserve our undying appreciation for saving this once great nation. What blind luck we had when Trump’s arrival coincided with the potential presidency of the single most corrupt person in American history – SHE whose name will live in infamy.

It’s the compensation principles. The more they ignore their actual duty and fail to impose justice in the whoredoms of Washington where it matters, the more they will target high profile fringe figures like these stupid celebrities and conservatives like Roger Stone as well as ordinary Americans who can’t fight back. The greater their syphilitic corruption and decadence, the more we have to fear from them.

So to continually blame Congress for thousands crossing the border is doing “Nothing”

I was born and raised on the Arizona/Mexican border and still have family there and Ann is right, it is way way beyond a National Disaster.

When we have Mexican Military dis-arming our soldiers it goes so far beyond anything our country should be putting up with there are no words.

I do hope Pres Trump is sending ARMED AND ACTIVE military down there now.

This is so far out out of control it will be very difficult to get a handle on it now.

    re: Rumors about Romney Running….

Does ANYONE think this has a chance of being on a ballot? This strikes me as a vanity project for Mr Romney, lost in nostalgia for the glory days of the GOPe old guard of which he is a bloodline legacy…. his fantasy. To just about everyone else whose opinion or money would matter? It’s gotta be a joke. “Yeah let’s all commit political suicide & throwaway our party forever for the Ghost of George Romney”

@jupitercomm, Ted Kennedy was seen as a champion and savoir by the left (too bad he didn’t show those qualities to Mary Jo Kopechne, when he left her to die, but I digress). Also Jimmy Carter made matters worse for the US by having unemployment and stagflation.

Mitt Romney is neighter a champion or savoir to any one save NeverTrumpers who are growing weaker in number every day. Mitt Romney was a man who begged like a dog to President Trump for the Secretary of State job and who would have back-bit the President at the early chance.

Mitt Romney is also the spirtual God Father of Obamacare, and his company Bain Capital was responsible for the destruction of GenX icons of Toys’RUS and Kaybee and was responsible by his actions for many Pink-slips.

Mitt Romney also carpetbagged his way from being a Governor of Massachusetts to a Senator in Utah.

Mitt Romney like Paul Ryan are opportunists who during any political campaign say anything to get elected then do nothing compared to President Trump who is KEEPING HIS PROMISES!

The Left has an excuse for their politics… being that Liberalism is a Mental Disease. What is Mitt Romney’s excuse?

Sorry got a bit worked up… I voted for that crap weasel in 2012, and at every instance this man disappoints me to no end.

2012 was interesting for me, I sat out both that year & 2008 (I was in college). I was convinced Obama was beatable & that the Democrat party was saddled w/ a Messiah who couldn’t walk on water more than a few steps. But Romney never grabbed me either: Trump, then, was intriguing; Newt was compelling; Christie’s speech at the the 2012 RNC left me thinking they nominated the wrong guy.

The 1st debate ALMOST persuaded me to vote for Romney b/c it corroborated by suspicion that the if Obama as an incumbent didn’t have the same aura as he did in 2008. The 2nd debate persuaded me not to vote that year

Without a looser mitt loosing to obama i am not so sure we woukd have President Trump now.

I was taught both sides of the thing: deep reverence for this country’s Constitution & its institutions, & no illusions about what politics is (NB members of my family were in a position to KNOW & impart this)

My political ‘instinct” was that Romney was the weakest of the entire field of Republicans who ran for nomination. I was vindicated on this

In 2013, my “instinct” told me Hilary would lose in 2016 & none of the handful I shared this w/ could believe their ears.

In 2015 I went “all-in” for Trump about a week after he announced b/c after listening to the media coverage & watching a rally or 2, I knew he WANTED it & no one would see him coming

Throughout 2016 I NEVER ONCE conceded ground on either my support for Trump OR my prediction he would win

Romney is not a leader for patriots! To follow him only because he has an R after his name on the ballot is silly and does not equate to patriotic behavior.

How would things have been different from 2012-16 policy wise if Romney had won? Romney was and is as RINO and Uniparty as they come. You say “thanks” for a list of policies that we had under Obama –>> which ones would we not have had under Romney?!

Would have have had President Trump rise up to run and would he have had an even harder time running against an incumbent of his own party?

Perhaps those voting Patriots who abandon their conservative principles and values to vote for whomever the GOP”e” foisted upon us are actually the fair weather patriots – easily lead to vote for someone against their own conservative beliefs on the issues.

Perhaps one is Less of a “fair weather” conservative if one refuses to compromise on a RINO GOP”e” Uniparty candidate such as Romney!

                B) The commenter said he was young. Hardly appropriate to call him a “fair weather patriot” v. just not yet a conservative (and, again, Romney was Far from a Conservative candidate!). If you discount all Trump supporters and voters who formerly were uninvolved or voted Dem, you would be discounting a Large number of supporters and voters.

We need unity against the uniparty, not disunity over the past.

Romney is definitely going to run for president again, when is the question. He seems to enjoy losing so perhaps he is planning to vote ‘yes’ on removal when the Articles of Impeachment issue reaches the Senate. He really is delusional enough to think he can primary President Trump and then defeat Michelle Obama in 2020 without 63 million Deplorables and the millions more that will be on board.

Romney and Hillary have a lot in common. They never know when to shut up, sit down, do the right and best thing for America, then go away.

Romney destroyed Herman Cain’s chances of being hired to head the Federal Reserve. Was it Romney that was behind the salacious, disgusting, fake smear against Herman Cain in the ’12 presidential primary, forcing Cain to step aside? Well, of course it was.

Romney is a pompous, arrogant, self absorbed backstabber. He’s a Koch/Chamber puppet and then he combines that with the power and influence of his church which he uses to paint himself as a holier than thou man of extremely squeaky clean morals and ethics.

Hate to tell the good folks of Utah–Romney moved to your state not because he wants to do anything for you. He embedded himself into the Mormon stronghold there and will use his senatorial title to run for president. He has a palace in CA, notice he didn’t move there and run for Senate. He’s an opportunist and a hack and a failure as a legislator.

Go ahead and make another run for it, Mittens. You’re used to being a loser so the defeat will have a softer landing.

He can’t split the vote unless he is an independent candidate. He can’t run as an independent spoiler while he is a republican senator.

He could try to primary Trump, but he will lose badly. I don’t think he has the guts to try to go head to head with Trump and make himself a three time loser.

It would, however force the republican senators to take sides and cause the cowards that are against Trump to show themselves. I can’t imagine they would want that, as it would give up the game.

And there you have it. She doesn’t care whether a Dem or Rep is in the Oval office, in 2021; so long as its not “Trump”.
She was trying to edumucate the youngsters in her caucus on the political realities, and the game plan.

Sunlight becoming brighter and brighter on a population that has been systemically and purposefully dulled or distracted. More and more I remember the picture painted by Orwell’s 1984, and in many ways it is worse today. We still have a window of opportunity to wake up as a nation, and take back power.

The success of the U.S. experiment was the morality of the population of the voting republic. The danger of any form of government is the loss of morality of its dictator, its King, it’s socialistic redistributors, or its voting populace in a republic.

The greatest return on investment any of us can make, is to demonstrate the power of our God to those around us by submitting to His principles, and letting His eternal principles show their glory in what they can do in transforming us — by being servants. By loving and serving those around us, where they have need and are willing to be served; by leading those around us in the direction of application of God’s principles in our society: families, communities, church, government.

We can’t give away what we don’t have, and no one will be interested in what we do or say, if our tracks in this world don’t attract the respect of others watching.

You may cringe at PDJT body language, voice, words — but you cannot deny the goodness of his tracks. As the sneaky and cocky tracks of Obama, Clintons, Media, CIA, DOJ, FBI, Federal Reserve, Congress become visible, their vile purposes are coming into the light — and our sacred population will wake up, and the good purposes and design of our Declaration and Constitution will again become apparent, and respected by a sleeping nation.

I’m with you Kitty-Kat, but they are out there. I know, because I’m married to a man who finds the president crass. That said, my husband did chuckle at the creepy Joe on Joe Biden tweet and he fully intends to vote for Donald again. There just may be a halfway point between the aloof George W. Bush and streetfighter Donald Trump, that would appeal more to voters like my husband. Think AG Barr.

The problem is, the never-Trump wing of the GOP-E believe, with the help of the media, that they can sway those more proper conservatives to vote for a liberal loser like Romney. If my husband is any barometer, it ain’t happening. As much as my husband finds DJT personally distasteful, he thinks the president is doing an excellent job. I also think my husband is coming around to the idea that DJT is the right man for the right time as it’s becoming increasingly clear more refined men would have stopped fighting by now.

Many moons ago, my husband was “accused” of hitting a high school jock with an errant snowball. The goons all surrounded him and the wrestler challenged, “Let’s take it to the MATS!”

My husband replied, “I can kick your a$$ right here!” And he proceeded to do so. As the wounded wrestler was carried off by his friends, he lamented, “Teach me (how) to fight dirty.”

My husband was respected by all because he never started a fight, but he always finished it. He was known to stand up to bullies, especially when they preyed upon the weak.

The UNiparty has taught us that there are no “gentlemens” rules. Anything goes when it comes to the subjugation of us sheeple. That includes preventing the peaceful transition of power, by removing our duly elected President by *any* means necessary.

          THANK YOU!
I too am irritated when not only commenters here, but commentators in articles and on TV apologise or acknowledge (they think) DJT’s ‘demeanor” as “crass”, etc.

To me he is speaking TRUTH to POWER, and being overly polite, and obsequious DOES NOT WORK, in that scenario.

There is a difference between BEING a “bully”, and standing UP to bullies, confonting them and calling them out on their bullying is the ONLY way to deal with a bully, and it can NOT be accomplish by being ‘nice’, ‘polite’ or obsequious.

PDJT has exceeded the “Great Communicator”, in my opinion, in speeches he has given, and thats saying something.

And lets truly LOOK at those who maintain that they are so offended by his demeanor; billy chrystal I always thought was a whiny little twit, but at one time I THOUGHT george will, for instance, was a Conservative in the mold if William F. Buckley, jr.

I used to LISTEN to g.w., and thought he was a good opinion maker of conservative thought, and was led astray. I now realise he was a wolf in sheeps clothing, along eith chrystal and others. Marxists infiltrating the conservative movement started bt Buckley and Reagan.

These posers aren’t truly offended by DJT’s demeanor, they oppose him because he is DOING policies they have advocated for YEARS, while they pontificated.

They only focus on his demeanor, cause they know their are a % of the electorate, low info, who are focused on form over substance.

Guaranteed, if DJT were not actually DOING the things Phony Conservatives have advocated for years, but just talked about them, everyone would LOVE his demeanor.

Maybe it is my sensitivity to other people cringing whom I know to be otherwise reasonable people, that makes me say things like that. Maybe is is my southern/midwestern cultural background that isn’t used to hearing a New Yorker’s bluntness. Maybe despite my trust in him, and lack of trust for more and more of our government and media, their constant drone of negativity has still had an impact on my perception.

What is true is that he has subjected himself to the nations most evil, ill intended scrutiny on both sides of the law, and now stands at the top of the hill, with his good works behind him, and even better works ahead, defying anyone to challenge his intent or credibility.

    LOL.
Well, did anybody else besides me notice that Ann recently said she would vote for Bernie Sanders if only he would revert to his previously held position on immigration? Like, Wow! If that isn’t an endorsement for socialism, then what is?
Perhaps that’s why she needs to throw up.
Being a supporter of Trump last year, but Bernie this year would cause anybody to twist up like a pretzel.
All the while, the picture in its entirety, shows a rather grotesque person.
I wonder what the subject of the painting would think of her portrait if she saw it. I suppose she’d be flattered that someone thought so much about her to made such a picture.

Does anyone really think if McCain had been to ill to vote, than Obamacare repeal would have PASSED?
Guranteed, another Republicon would have stepped up to the plate, and given thumbs down.

Intentionally ignoring the fact that President Trump has been fighting almost single-handed against congress (R’s included!), celebrities, and the entire fake media 24/7 on this issue, to get the laws changed and the wall built. Ann also loves Mitt Romney (eyeroll).

At this point I think her fan base has dwindled to the level of CNN… and possibly lower. A tenth satellite, under construction by Boeing Co. , would enhance China’s competitor to the U.S. Global Positioning System. Besides civilian uses, the navigation system could help China in a potential conflict, such as in guiding missiles to their targets.

U.S. law effectively prohibits American companies from exporting satellites to China, where domestic technology lags well behind America’s. But the U.S. doesn’t regulate how a satellite’s bandwidth is used once the device is in space. That has allowed China to essentially rent the capacity of U.S.-built satellites it wouldn’t be allowed to buy, a Wall Street Journal investigation found.

Tangled webs of satellite ownership and offshore firms have helped China’s government achieve its goals. Some of America’s biggest companies, including private-equity firm Carlyle Group in addition to Boeing, have indirectly facilitated China’s efforts, the Journal found.

Be assured that the President would shut the border if all else fails, but to flippantly throw that comment out there and act as if he is unserious when he proffers the warning means that you dont comprehend the profound and lasting damage to our economy by doing it. Shutting it down is THE LAST THING WE WANT TO DO. The threat is meant to be an ever present reminder that something must be done NOW to get control of the border. “Just-do-it”-isms are plain silly and inherently dangerous, from people oblivious to the consequences of a nuclear-option move like shutting the US border…DO NOT WISH FOR IT.

If you read my comment, you should remember the preface, …”if all else fails…”

So who suffers more: a multinational conglomerate who is jockeying for fair trade within the tariff wars or an independent Iowa farmer just trying to ship out some hogs, or my good neighbor here in north-central Arkansas who hires seasonal help, including those with green cards and temporary visas so he can get his blueberries, blackberries, peaches picked in the season…I look over the fence at his 4-wheeler down at his barn where he is, without fail, three times a day, tending calves and trough feeders. Before he goes over to his rock yard, preparing to ship out a few loads to landscape companies and contractors…nobody who lives here can afford to work for him. I drive to Little Rock once a week and work a three-day-stretch at a big hospital because the community hospital here cant hire me at a living wage.

Real people, with modest means. I dont wish the border closed unless we have no other choice.

The hiring of Donna Brazile by Fox News as a contributor should be taken at face value: Proof positive that the Number One Cable Network is no longer teetering toward the left but is now an active part of it.

Brazile’s arrival in the aftermath of Fox News suspending Judge Jeanine Pirro all for asking questions about radical Somalian activist Ilhan Omar on her ‘Justice’ show, is not only a slap in the face to Pirro and her many followers, but a slap in the face to the network’s many conservative viewers.

I just listened to an interview with George Papadopoulus. For a long time I have felt like he is a MAGA patriot, and will be for many years to come. Since the Mueller report dropped I have not listened to many of his interviews but I just caught him talking on WMAL. So I am not sure if I am posting something that is common and public knowledge but here goes.

Papadopoulus claims he felt like he was survielled while working on the Ben Carson Campaign before he was ever associated with the Trump campaign. He ties this to his internship work at the Hudson Institute prior to any Presidential campaign work. And he mentions that he feels it has to do with Israel and an oil discovery there. Also ties it back into Mueller’s Israeli FARA charge.

I have often felt like Obama’s surveillance had to have been over many others and many people. Even more that Merkel, James Rosen (Fox News), Sharyl Attkisson (NBC?), Israel and the United States Congress. Mad Maxine knows. Where are you Senator Paul?

Trump Guilty of Obstructing a Coup d’état

Heed the call of the Woke Caucus and let them bring their articles of impeachment to the floor of the House. Political super-geniuses like Green New Deal Girl and the one who might have married her brother are totally in touch with the groundswell of popular support for impeachmenttheir constituents in New York and Mogadishu West are 100% behind it! Kurt Schlichter Come On Democrats, Impeach Trump

Well, okay, technically President Trump is not guilty of obstructing the Deep State’s attempt to frame him with bogus evidence…an attempt which, as I understand things, amounts to, at the least, Seditious Conspiracy by certain Deep State heavy hitters.

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.—18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

Granted, President Trump may have been a bit peeved at being falsely accused of being Putin’s water boy, but heck, I’d be a bit ticked off myself. The scurrilous anti-Trump innuendoes and outright lies spread by a weaponized FBI, CIA, State Dept. and various other federal agencies amounts to an attempted coup against America’s duly elected president. Such blatant treason cannot be allowed to go unpunished.

Nor can the two-tiered ustice system We the People currently suffer under be allowed to stand. If we no longer have rule of law in the United States then we are no longer a free republic. Period.

In a related aside, let me mention that I find it odd that the Mueller Report clings to the notion that the DNC server was hacked by the Russians. The report obfuscates the issue with the clever use of smoke and mirrors…but consider this:

Julian Assange, who of course released the DNC emails via WikiLeaks, is on record as stating that “Our source is not the Russian government. Who are you going to believe, Assange or Mueller?

There was no hack of the Democratic National Committee’s system on July 5 last year [2016]—not by the Russians, not by anyone else. Hard science now demonstrates it was a leaka download executed locally with a memory key or a similarly portable data-storage device. In short, it was an inside job by someone with access to the DNC’s system. This casts serious doubt on the initial hack, as alleged, that led to the very consequential publication of a large store of documents on WikiLeaks last summer.Patrick Lawrence Twitter A New Report Raises Big Questions About Last Year’s DNC Hack

It’s called Wiki Leaks and not WikiHacks for a reason. The smart money says that the DNC emails were leaked by an insider, and not hacked by Russia or any other foreign government. I find it peculiar that the DNC would not allow the FBI anywhere near their hacked server, and I find it even more peculiar that Julian Assange would offer a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the killer of Democratic operative Seth Rich—whose strange 2016 murder in Washington DC remains unsolved.

Democrat 2020 presidential primary frontrunner Sen. Bernie Sanders seemed hellbent on ending his candidacy early this week when he endorsed giving still-imprisoned rapists, terrorists, and murderers under sentence of death like Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the right to vote.

Sanders’ comments were the latest in a free-wheeling Democrat contest in which nearly every day brings a policy proposal kookier than the last, whether it is the Green New Deal, which would deindustrialize and pauperize America, the bankrupting Medicare for All proposal, or gun control by executive order.

Look closely at the relationship between Paul Ryan and Nancy Pelosi and the Gang-Of-Eight. Are they part of the Coup?

    Prison, anyone?

Just a few months ago, in an article entitled Still the Smartest Guy in the Room, I wrote the following about President Trump:

Well, whaddaya know? In the midterm elections of November 6, 2018, the American people rewarded the president—for only the third time in almost a hundred years with a net gain of three and possibly four Senate seats, lost half the House seats that his predecessor lost, and left the radical leftwing Democrats not rejoicing at their meager gains, but still chomping at the bit to bring down the president who has effectively destroyed everything they believed in, worked for, and thought they achieved over the past 75 years.
    .
Yes, President Trump posed a mortal threat to the Left’s very raison d’etre a globalist one-world order controlled by them! And so way back in 2015, when he announced his intention to run for the presidency, the connected guys of the D.C. swamp to use the vocabulary of the mob decided to pool their formidable resources to clip the billionaire business mogul, if not physically (although I wouldn’t put that past them), then by proving that their manufactured fiction of candidate Trump’s collusion with Russia to win the presidency was, in fact, true and therefore impeachable.

In that article, I listed all the fanatical Detectives Javert the top dogs at our top-secret intelligence agencies (and many of their wives who also played central roles) and elaborated on their impressive credentials, privileged educations, vast experience, and, oh, their appointments to high office by the former occupant of the Oval Office, Barack Obama.

I’ve been doing some thinking abut Spygate/FISA abuse vs Mueller Report/Impeachment and I’ve come to a realization and conclusion. The realization was that Donald Trump understood the Mueller investigation and even part of Impeachment for what it is: Politics. He’s fine with that. But now part of Impeachment (Subpoena’s for financial records) is starting to touch on his family.and that is a definite no-go zone. Which leads me to my conclusion:

The president is readying, via declassification, Barr, etc, a M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) response should the Democrats continue pursuing this. He’s telling me, openly, “You *might* end my presidency but I will bring the government to its knees. You made the mistake of using something that encompassed the Intelligence Community, FBI/DoJ, State Dept and even you, Congress. I’ll blow it all up because when my term is done, I’m still not beholden to any of you.”

What will be interesting to see is how quickly the Intelligence Community sends a message to the Dems to back the ‘eff off and let it drop. There’s no way they want to have what they did out in the open. How will we know when they’ve sent that message? When we start seeing negative news articles about Dems. Think it won’t happen? I didn’t either, until I considered this conversation happening in multiple news rooms at multiple times:

Mr. Intelligence Guy: Hey, Mr. Newsman. I’m giving you a scoop on Democrat Congressman Smith. We found something and he’s under investigation.

Mr. Newsman: You want me to run a negative article on a Democrat during an election cycle? No way.

Mr. Intelligence Guy: I’m sorry you feel that way. It’s actually pretty upsetting. So upsetting in fact that you can stop using me as a source. Oh, and you’re other sources, Ms. Intelligence Gal and Mr. Intelligence Guy #2 feel the same way. I’m sure Mr. Newsman at Other Media Outlet will be far less offensive.

Mr. Newsman: So how long should the article be?

Leaks are the bread and butter of news people reporting on gov’t activities. Without them, they’re stories dry up and so do their jobs. Intelligence People know that and if their status quo is threatened, they will pull a maneuver like this. Better to upset your leak outlets (those can be smoothed over later) than to have the whole apparatus come crashing down.

That infamous Steele dossier, manufactured at Clinton’s behest, then used by a *complicit* FBI to obtain a FISA warrant, was a last ditch effort to hide the *illegal* surveillance of private citizens, including Donald Trump, dating back several years.

Did Obama’s rogue spies blackmail citizens like Supreme Court Justice Roberts and Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions, perhaps? Did Snowden stumble upon their evil schemes? Hmm.. Obama did chase him into Putin’s waiting arms.

The Obama Use of FISA-702 as a Domestic Political Surveillance Program….
Posted on April 23, 2019 by sundance

Now that we have significant research files on the 2015 and 2016 political surveillance program; which includes the trail evident within the Weissmann/Mueller report; in combination with the Obama-era DOJ “secret research project” (their words, not mine); we are able to overlay the entire objective and gain a full understanding of how political surveillance was conducted over a period of approximately four to six years.

Working with a timeline, but also referencing origination material in 2015/2016 – CTH hopes to show how the program operated. This explains an evolution from The IRS Files in 2010 to the FISA Files in 2016.

J”onathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University and a CBS News legal analyst, said that Mr. Trump may ask the Supreme Court to rule on the legality of impeachment because of the delay it would provide.

“While members are wrong to portray impeachment as a purely political process, the Supreme Court is unlikely to bar an impeachment process,” said Turley, who was lead defense counsel during the last impeachment process for a U.S. district judge in 2010.

“Impeachment is based on a legal standard of ‘high crimes and misdemeanors,’ but the process and the merits were committed to the legislative branch by the framers. It is a standard that does not lend itself to judicial review or intervention,” Turley said.”

Sore Loser: Hillary Suggests Trump Should Have Been Indicted as a Result of Mueller Report

The former secretary of state and failed 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is arguably one of the least self-aware individuals in history, and that fundamentally flawed trait was on display once again as she issued remarkable commentary with regard to special counsel Robert Mueller’s report and President Donald Trump.

The Mueller report, which came after two years of in-depth investigation by a team that was decidedly not in favor of Trump, ultimately concluded that there was no evidence to support allegations that Trump or any of his associates had conspired, coordinated or colluded with Russia during the 2016 election, nor was there sufficient evidence to support charges of obstruction of justice by Trump against those looking into the collusion allegations.
