Whoops – Rare Statement: Special Counsel Says Buzzfeed Report is “Not Accurate”….

All day the left-wing media have been breathlessly reporting on a Buzzfeed claim citing reports from Michael Cohen.  In a story published Thursday, BuzzFeed cited two unnamed federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation on the matter who said Cohen acknowledged to Mueller’s office that he was instructed by Trump in 2017 to lie to Congress about the now-abandoned real estate deal to build a Trump Tower in Russia.

Except there’s a problem…. well, it never happened. The claim was so ridiculous the Special Counsel spokesperson Peter Carr just made a statement:  #FakeNews.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office on Friday issued a rare statement disputing a bombshell news report claiming President Trump directed Michael Cohen to lie about the timing of discussions over a proposed Trump Tower project in Moscow.

“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller’s office, said Friday. (read more)

Indicates a leak from the mules cabal.
      The leakers must be identified.
That will require another independent investigation into the mules witch-hunt. Who were the leakers.

WHY? Did mules would make such statement, indicating, something is out-of-whack ithe BF article. Why? so soon.

One would believe, the BF charges would help mules. NOT SO FAST.
Is mules attempting to head-off an investigation of his illegal, corrupt actions. An in-depth investigation of the actions, behavior of the miscreants on the, mule-team will open a very large 55 gallon barrel of worms. Things will be exposed. Uh-oh!

Imaging the damage, BF has done to the mules witch-hunt. Go ahead and quote me. The shiff is about to hit the fan.
Whitakers, get your ass in gear, organize and assign a investigative outfit. Turn them loose as Rosey did with mules

                …………………………
                John 11:35….”Jesus wept”:
‘But his tears are not only from his love. He has righteous anger at death and unbelief. John says he is “deeply moved in his spirit and greatly troubled” — literally he is outraged and unsettled. He is indignant and disturbed.

The same word that is “deeply moved” here is a stern warning elsewhere (Matthew 9:30; Mark 1:43), even a scolding (Mark 14:5). It’s a serious term. “In extra-biblical Greek, it can refer to the snorting of horses; as applied to human beings, it invariably suggests anger, outrage or emotional indignation. . . . It is lexically inexcusable to reduce this emotional upset to the effects of empathy, grief, pain or the like” (D.A. Carson, John, 415–416). And Jesus is thus “deeply moved again” when he comes to Lazarus’s tomb in verse 38.

But he is also “greatly troubled.” He is shaken up, unsettled. As he stands face to face with death, he knows what it will take to conquer this foe. This time he will take back Lazarus from its jaws. Next time he will lay down his own life.

And one day, when he wipes away our every tear, it is not because he is suppressing our sadness. The one who wipes away our tears has shed his own. And he has triumphed.

This is our gospel in two words. Jesus wept.’

            https://superstarstatuslbs.com/2017/02/07/justice-ruth-bader-ginsburg-believes-12-should-be-age-of-consent/

“With all the arrest that are going on Nation wide from the sex trafficking and abuse of children. I thought it only befitting to speak on those in the highest courts of Governments and their beliefs that have invoked and supported the ideals that lead to the terror a lot of these children live through.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg isn’t the innocent old lady we all believe she is. And also a bit more perverted than we dare to believe. As an Attorney for the ACLU in the late 70’s, Ruth wrote & co-authored a scathing a report in which she suggested the legal age of consent should be 12 years old.

“SEX BIAS IN THE U.S. CODE,” REPORT FOR THE U.S. COMMISSION ON CIVIL RIGHTS, APRIL 1977, P. 102, QUOTED IN “RUTH BADER GINSBURG’S FEMINIST WORLD VIEW,” THE PHYLLIS SCHLAFLY REPORT, VOL. 26, NO. 12, SECTION 1, P. 3. THE PARAGRAPH (FROM THE GINSBURG REPORT) READS AS FOLLOWS: “‘ELIMINATE THE PHRASE “CARNAL KNOWLEDGE OF ANY FEMALE, NOT HIS WIFE, WHO HAS NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 16 YEARS” AND SUBSTITUTE A FEDERAL, SEX-NEUTRAL DEFINITION OF THE OFFENSE. … A PERSON IS GUILTY OF AN OFFENSE IF HE ENGAGES IN A SEXUAL ACT WITH ANOTHER PERSON. … [AND] THE OTHER PERSON IS, IN FACT, LESS THAN 12 YEARS OLD.’”
            SOURCE
Now for her to have made it this far in our Judiciary system & Government, you have to ask yourself “What Government Politician’s share the same views as her?” And you have to also ask “What kind of freak show believes a 12-year-old is old enough to make those kinds of decisions?” A 18 page document full of Testimony against Ruth Bader Ginsburg dated July 23rd,1993 came out weeks before her final confirmation for Supreme Court Justice. And among many of her beliefs and views, the one she shared on the age of consent was documented to have been apart of the testimony.

I watched the movie RBG. It was really well done. Propaganda, of course. But without doing a ton of research to see exactly where it was twisted – one got the feeling RBG started out as a white knight for women. According to the movie, the laws in the early 70s did treat women as equals in the work place or in the home. The movie made her out to be the champion of women’s rights – and if true – she was an amazing warrior.

Don’t agree with her on abortion or other far left proposals, such as the US Constitution is a living document that needs to be interpreted to fit the times – activist judges – but her efforts and intellect are to be admired. She is an historic icon and will be remembered for her efforts to bring equality to women.

Spare me the “shes an intellect”. Karl Marx was supposedly an “intellect” also. Darth Bader is a communsit pig hiding behind black robes, plain and simple, just like Kagan and Sotoamayor are. They were hoping to use the narrative that the impeachment was imminent and that a soon to be removed president shouldn’t be allowed to nominate a replacement. They made the critical mistake of citing someone from within the special council as the source and Mueller couldn’t let that stand. The last thing he wants is a investigation into who leaked.

Pneumonia in a person that age, especially when cancer is involved, isn’t a good sign that she is recovering. More like her body is beginning to shut down. Many terminal cancer patients pass away due to a secondary cause of death, such as pneumonia, usually described on a death certificate as having a duration of days, hours or minutes, whereas, the primary cause of death, such as cancer, will be described on a death certificate as having a duration of years or months. Pneumonia is a horrible way to pass, as the person is basically drowning because of the fluid buildup in their lungs, preventing oxygen from circulating in the blood stream. I’m not a fan of Justice Ginsburg, but I do hope that when it’s her time to pass, that it will be peaceful and pain free for her.

Justice Ginsburg’s terminal illness once again raises the topic of should it be mandatory that when a government official is no longer able to discharge their duties because of a devastating illness, or due to old age, should the government require that person to resign or retire from office. John McCain knew for a year before his passing, that he had terminal brain cancer. Yet, rather than to do the right and honorable thing by retiring, so someone could take his seat in the US Senate and actually represent the citizens in Arizona, he instead chose to hold his seat while not being present to vote in the Senate, or perform the duties required of that office. Instead of thinking about what’s best for the Senate and especially the citizens of Arizona, John McCain made his last year in office all about him. Even his funeral, on the level of one given to former presidents, was over the top and one that I found to be very appalling. Make no mistake about it, it was John McCain himself who planned every bit of his funeral. Had McCain retired months before his passing, our governor could have appointed someone to temporally fill his seat, and a special election to fill the remainder of his term could have been held this past November 6th, 2018. Instead, because of the selfish acts of McCain, our state missed that opportunity and our governor instead appointed retired US Senator from Arizona, John Kyl, to fill his seat until the end of 2018, when former US Representative from Arizona, Martha McSally, was appointed to fill the seat until a special election in 2020, with the winner of that election filling the last two years of the senate seat.

The reason for the buzzfeed article was a calculated attempt by prevent a vote on RBGs replacement. Reports are she is fighting pneumonia and will retire soon. Democrats know they don’t have the votes to stop Trump’s appointment so they need a narrative of the imminent impeachment. They are trying to install a narrative ahead of RBG’s announcement that gives them and their allies in the media something to try brow beat certain rebublocams with.

“Psychosis” can be defined as a mental disorder characterized by a disconnection from reality.

Many on the left have moved on from proclaiming “Trump is not MY President” to actually believing that “Trump is not THE President”. The first version is just a rather silly denial. The second version is psychotic thinking – a disconnect from reality.

Having once bought into the psychosis, much of their recently cranked up misbehavior becomes rather understandable. Almost any sort of awful behavior towards PDJT is OK, even for previously rational people. And the MSM feeds their delusion daily.

They feel free to demean or threaten the man and the office, since “he’s not really the President” and therefore his administration “is not really the Presidency”. I’m wondering if soon they’ll work around to “his supporters are not real human beings” – in fact, I think we’re there already.

Something I keep noticing is that right before something is revealed on one side or the other, ‘breaking news’ comes out that causes people to definitively describe what is a crime. Here the rumored crime is suborning perjury. The entire left is going out of their way to make sure we all know this is a terrible terrible crime. Impeachable even. Being told to lie to congress is the topic.

We haven’t heard much of anything from Ford’s lawyer’s and Ford’s friend working with the legal team texting Ford’s friend and suggesting she change her story. The lawyers have been pretty much out of the news, if not entirely. Suborning perjury charges coming up? If preparations are in the works on resisting replacing RBG, charges made here could be a deterrent.

Just speculation on my part, but you asked “why did Mueller do it?”

Everybody knows that Michael Cohen is a liar; he only tells the truth by accident. This is simply a fact.

I think the leak revealed a key element of Mueller’s final report, that Cohen is willing to lie to give Mueller what he needs and get preferential treatment.

So Mueller put out the elliptical statement that “the Buzzfeed report is not accurate”. What part is not accurate? That dirty cop does not say.

Mueller felt the need to put out this statement because he wants to save the Cohen lie for his final report, to give it some zip.

Well, I am one who is skeptical of all this. I personally think this is all theater. Here is why… The two sides are playing chess with each other… Always trying to stay a few moves ahead. So, wouldn’t it be prudent for the mueller people to send that story to buzzfeed and buzzfeed wittingly or not (doesn’t matter) go with it, just so mueller could smack it down? Now, why would they do this? Well, seems to me people are growing skeptical, even some of the American zombies, of this mueller investigation… so, we have barr coming in, (why? I have no darn clue as it is more baffling than any mystery in the universe) but he knows he is supposed to be looking at mueller and his work with scrutiny because he is under scrutiny by us deplorables. So, mueller and his peeps, plant the story, then debunk it, and it gives barr a perfect storyline to say, yeah, I looked into mueller… he is legit… remember, even he debunked the buzzfeed lie… And, maybe they will do this a couple of times to give the American sheep some hay to feed on, meanwhile continue milking this sham for a few more years… If that seems paranoid and not plausible, what about a justice department that KNOWINGLY fed a fisa court a phony document from one candidate to be able to spy on the opposite candidate for the party they were in favor of, to try and ultimately overturn the election, kinda like an insurance policy of sorts… Sound ridiculous and far-fetched, doesn’t it, eh?

Mueller intends for continuing innuendo/speculation against Pres Trump-as in Did Cohen use the actual word “lie” or did he merely describe a discussion in which Pres Trump suggested/directed him to lead prosecutors astray?

The recent “leaking” seems very orchestrated. Based on unverified material, selective portions (chosen by leaker or recipient?) paint an evolving narrative.

We know the Left have only one playbook, & they rely upon it for any & all political posturing & tactics. Such as when exposure for wrongdoing is imminent… they’ll try to control when & how that information reaches the public, & limit any backlash.

But considering a foreseeable attempt at impeachment, are these leaks an effort to discredit the material, a/o relevant parties? Or limit the amount of evidence available for PDJT’s defense?

A good point heard this evening; Mueller’s office had to get in front of this, it would of gave the Justice dept. reason to investigate the Special Council for leaks. Which would of meant giving everybody in the Council a lie detector test… The first question asked of the staff, “Have you ever leaked to the press?”
Mueller had a self-serving CYA moment, is why he stepped forward to negate the story. Can you imagine how many of his staff would have had to quit.

Parts? Mueller’s statement says “BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate”. It doesn’t say PARTS of the descriptions and characterizations are not accurate.

And now I just heard some contributor claim that “certain elements” are not accurate. ROFL! They are absolutely clinging to the hope that at least something in that BuzzFeed report is true!! After a day of non-stop reporting on this new crisis, some of which included Klobuchar’s question during the Barr hearing (which was very clearly based on the BuzzFeed report) … insert the sound of a massive truck backing up. 😉

From the comments at ‘The Daily Wire’:

“Anyone who has followed the facts: the unmasking of the fake dossier, the text messages, the IG report, the Congressional oversight committee reviews, the testimonies given (and leaked), and the choices of Mueller’s team understand that the Mueller team is not in place to take down Trump. It’s in place to cover the tracks of the miscreants.

It’s why his team is made up of two lawyers that were involved with the dossier. It’s why only the players the FBI tried to flip are being arrested: Flynn, Pop, Manafort, and Carter Page. They are being coerced into being quiet.

The Mueller team doesn’t care about Trump. That is why they come out and blast this article: it hinders their cover up not promotes it. None of it points to Trump. None of it. It does point to an abuse of positions at the FBI, other intelligence groups and the DOJ. How far it goes up the chain will be revealed as the lower rats fall. James Baker to be the first.

Trump has not released the un-redacted information. Leverage. He already knows he’s clean: one, he was never involved in the first place and two, he has seen the information. Including the information Nunes went to the White House to read. These so called agents at the FBI, DOJ and other agencies were idiots and left a paper trail…..they never thought Trump would win.”
