U.S. Media Really, Really, R.E.A.L.L.Y. Need Everyone to Know that Justice Ginsberg is Healthy…

The more he spoke of his honor, the faster we counted the spoons“…  That’s the first sense that comes to mind as left-wing media narrative engineers keep pushing a story that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is “recovering”.

(Twitter LinkNew York Times Link)

How far would the left-wing apparatus go to ensure that President Donald Trump does not have an opportunity to replace another supreme court justice? As far as needed….  There are no boundaries too extreme on this issue. None.

If the far-left political and institutional apparatus; including associates within the DOJ and FBI; were willing to work with allies in DC to frame an incredulous “rape gang” narrative against nominee Justice Kavanaugh; knowing their allied media would incredulously push the most absurd claim imaginable;… well, enough said.

Justice Ginsburg will be “working” from home, invisibly, for a year or more… even if in a coma; hooked up to breathing apparatus, and being force-fed through a tube. Watch.

I have a friend with a wholesale reptile dealership. I can check with him and see if he has sent any unusually large shipments of iguanas to New York City. From what I understand, Judge Ginsburg needs them when she has to do large blood transfusions. A big shipment heading that way might be a tell.

How in HELL does a Supreme Court Justice “work from home”? How?

I worked with a project manager years ago that “worked from home” like 3 days per week. It was a useless arrangement. Useless. She was nice enough, but the whole thing was simply not effective.

The executive branch must spare no effort to determine TODAY, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Justice RBG is both, alive and functional with regard to her SCOTUS responsibilities. If she’s physically incompetent or dying this will be a most egregious abuse inflicted on the American people in the history of the country, only second to the infamous witch hunt of a duly elected president. The enemedia is getting away with murder and their lies and this must stop. If it turns out that the dems and media are lying in this case there will be hell to pay and Nancy and Chuck will not be immune.

I agree with your sentiments wholeheartedly, and the despicable manner in which Judge Kavanaugh was treated is beyond the pale. But, have any of the major players in THAT shameful episode been punished, or even held to account? Any seats they may have lost were quickly made up for (and then some!) by the most brazen, open, middle-finger-in-our-faces voter fraud in U.S. elections history. Again, has anyone at all been held to account over that? Whatshername in Broward Co. “resigned” but you know she’s being very well compensated for her work and her loyalty.

I have no idea what is keeping the president from dropping his truth nukes, but his inability to adequately punish these vermin, whether by choice or not, is the only issue keeping him from having a 90% approval rating. He already possesses irrefutable, undeniable evidence of criminal wrongdoing at all levels of government and politics. He could easily destroy the futures of scores of very powerful and influential people. Perhaps, until he feels confident he has a law enforcement arm that is clean and honest, it would simply be a waste of time and effort? Only President Trump knows for certain, and all we can do is continue to support him.

President Trump is literally all alone at the top. He has a few congressmen, and a few appointees here and there, but the entire political establishment (Uniparty) wants to see him gone……one way or another. I pray for his safety every day.

If Barr has a relatively easy confirmation, that will be the signal that he’s a business as usual swamp protector much like Sessions. The Justice Kavanaugh hearings are the new normal to identify who’s dangerous (to the swamp) and therefore good for the rest of us.

I wish we could be on offense as well, but until we have an offense, we just have to contain what we can. Our DOJ is completely corrupt and infested, through and through. We cannot investigate, indict, try and convict anyone that the corrupt swamp doesn’t want convicted – creepy, sicko, pervert, child rapist Menendez walks while LTG Flynn gets financially wiped out to protect his son from corrupt, dirty cop Mule-Ear’s witch hunt……let’s not even get going on the Treasonous Coup, Clintons, Obama, UraniumOne, Benghazi, and the iceberg the size of Mt. Everest.

President Trump is the only president I have seen in my lifetime (53 years), who actually has the interests of the American people a his top priority. He’s NOT bought and paid for by corrupt Donohue’s crooked Chamber of Commerce / Paid For Politicians, like literally every other candidate right or left. President Trump knows much, much more than what he’s saying (obviously) and all we can do is trust the man to keep his word. I trust President Trump, and we must continue to support him, as that is the ONLY way we can help him…..until he says otherwise.

Yes, she must have at least another 40 years on the court.

Trump declares a National Emergency on the border, and uses the military to build the wall.
Liberals move forward with a lawsuit challenging the legality, and after judge-shopping get a liberal jurist to issue an injunction.
The Trump administration takes it to the Supreme Court, but Ginsberg is still “working from Home.”
Trump’s legal staff challenges her competency, and wants an independent third party to judge her condition.
As a result, Ginsberg either recuses herself knowing she’s in no condition to participate, or is found out as medically unfit. Trump either gets his wall, or a new justice.

Wrong. If the “justice” and perhaps the “chief justice” are working together so she can keep collecting her salary for effectively a “no show job,” then they are guilty of a conspiracy to defraud the United Statees, and as Bobby Mueller is quick to point out, they can certainly be indicted for that. Mueller does it all the time, when he has nothing else to charge. So, maybe Trump should refer the issue to his Acting Ag and look into this potential act of corruption.

HT Jakespeed from LI , who had some very personal insight on RBG and her condition.

Watching my Mom die this past Thanksgiving – Christmas season from metastatic Pancreatic and Liver Cancer, I have compassion for Justice Ginsburg. It’s a tough death accompanied by pain increasing to a point where the patient has to be medicated with IV Morphine in order to withstand it. The time from her diagnosis to death was just under 4 weeks. That’s not much time to say good-bye, nor does it give the patient much time to reconcile and come to grips that their life is over. The Morphine leaves the patient incapacitated as far as communication is concerned: But they can hear and respond to touch and speech. I wouldn’t want to see an enemy (whether physical or political) die this way. Because of this alone, I have empathy for her. I wish her peace as she passes from this life.

Justice Ginsburg DOES NOT represent my convictions in her legal decisions. While I have hope that her successor will be better aligned to the Constitution’s constructionist view point when deciding whether our laws are conform to the Constitution.

Any Trump nomination to replace her will be an “excrement show,” with the Democrat Media complex trying EVERY maneuver possible to get someone that favors the way they desire to govern the American people.

It’s a good time to have Trump as POTUS…. For the providence of his election, I am truly thankful.

    Bless and keep Jakespeed…

Has anyone seen her in public since the broken ribs story broke? No doubt her bones are very brittle. Her hunched back (or scoliosis) is due to osteoporosis and frequent micro fractures of the spine. So breaking ribs would make sense. But it seems really odd that she had thoracic surgery so soon after broken ribs and in such a frail 85 year old.

Rand Paul broke his ribs, and how long was he recuperating?

My point is, she is so obviously frail, that it’s seems a lobectomy would be very difficult for her to handle. Didn’t the report of her planning a January retirement arise before she broke her ribs? I can’t recall. It all seems so strange.

She had TWO separate cancerous tumors removed from her a lung and a lobectomy.
Rarely, rarely, are there two PRIMARY lung cancers at one time in a lung. Usually when you have two malignant cancers they are metastatic in origin. Primary lung cancers mean they have originated in the lung and they can be removed before they go metastatic. However if there are 2 cancers the probability is very very high they are metastatic and have migrated from another source. 6 months at best.

I was once in a play called “Johnny On a Spot” by Ben Hecht. It was a comedy and the basic plot was that the crooked incumbent governor has a heart attack in a whore house on election night and dies. He wins the election but in this state the law is that if he died after election day the party gets to appoint a replacement if he died before election day was over, there has to be a new election and his corruption will be exposed. So hilarity ensues as they try to shuffle his dead body between rooms of the capitol so that no one finds out that the Governor is dead.

Truth is stranger than fiction. We are still discovering the depths to which people will go. Because we still have tenuous notions of decency riddled in our DNA, we discount the absurd when we hear it, thinking it is beyond reasonable to believe it could occur. So, the fiction writer is panned for ridiculous plots. And, then we read congressional transcripts to learn socialists & fellow travelers consider the ridiculous to be warm-up exercise for their main events.
