“Stay tuned!” Does that mean we’re about to see our President declassify the whole bucket of slop? Hopefully, Swampers in the NSA, etc., haven’t dumped much of the slop down the drain. (Yes, we have trust issues with the embed’s in our govt. We’ve learned the hard way.) Will it be an October Surprise? A Labor Day of Justice?

Kris Kobach’s election fiasco is proof positive that Americans need a wake up call and/or a swift kick in the backside so they understand the magnitude of corruption, lies and deceit on the Left. Unless a majority truly prefer being governed by a gang of criminals, then the President eventually is going to have to take this into his own hands.

What’s needed to convince people what’s at stake? Antifa bashing skulls and destroying property apparently isn’t enough. An entire national media conglomerate telling lies, omitting truth abt their home team, distorting and maligning isn’t enough. Will we have to wait for book burnings in our streets, the airwaves and internet stripped of all opposition, conservatives loaded into boxcars and dumped into reeducation camps?

Even if all info is declassified, our President may need to clean house at DOJ, because the way it stands, many have no confidence DOJ will indict, no matter how damning the evidence is. Seems the Hillary/Obama/Schiff/et al collusion and conspiracy with Russia ain’t no big deal to DOJ. The DOJ take on it seems to be that a bunch of patriotic, law abiding Americans with stellar careers in public service were just collecting opposition research and expressing their personal opinions on candidates. What’s wrong with that, right? Oh sure, a head or two has rolled over it. That was done to pacify the annoying chattering class, so now let’s just drop it, already. What difference at this point does it make, right Hillary?

When DOJ just caved to a federal judge and returned an El Salvadorian woman and her child deported by DHS on the same day they were returned home, the question of spine in the DOJ does come up. Their excuse is they HAD to comply with a court order. Of course, when Congress uses it’s authority in requiring DOJ to turn over documents, well, those are orders the DOJ can ignore. In fact, they flat out refuse to comply and when some in Congress threaten impeachment, the Speaker of the Swamp smacks them down and declares the DOJ refusal doesn’t rise to the occasion of impeachment–not a high crime or misdemeanor in sight. See how it works?

“Stay tuned!” — We’re with you, President Trump. Ready when you are, Sir.

The leftist judges are pouncing on EVERY action taken on immigration by this President or his cabinet, The new rules for declaring asylum will be challenged endlessly because they define asylum as escaping political persecution. (it excludes people fleeing domestic violence or gangs) This will have to go to SC I fear. Need Turtle to confirm more judges.! For National Security the President has to protect our borders.

The USS Indianapolis story was most famously portrayed by Robert Shaw in the movie Jaws.

After delivering the parts for the first atomic bomb to the island of Tinian the ship was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine. The ship went down in 12 minutes with 300 of its 1200 crew members.

The remaining 900 crew members went in the water. A distress signal was never received and due to the lack of procedures the ship was not reported missing.

The survivors were in the water for 5 days. During this time they were continually attacked by sharks. They never knew who would be attacked next. Only once they were bitten…….

Of the 900 who went in the water, less than 300 survived. Many have told their story, but, the waiting in the water and being attacked by sharks constantly for 5 days shows how much horror these men put up with and survived.

The story of the USS Indianapolis is incredible.

Too bad the anarchists tearing up our streets, screaming down opposing voices, sitting at cable news microphones espousing hatred and division have no clue of this, and so many more stories of sacrifice and commitment that rolled all together, make our Great American Story. Of course, they can always google the USS Indianapolis but whether or not the truth would be told is a very worrisome reality. God bless, and thank you, Sgt. Harrell.

The scary part is that the left has millions of people that are so brainwashed, they will go along with any nonsense that is pushed out to them by their masters.

Millions of people were convinced instantly to hate plastic straws with a passion and that anybody caught distributing them should be thrown in jail.

Millions of people are also convinced the California wildfires (caused by arson and exacerbated by poor forest management) are caused by global warming.

The list goes on and on of things that are not true, yet universally believed by the useful idiots on the left.

When i was in the post office today there was a woman wanting to buy “cute, fun stamps.” She then told the USPS employee that she works for the local (looney) government and she is pre registering 16 year olds to vote and she wants to make it attractive and fun to register.

I looked it up when I got home. !6 year olds can pre register and even if they do nothing, when they are 18 they can vote.

Anyone want to bet they will be very “active voters” even if they never set foot in a voting booth.

“….Since becoming Trump’s attorney on April 20th, I have rarely seen a man with as much confidence as Giuliani projects day after day in media interviews. You can fake confidence once in a while, but not every day. Giuliani knows that he has a hand that cannot lose.
Giuliani was Trump’s closest confidant (outside of direct family) during the campaign season. Trump gets inaugurated and Giuliani disappears for 15 months? Come on man! Every month or two I would try to find out what he was up to. Radio silence / witness protection program. For a man who is a media whore, I found it very odd for him to disappear like this. The joke in New York when Rudy was mayor was that the most dangerous spot in NYC was the space between Giuliani and a microphone. What was he up to for 15 months?
My theory is that Giuliani was gathering ALL of the details of the Deep State coup attempt until the time was ready to deliver the knockout blow. He was basically doing private investigative work for President Trump for 15 months under the radar.”

Someone else mentioned cancer treatments but also said Rudy looks mighty healthy for that.

Tiana adds: “President Trump assigned Rudy Giuliani to head the cybersecurity effort in Jan. 2017…”
    https://newyork.cbslocal.com/2017/01/12/giuliani-trump-cybersecurity/

Don’t forget Weenie Wieners laptop. It is very likely that Rudy and a handpicked crew have access to the copy made by the NYPD.

    HERE is a KEY FACTOID!

“Security clearances are not mandated for the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, Supreme Court Justices, or other constitutional officers,” a recent Congressional Research Service report explains. “The criteria for election or appointment to these positions are specified in the U.S. Constitution, and except by constitutional amendment, no additional criteria (e.g., holding a security clearance) may be required.”

In fact, the security clearance system itself is an expression of presidential authority. Its scope and operation are defined in an executive order (EO 12968), and its terms can be modified by the President at will.

And if the President wished to grant access to classified information to a family member, for example, there would be no legal barrier to doing so.….

There is more proof to this theory. Look @ Rudy’s endorsement speech for Donald Trump at the RNC in 2016. He looked like he was ready to have a heart attack on that stage, if necessary, if it meant it got Trump over the line.

In other words, Rudy has proven to be a fierce, loyal, passionate friend. With that in mind I’m inclined to believe what thegrandprognosticator is suggesting.

All you needed to do was look at the history and understand how brilliant, powerful, successful men operate. Add to that their friendship and NYC Bowry Boy DNA, most would see that Rudy was on the outside if this administrartion for strategic reasons. Not because he was sick, fell out of trust or drank too much. NYPD finding and outing the Weiner laptop was the proof. Imo, there are a few others. Jmo

Depending upon which study you use (I’ve seen several), it is estimated that there are somewhere between 250 and 600 supercentenarians in the world on average. According to a 2014 study by The Boston University School of Medicine (New England Centenarian Study), there were about 70 in the United States. Isn’t it amazing that out of 250 to 600 worldwide….atleast 170 are registered in OH 12th congressional district (and 72 actually cast a ballot in 2016)?

That means there are 170 slam-dunk cases of voter fraud to prosecute. Why? Because there is no known person alive today older than 115 years old anywhere on Earth, let alone Ohio.

The six oldest people on the planet, including the last person born in the 1800’s died in the past year …

      Died 2018-07-22 age 117

Low frequency radio waves can travel far across terrain and go through walls even bend through small gaps of a faraday cage. They are called acoustic ELF waves much like the kind that tormented shooters to shoot. It can also harm. I know many like to make fun of it, I really don’t think you should. Instead share and get the word out about this technology. It might sound alien, it is not. It is basic technology.

People can actually tape the low voices they hear with proper equipment. Again this is important why? Mind control of journalists and public towards liberal dogma. Awareness will help us mitigate its effects as no one is immune. You don’t need a chip planted to succumb and I repeat, our politicians are fed words sometimes which they speak subconsciously and ruins a good candidate.

There may be SOME truth to this. It’s plausible.

If you’ve never heard of it, supposedly there is a military project called the voice of God, basically the Pentagon had some program supposedly developing that weapon, and there are news stories about a weapon the military supposedly has that can be broadcast at an enemy force, say ISIS, that tells them in a voice that sounds as if it’s coming from the inside of their head to put their weapons down and surrender. It’s effective with highly religious people because they believe it to be God speaking to them.

This is not just a conspiracy, major news outlets have ran all kinds of stories about it and there’s documentation that the pentagon was at least funding such a thing. So nobody knows if it actually exists, but stories about it keep popping up.

Oh, wow. Yes, I remember reading it being referred to the targeting as Voice of God (fake). This is why I post this information because treepers together know much more than I. The other piece of technology which beams on to a person to cause pain not voices mentioned in the same article lays claim to being with held for use by the military but rogue CIA agents and their contractors have no doubt got their hands on the technology bribed by big money. They are domestically and illegally targeting patriots for electonic harm and manipulating rioters/libs to do their bidding. We have to share this knowledge as much as possible to guarantee a free world more than ever!

I knew there was some kind of “magic” done similar to magic acts in LV where it’s incomprehensible what happened but once the secret is out on how Paddock for example killed and then was himself killed, it is no longer a secret. I wondered why there were so many helicopters that night.

It was reported that a helicopter with two men crashed over Charlottesville. The driver was beamed on to crash into the crowd. Basically once the “police” use is done, the powers order the perps terminated.

We’re all just figures to play with in a fake action movie to the rogue CIA and globalist agents with money. For example, Soros uses this to coordinate political events so he can short the forex and get gun control.

Had the technology been open since the 1950s, we wouldn’t be shocked to know at all. It’s the first time hearing about it, and tech has advanced so much in 60 years it seems too overwhelming to accept.

Your comment when I read it this morning made me remember something from when I was a kid, it was in Popular Mechanics I think. It took a few min to clear out the cobwebs from by brain and remember what it was called but this is what I found [links below]
I don’t know if its directly related or not to the current technology but even if not sometimes more information is a good thing. Also Dr. Flanagan is a really interesting person.
A clip from the first link – – [clip] As he had done with his sleeping machine, Patrick took part in an inventors’ trade fair again when he was eleven. This time he had built a guided missile detector and recorded all rocket launches and nuclear tests made by the US and Russia for months. These were of course secret tests, not meant to be made public. He came in first at the trade fair again. The jury was impressed that he had built most of his guided missile detector from electronic waste, and had only spent five dollars on additional components. He said he could have built a really good detector with twenty dollars.
When he was back in school the following day, the Principal paged him .. “Patrick Flanagan, please come to my office. You’ve got a phone call from the Pentagon.”
The American Defense Ministry had found out about the data recorded with the guided missile detector, which was data classified as “top secret”. The publication of the data alarmed the Pentagon. A five star General was on the phone, and he interrogated Patrick as to how he could have obtained access to the secret data.
Patrick told him he had developed a device that had recorded the data. The General asked Patrick if he would agree to army officials investigating his device and shortly after this a team of experts from the nearby Wright Patterson Air Force Base arrived and examined Patrick’s missile detector. They confiscated the device and Patrick did not hear anything about his invention for some time.
The military informed the public some time later that they had developed a new device that could detect rocket launches. Patrick’s detector had been installed in an American defense satellite and was now recording Russian rocket launches for the American Defense Ministry. [clip] the rest is here – – – http://www.eucach.org/v2k_8_neurophone_flanagan_ebook.pdf

Here is more information on the neurophone
A clip from the second link [clip] The Neurophone is an electronic telepathy machine. Several tests prove that it bypasses the eighth cranial nerve, the hearing nerve, and transmits sound directly to the brain. This means that the Neurophone stimulates perception through a seventh or alternative sense. All hearing aids stimulate tiny bones in the middle ear. Sometimes when the eardrum is damaged, the bones of the inner ear are stimulated by a vibrator that is placed behind the ear on the base of the skull. Bone conduction will even work through the teeth. In order for bone conduction to work, the cochlea or inner ear that connects to the eighth cranial nerve first must function. People who are nerve-deaf cannot hear through bone conduction because the nerves in the inner ear are not functional. [clip] – – – – https://concen.org/sites/default/files/info/neurophone.nfo

“California judgments last for 10 years from the date they were entered. If you win a judgment issued by a federal court, you may start collecting right away….”

Also if they live in a different county they may be able to sue in that venue.

          “….Venue
While jurisdiction says in what state and what court you file your lawsuit, “venue” is the county where you file your action.

Usually, venue is in the county where:
          * The person you are suing lives or does business (if you are suing a business or organization); or

          * The dispute arose, like where an accident happened, or where a contract was entered into or broken.

It is possible to have a situation where more than one county is the proper venue for you to file your lawsuit. For example, back to the car accident scenario: If the driver that hit you lives in Los Angeles county, the owner of the car lives in Orange County, and the accident happened in Riverside county, you can choose which of those three counties (L.A., Orange County or Riverside) to file your lawsuit in…. “http://www.courts.ca.gov/9617.htm
          ….

This is a classic case for where a change in venue could be requested.
“…There are cases that are famous (or infamous) in a particular locality, and a party may wish to change venue so that jurors are less likely to have heard of the case and, therefore, be unbiased. Each state and the federal jurisdiction have their own rules concerning venue, so be sure to check your local statutes or consult with an attorney to find out where you should bring your case….” https://litigation.findlaw.com/filing-a-lawsuit/what-is-a-motion-for-change-of-venue.html

  25. I’ve been reading here for about four months. I found the site from a link in an AmericanThinker article sometime ago. Sundance’s posts, and many of your comments have been terrific in helping me delve deeper into the mess that we’ve been confronting since Pres. Trump was elected. Thank you all for your dedication and inspiration.
I’m not on FB or Twitter so created a WP account to post here. Briefly, I’ve been a conservative my whole life, explored politics via internships on Capital Hill and at National Review when WFB was editor (he was amazing), but ended up in business, banking and consulting. Southern born and bred but I’ve been fortunate to travel quite a bit; hopefully all of that has inculcated a well-honed nose for what we politely called “baloney sausage”. The nonsense coming from Clinton and BHO reeked of the aforesaid; and violated my common sense meter. Incrementalism and the common sense of the hardworking American people are touchstones for me; the latter played a big role in my support and advocacy for Pres. Trump. And Pres. Trump’s willingness to ask, why and why not are admirable and are producing amazing results!! Just this week was amazed to hear that my nephew, raised by two very liberal parents (God love them), voted for Pres. Trump!

Just wanted to post a bit of an intro and look forward to conversing with you all as this drama unfolds. It does seem to be heating up…hooray!

Guide to Antitrust Laws | Federal Trade Commission

      ➡️ Single Firm Conduct

      ➡️ ➡️ Refusal to Deal

In general, any business — even a monopolist — may choose its business partners. However, under certain circumstances, there may be limits on this freedom for a firm with market power. As courts attempt to define those limited situations when a firm with market power may violate antitrust law by refusing to do business with other firms, the focus is on how the refusal to deal helps the monopolist maintain its monopoly, or allows the monopolist to use its monopoly in one market to attempt to monopolize another market.

Sometimes the refusal to deal is with customers or suppliers, with the effect of preventing them from dealing with a rival: “I refuse to deal with you if you deal with my competitor.” For example, in a case from the 1950’s, the only newspaper in a town refused to carry advertisements from companies that were also running ads on a local radio station. The newspaper monitored the radio ads and terminated its ad contracts with any business that ran ads on the radio. The Supreme Court found that the newspaper’s refusal to deal with businesses using the radio station strengthened its dominant position in the local advertising market and threatened to eliminate the radio station as a competitor…..

The Commission is headed by five Commissioners. Four of them were just nominated by President Trump in MAy of 2018. 😈

The effort comes from a conservative street artist who wishes to remain anonymous, but he says he was motivated not only by the destruction of the president's real star, but also a recent unanimous vote by the West Hollywood City Council to recommend the removal of Trump's star due to accusations he has mistreated women.

The anonymous artist says he's not done with his mission to preserve Trump's star. "Rip up the president's Walk of Fame star or try to have it removed — like you're the mayor of West Hollywood or something — and 30 more will pop up," the artist tells The Hollywood Reporter.

Still waiting for President Trump to revoke the Security Clearances for former Obama hacks Clapper, Brennan, Rice, etc.

It appears that’s what happened with the Flynn leak. As a veteran reporter on the national security beat told RCI: “After the Washington Post broke the Flynn story, a colleague called an Obama administration source and got an explosive story like that confirmed in 15 minutes. Even reporters at second-tier publications got the story confirmed, and quickly, because so many people in the administration knew about it.”

But where that leak started is a different issue. “There are only a few people the leak could have come from,” one senior U.S. official told RCI. “The Flynn intercept doesn’t go to rank-and-file FBI agents. It goes through the top rungs up to Comey, and from there it can only go across. To top DOJ personnel, and the White House. It could also go to John Brennan and James Clapper.”
