Maria’s lead up to the question – “What should we expect from the IG report.? It feels like key people are being reassigned or fired. As a RESULT of what’s coming”

Listen carefully to Chairman Nunes full answer…
“The main thing we’ve learned so far is that the IG was able to get these text messages and illuminated a lot of the problems and biases with the DOJ and FBI investigation. The IG report is only looking at how they handled the Clinton email investigation.”

Now here is the KEY … Nunes, “That information is really pertinent to the investigations that both the Judiciary and Intelligence Committee’s. We are still looking into FISA abuse and other matters and still have a lot of witnesses to bring in, from the State Dept., FBI and DOJ about was there a conspiracy to go after the Trump Campaign, did people purposely obstruct Congress’s investigation.”

And beautiful Maris close with .. “And we will be looking for anymore text messages that illuminate any more information for us.”

~ So, Devin Nunes and crew are like a bloodhound on the trail. The Clinton email investigation by the IG exposes the whole web. It is the center where all the other investigations explode…

I would imagine the first IG report will be about the Clinton email because it was started in Jan 2017 but we know that Sessions has given the IG the FISA investigation. It is going to take a while before the IG finishes the FISA investigation & releases a report. We don’t know what other “concerns from Congress” were given to the IG so I’m sure the Clinton report is just the first of more to come.

In the Clinton email investigation the IG was suppose to look at the actions of Comey, McCabe & Peter Kadzik so there should be some damning info on these guys that will be coming out & no telling how far that will spill over onto the actions of others such as the Ohrs.
I bet it’s more than just the “email matter”.

I think what we saw on Friday was an example of the Deep State Propaganda, including the Progressives, GOP’ers and Establishment: sowing discord.

People are mighty upset but they need to remember that projects are never done in one phase and you may have to do things along the way that you didn’t want to do but such is life. So, people need to have some patience and realize that all in all things are moving along fine. Trump is pretty much fine, he will take his lumps here and there but overall a tunnel between NY and NJ is small peanuts while you are trying to get the DoD funded and working on the economy.

I also figure that Schumie’s “spiking the balal” on Friday is gonna come back to bite his a$$ big time. I can’t believe his team (and party) could be so politically clueless.

Also, I wonder how many of those “dissatisfied” voices on Friday are not in reality trolls.

We will get the military up to date and strong and we will get the Wall. Also, I think Trump already has a plan how to handle China and other countries to get back to buying Made in USA as to the benefit of every country to realize you either buy our products and cheat your citizens.

I posted that problem last week, and was referred to Apple support for dealing with this virus (on my iMac and iPad). It’s a virus, and, rather than clicking “close” (the only apparent option to return to what you were reading), you need to exit the window and other current windows, go back and erase your browser history going back before the virus started, and, of course, update your security SW. I hope that helps.

I sent this to my contact for congressman Schweikert.

    Hi Kevin,
I have a question maybe you or David could answer.
It seems to me that under Article 1, Section 9, Clause 7 of the constitution where appropriations are concerned, is it possible that President Trump being the Executive Branch will NOT appropriate certain funds and this is why he signed it?

This Omnibus bill is discretionary spending, not Non-discretionary or, even a budget, which as I understand the law to be, gives the President a ceiling on his spending but, does not compel him to spend this money where he feels it is unwise. Virtually making this a line item veto without having a line item veto law.

If this is correct, I can only hope that the President is well aware of this that it’s puts congress back on its heals to get a budget done and stop playing games.

Please keep me informed if you would.

    Thanks,

    —–

    From a Supreme Court case…
    14. The provision of the Constitution, Art. I, § 9, cl. 7, that “No money shall be drawn from the Treasury but in consequence of appropriations made by law” was intended as a restriction upon the disbursing authority of the Executive Department, and is without significance here. It means simply that no money can be paid out of the Treasury unless it has been appropriated by an Act of Congress. P. 301 U. S. 321.

    So…
The power of the purse was given to the House of Representatives, this allows them to keep in check a king, emperor or a president from dictating the finances of our government. Keep tyranny in check. It does not compel him to spend it, it only tells him where he can spend it. PTrump can withhold this money and let them force it into the courts. I can only hope he does this!

This is the rules for a proper Budget, not an Omnibus. Omnibus are very different. This is why we didn’t have a Budget under O-bama and why all that money has been very difficult to track.

Budgets are mandatory spending, Omnibus are discretionary. There has never been a Supreme Court opinion regarding this matter, only opinions by the high courts of what the appropriation bill is meant for. This is why they use the Omnibus bills, so they can get their pet projects.

PDJT can force their hand on this issue by not spending on their pet projects (discretion), if they don’t like it, fine, take me to court! He stated very clearly that he will never do this again. If he does, he will seal his fate for sure!

Keep in mind, the constitution call for a ‘Statement and Account’. That’s why they hide their projects in the Omnibus. Believe it or not, I read the bill, all 2,232 pages of it. The money is set aside specifically for certain things and cannot be transferred to other accounts, plus, there is no federal funds allocated to abortion, period.

This does not mean past Omnibus bills disallowed transfers on money, it only means this one does. The Uniparty may have allowed this for past presidents but they sure did not allow this President that same option. They new he would use the money for the border wall, if he can do a work around by going the the Army Coprs of Engineers, then maybe that might work but again, they tried to stop him!

Lots of crap in this current Omnibus like… foreign allies, one in particular was 1.5 billion to Jordan.

I only wish I could borrow money from my neighbors, spend it, then have them pay it back to me.

Did Trump Just Hint at Building the Border Wall Using the Military?

Trump also dropped an eyebrow-raising hint that he could take an unprecedented option and build the wall using the enormous military budget.

“I want to address the situation on border security, which I call national defense,” Trump said. “I call it stopping drugs from pouring across our border. And I call it illegal immigration. It’s all of those things. But national defense is a very important two words. Because by having a strong border system, including a wall, we are in a position, militarily, that is very advantageous.” For the first time, Trump underlined the significance of the barrier as a military structure and a matter of national defense.

I’d like to hear the DOJ clarify what the Special Counsel IS investigating. E.g., in the Manafort indictment, Companies A and B were identified as having worked closely with and at the direction of Manafort in violating the Foreign Agent Registration laws, and receiving the money Manafort was accused of laundering and avoiding taxes on. Company B was reported to be the Podesta Group, a strong arm of the Clinton Crime Machine, which represented Russia in the Uranium One transaction. It did not register under FARA for the work done for Manafort and the Ukraine government. Has Mueller assumed responsibility for pursuit of this investigation into potential indictment of Podesta????? I’d rather have the experienced prosecutor from out of DC looking at this than Mueller with his deep state, Dem-leaning henchmen. Tony Podesta resigned and lawyered up, and the firm shut down, in response to Manafort’s indictment, but there’s been no update on Podesta’s potential liability.

I know that in ordinary circumstances, Justice is served by its policy not to disclose anything about secret investigations. However, here, where there is strong evidence of corruption of DOJ/FBI to serve political goals, a special counsel with potentially pre-emptive right to take over specific subject matter investigations, appointed to investigate the President’s collusion when there was no collusion, an AG who foolishly recused himself from supervising the Special Counsel, and very little to indicate that the subjects of concern and interest listed below are being investigated, and if so by whom, I’d argue that the public needs to know that independent investigations are ongoing with respect to each: Uranium One and the coverup of its criminal behavior by DOJ until after the deal was done; other examples of pay to play by the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative; Clinton campaign collusion with Russia and other foreign governments to help her campaign; the Seth Rich murder and what his laptop might contain; the Imran Awan affair and what the DWS laptop seized from him might contain; what the Weiner/Abedin laptop might contain if reviewed by someone other than Peter Strzok, with artificial limits on the subject matter of his investigation (solely to do with improper storage of classified material during the time Clinton was SOS).

It is totally inconsistent what we know about the planned-to-exonerate Clinton email investigation and the planned-to-impeach Trump collusion investigation, on the one hand, and all these other investigations on the other. They all appear to me to be part of the Clinton Crime Machine agenda.

Either to keep the venues separate or to disinherit the connection to other cases and treat them as separate isolated cases.

Of coarse I am refering to the FISA abuse to frame the incoming adminstration with ‘muh Russia’ collusion, their obstruction of the HRC email ‘matter’ and the ramifications of the UraniumOne, Clinton Foundation pay for play and HRC tenure at State with its rampant corruption just to name a few, because there is also the DNC/MSM efforts to misdirect the PR Nightmare of HRC away from her campaigne and DWS IT Awan affair with Congressional members to name just a few more.

The appearance to anyone examining the whole picture is all these activities are interwoven. And no defense lawyer worth his or her salt would want to taint their defense with having to answer even remotely this big picture.

With all these over lapping interests of the various people involved, I am greatly worried that unless these interrelated investigations are brought together under one umbrella the final outcome will be a WHITEWASH

      MTK & Other Treepers:

If you haven’t had a chance to do so, you may want to listen into this interview Jason Goodman had with “Dr. Steven” back in January this year regarding Michael Horowitz’ heroic role as IG in getting to this point.

Dr. Steven is just a pseudonym to protect this guy since he works with the IG’s group that focuses on healthcare…so he’s very knowledgeable on all the details related to what Mr. Horowitz has endured since being appointed in 2011 & confirmed in 2012. Moreover, he lays out the timeline of events and explains why the focus on Hillary’s email IS the key to everything as someone else mentioned above.

Given all the money the IG group received for operations in the Omnibus bill + the strength of authority the “white hats” in Congress gave him when they sponsored & passed bills that removed ALL the impediments Hussein & Holder erected…which you can read about here.

It’s a fascinating tale worth the 1 hour 16 minutes you’ll spend. Also paints Sessions & Wray in a whole different light, along with others…including CTH’s reporting.

Good stuff. Still not quite sure when he’ll drop the hammer, but believe it’ll be within the next couple of weeks…so keep an eye on http://www.oversight.gov where the report will finally land as soon as it’s released.
