What a lovely sounding word that says so much more than the world will ever acknowledge.

I too love these two gentlemen, and brothers in the Lord, Jesus Christ.

And yet, a couple of years ago, Mike and I went head to head sort of…he was rebuking the Conservatives that were calling the RINO’s RINO’s! He said it was divisive.

And I finally got sick of it and gave him an earful!

I said Mike, how many times does God’s Word call out the hypocrites??? Are you going to tell me that every time one of God’s prophets called out the hypocrites they were wrong? Will you rebuke God?
And God’s Word does say it’s evil to accept bribes!

I don’t remember everything I said to him, but he seems to have changed his tune! Thank God! So, I can respect him again.

Great interview, lots of details. He is relaxed and in command. I also note he has a good relationship with Governor Huckabee.

I am so happy he is the President. So happy!

President Trump did a lot of talking in a short period of time, but never wet his whistle. Pretty amazing. I keep thinking back to Rubio’s SOTU response a number of years ago where he gulped water so awkwardly.

Showing my shallow side, Mr. President has an amazing set of chompers for someone his age.

Can’t say the same for myself and I’m younger 👍

Minnie, maybe because he doesn’t drink, smoke or take drugs, except for cholesterol I have read. His attitude and mind have helped him to not look his age, have such great energy, charity, and so much more in just one great human being. Love it when he does a big smile because it is lovely.

“Mr. President your press secretary says I have to wrap this up” 😂

Terrific interview. How wonderful it is to be asked a question and to be allowed to answer without interruption or snide underhanded snarks ala little Georgie Stephanopolousssa (whatever his name is), or cut off by any of the ABCDEFG presstitutes and swamp punks.

Those Sunday talk hosts are not giving interviews, more like a series of pre-canned loaded fake questions interlaced with vile underhanded comments without any way to counter unless you are Stephen Miller, after which his interview became the “news”. It’s just an ugly charade that is predictable, annoying and boring and really really really embarrassing to watch.

Wow! I can’t remember the last time I heard my President speak for half an hour without being heaped on with disrespect! Beautifully handles, Gov. Huckabee. You’re a gentlemen and a patriot.

And as to our Lion? President Trump is an absolute winning machine, as is his lovely First Lady and their whole beautiful family.

Who else could, or would, deal with these jackals daily for us, and stay true to the fight? To continue to win besides a constant headwind of negativity?

We’re so very lucky to have the Trumps in our corner.

      Blessed is what we are.

AMEN, chiefillinicake! As a young sheriff (Dr. Quinn-Medicine Woman, episode: “Tin Star”) is known to have said (when he faced a bad-guy, very effectively played by Travis Tritt), “Luck ain’t got nothin’ to do with it”. YES! We are MIGHTILY BLESSED!

Enjoyed the interview. Great venue and start to Mike’s new show. Love when our president doesn’t half to be in enemy territory with MSM. Loved the thought that if MSM wants to view the interview, they will have to go through a christian network. Maybe they’ll get a slight cleansing.

Gov. Mike has always been a friend and supporter of President Trump. During one of the debates when THE liberal so called moderator attempted to bait him into dissing Trump, Huckabee of course refused. And responded with “I’m wearing my Donald Trump tie”. CLASSY. And priceless.

That was a great interview. Now that’s what an interview with a sitting president should be like. I like both Huckabee and Pres. Trump. I am very proud of our president. He is what I had hoped he would be and Melania is a wonderful First Lady, emphasis on lady.

    Two observations:
    1. At the start, talking about the Vegas shooting, he praised everyone, the victims, the Police/Sherif department, the first responders, the hospitals…but not the FBI.
    2. When he was talking about North Korea, he said it should have been handled “25 years ago”, which was George H.W. Bush, and “ten years ago” which was George W. Bush.

And did you notice he chg’d the subject back to the health professionals pretty quickly and got off the line of thought praising LV LE??

I can’t help but wonder if he did do bc he knows they know more than they’re saying and he understands they can’t share what they know and he doesn’t ever want to lie to the American ppl, so he just Gv them a quick pat on the back and chg’d the subject.

I believe there is SOOOO much more to that LV shooting massacre that involves covert back story that the Govt can’t share. And that we’ll very possibly never know the truth.

But p45 and Huck we’re indeed awesome!

I like Huck, and glad he has a show again, but why, oh why on TBN? That festering pit of charlatans with it’s long history of snake oil salesmen posing as Christians? Come on. You can’t trust “televangelists” or the networks that peddle them.

    • wheatietoo says:

Is there a network that we can trust?

I’m not disagreeing with you, because you’re right about the charlatans and posers that have aired on TBN.
But every network has them too.

If there a network that is clean, honest and free of any history of charlatans…I would love to know which one it is, so I can watch it.
I’m talking about a network that is big enough to be on cable.

And Huck probably did not have a lot of options, since he is an avid Trump supporter.

Trump appeared on Breitbart radio, and that is even worse, as far as “charlatans” go, you remember, “The Michelle Fields Network?”. He appeared on “Info Wars” , and they have a crew of Loonies, there all right. He appeared on Mike Savage, who is a a nice guy, but very wacky in so many ways.

This was a great interview, done very professionally. You must be a “CON-servative”, I guess. They have a tendency to throw out the baby with the bathwater, I’ve noticed.

      • Keln says:

You may notice I made note of TBN specifically and never said anything about President Trump, as I was talking about Mike Huckabee. President Trump will generally interview with anyone if he feels it will reach an audience. He even did an AMA with us at T_D. I have no problem with that whatsoever nor do I see how you can proclaim I am something based on what I actually said.

  24. Pam says:

This was a great interview with a lot of topics covered in a short period of time. It’s true that we didn’t have to worry about the Gov interrupting POTUS with this one. He’s been respectful since day one towards him in a way that most of the others were not. That was the most obvious during many points on the debate stage during the Gov’s short time as a candidate.

Sarah is undoubtedly a professional at what she does. Just like her father, she is a no nonsense type of person. It amazes me how well she holds up to the day to day whining of the press corps. I guess her parenting skills really did really prepare her for how to deal with these insufferable dolts on a daily basis because in reality, they really do act like children. So kudos to Sarah.

Thanks for posting this Sundance. I was really looking forward to see it.

That was a wonderful interview and calming. I had almost forgotten what a professional interview was like but I don’t watch tv and mostly rely on CTH. I loved seeing our President Trump in such a respectful arena with Mike Huckabee. Do you think somewhere in the future others at MSM will look back in regret at such historically missed opportunities? It seems to me that the hate and vitriol they have engulfed themselves in has to wear them down mentally. The few times in my life I have allowed hate to enter, it wore me down within hours and I welcomed forgiveness.

Love how Trump kept interview serious when Huck brought up Dennis Rodman. This tells me Trump is rounding into form as president. Lately, I’ve observed how upbeat he’s been. I think Trump feels his plan and agenda is working. I believe he feels his enemies have failed to destroy him with Charlottesville, Mueller, leaks and obstructionism. He’s weathered all the storms and is still standing and poised for great victories. I just get that feeling the administration is hitting its stride! MAGA!!

Our president has had a lot of interaction lately with regular people who have responded with love and admiration — the folks suffering through hurricanes, people shot and in the hospital…. The sincerity of the people must give him a boost and help inoculate him from the hypocrisy and treachery of Washington DC.

Interesting how Trump said the police got to the room quickly but didn’t enter. He sort of talked around it that they had the shooter engaged. There is lot of second guessing what the police did, but while I’m interested in what happened, I don’t really care. The shooter didn’t continue shooting.

If he had continued shooting while they stood around outside trying to decide what to do… then I’d be angry.

Sundance thanks for posting this interview here. I enjoyed it so much. Huckabee did a really good job interviewing the President, and I am constantly amazed by how the President continues to grow and develop a more polished style during interviews and pressers. He is still himself, still authentic, still doesn’t present a bunch of typical politician doublespeak, but his overall skill and confidence level and polished responses is kinda awesome, I think.

I certainly enjoyed watching it, and I loved how he spoke about Melania and how he answered the question about Sarah Sanders.

Maybe it’s our prayers? Maybe our beloved LION sometimes reads here and maybe he understands how much we love him. In my own life, I know love has changed me. AND, maybe our ASTONISHING President realizes “this” is bigger than ALL of us.

Yes, this is for all the marbles but honestly, this is SPIRITUAL warfare and our prayers (maybe) are (somehow) helping The One Eternal grow our Lion to become the WARRIOR-EMPEROR-STATESMAN – HAND OF THE ONLY HOLY & ALMIGHTY GOD that our Heavenly Father wants him to be.

Could we love this man any more than we do? I’m certainly willing to try but I really believe this professional/personal “growth” – on our President’s part – is a “God thing” and I’m delighted to continue praying for this whole administration and for our President’s agenda and for his family. My admiration for Mike Pence is even growing. 🙂

Bless you, Sylvia and THANK YOU for being here.

  33. I don’t know a whole about Huckabee as a politician. One thing I do know is that he attempted to hide keeping Common Core when many were protesting it by simply changing the name. Hopefully, he has learned his lesson about Common Core.
