CNN Gleefully Mocks Dr. Ben Carson – Exhibit Stunning Level of Ridicule Against Black Cabinet Nominee…

During a presented Don Lemon discussion panel Monday night, the severity of ridicule against Dr. Ben Carson was jaw-dropping and unprofessional in the extreme.

Removing all pretense of substantive discussion, Don Lemon, Marc Lamont Hill and Peter Beinart began openly mocking the nomination of Dr. Carson for Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The scope and severity of the exhibited ridicule was so over the top, fellow CNN panelist Brian Stelter was both visibly trying to hide his glee and simultaneously uncomfortable joining in amid the laughter and mockery.

If this was any other media panel mocking and ridiculing a black nominee for an Obama administration the calls of racist outrage against the network would be overwhelming. However, as customary within their hypocrisy, the pontificating left-wing ideologues cannot even fathom anyone taking exception. Watch:

Anytime you hear Carson referred to as a black neurosurgeon (as though that is his great accomplishment), remind yourself that Carson became the youngest chief of pediatric neurosurgery in the country at age 33, and as a pioneer in neurosurgery, Carson’s achievements include:

*Performing the first and only successful separation of Siamese twins joined at the back of the head.
*Pioneering the first successful neurosurgical procedure on a fetus inside the womb. *Performing the first completely successful separation of type-2 vertical craniopagus twins, *Developing new methods to treat brain-stem tumors and reviving hemispherectomy techniques for controlling seizures

He wasn’t just a kid from the hood who became a brain surgeon. He was the best in the world.

Thank you, LCS mom, for posting this reminder of what an accomplished man Dr. Carson truly is. These talking heads would come begging to him on bended knee if they ever had a brain condition needing surgery – especially for a child in their family.

What these people do on a daily basis pales in comparison to what Dr. Carson has done.

Dr. Carson has a mind that assesses problems and solutions that are truly beyond our comprehension. In doing so, he has had to put together and manage plans and teams of people to travel through a maze of details that would have these “commentators” screaming after the first page.

He has not only done surgery, he has been at the administrative levels in hospital management and served on various Boards.

To paraphrase his own assessment of the HUD position: he will do just fine, after all, it is not brain surgery.

Andrew Cuomo ushered in the global mortgage financial swindle, USA division, under the guise of “helping” black people.
What no one seems to realize is that there were programs and loans in place to help low-income and inner city (black) Americans, for decades. Andrew’s relaxing of the rules didn’t affect that, one way or the other. It did benefit a lot of your Wall Street/corporate types, none of whom paid a price.

Bravo for spelling it out (pun intended). If black people can use it (Samuel Jackson, Chris Rock) then so can white people, or Asians, or whomever. In the end it is just a word; granted, it is an ugly word and I do not use it directly, but when referring to it or quoting its use, I refuse to say “N word” — the epitome of PC bullshit. I read recently that Huckleberry Finn is being banned (got to protect the snowflakes); I imagine there will be a compromise in which “N word” will replace “nigger” throughout the book — what a joke that will be…

I have only watched this Don Lemon joke a few times, but I despise him for his outright lies and character assassinations (of Trump before, and now Dr. Carson). As Scott siad in a post further down “Liberals long ago outed themselves as racists in discussing Clarence Thomas. We know who they are, and the picture isn’t pretty.” That is so true.

While I never thought Ben Carson was qualified for President, and was kind of disappointed with Trump for how harshly he attacked him in the primary, I admire the man for what he has accomplished (and his mother for her determination to inspire her sons towards self-development). He will be great at HUD and will gain some valuable executive experience that will be beneficial for future political office should he continue down that road.

There is an awful lot of money at stake here. Why would the corporate media allow someone who might actually use HUD for its intended purpose, to get in there?

I just saw an author on the PBS Newshour discussing his book about what he calls “the war on government”, and he makes the point that government ‘investment’ in infrastructure, such as occurred during the Eisenhower era with the interstate highway system, enabled growth and prosperity. He seems concerned that a President Trump, with an emphasis on the private sector, will not be of benefit to the nation.

My problem with the guy’s book, which I have not read, just going by his short talk, is that he seems to believe it’s a Republican thing, this war on government idea. People such as Andrew Cuomo have been waging war on government, except as it can be used to benefit the Uniparty, for some time now. They talk a good game, but when you look at what they have actually done through government, it hasn’t benefitted the 99%.

I’m all in favor of government performing the functions within its purview. That’s what is so upsetting to me about the fire in Oakland. Government abandoned a core function, and people died as a result. The people pay for government, but they don’t get what they paid for. It’s a problem all over, but especially in our cities, because cities are more dependent on government regulation than rural areas. If my neighbor chooses to allow his house to become a firetrap, my house might burn as well. People who live out in the woods, it’s all on them.

What this has to do with Dr. Carson and HUD, the Uniparty depends on HUD to advance its global, human trafficking agenda. When Chobani gets a deal to open a yogurt factory, it depend heavily on the importation of a Muslim workforce, subsidized by the local taxpayers.
If HUD were to stop pushing these high-rise Towers of Babel, and focus solely on providing affordable housing to get for instance, veterans off the streets, we might find that we reach a point where we have enough housing to go around. Some people can’t have that occur, it affects their wallets adversely, and not ours.

As for “liberal” CNN mocking a black man, I noticed the other night, on ABC, an example of the bad press the MSM gives black people. Although they gave an example in one story, of how racist white people are harming blacks (I forget what the story was, it’s really one continuous narrative, so which particular episode it was doesn’t matter), but then they were careful to balance that story with some curated, anti-black propaganda. By that I mean, of all the criminal acts, “caught on video”, occurring in the world, they select a couple that feature black people acting like animals. Do all or even most black people act like animals? Do even MOST black people act like animals? Of course not. But by highlighting a couple of local crime stories nationally, they send a subliminal message. This serves two purposes. They have black Americans blaming whites for their problems, and whites believing blacks are solely at fault for the conditions many of them find themselves in. No one looks at who the real enemies are.

Our Founders knew the beast of government all too well. Thus, they gave us a limited government, knowing that if you don’t keep it on a short leash, it will become a parasite that consumes the host.

The concept that taxpayers pay taxes to receive a benefit RETURNED TO THEM in some kind of value, is completely foreign to our government, at any level. They think that we pay taxes to give some added benefit TO THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND THEIR CRONIES, which is just a plundering of the people’s substance (eating out their substance, as one Founder put it).

  18. The dynamic of that “Panel” was strictly organized.

First, a black (Marc Lamont Hill) is used to instigate the belittlement, since he can’t be accused of racism. Then a second black (Don Lemon) assumes the role of “First Follower” and reacts to Hill’s racist comments with laughter. Again, this sequence is set up as if to say “Go ahead, white folks, a black guy said it, and another black guy laughed at it. So you’re good…” If Ben Carson was a Liberal appointee of Hillary Clinton, and this was a “Panel” on FOX, then every single other network would be screaming “RACISM” at the top of its voice!

Ben Carson was raised in the projects by a single Mom who provided a loving home . She insisted he and his siblings read and study and be successful in life. Dr. Carson has been successful and I believe his insights will help reform the “stuck in the rut system” that is HUD.

the mass media is losing. they’ve doubled (heck quadrupled) down on attacking President Trump even though he’s not even in office yet, and all they’ve succeeded in doing is further marginalizing their influence and credibility. Twelve months from now, CNN and MSNBC will be reduced to competing only with each other for an ever shrinking number of viewers, ABC/NBC/CBS will see an accelerating demise, and WaPo, NYT, ETC will be pretty much just a couple more fake news sites amongst thousands of others.

My great hope, though is that some wealthy folks will found a new conservative cable TV channel that carries in depth conservative reporting along with interesting conservative shows like my Friday Night Live Conservative Comedy Hour. Let’s compare. To become a Pediatric and Intrauterine Neurosurgeon Dr. Carson had to: Get 3.5 GPA or better in High School; In FOUR YEAR College, complete a Major, IN ADDITION to rigorous course work for Pre-Med Curriculum, and perform AT LEAST a 3.5 GPA to be competitive for Medical school; he had to compete with U.S. University’s best to be admitted to a HIGHLY competitive FOUR YEAR Medical School; perform at the top end of his class to get a plum FOUR YEAR SURGICAL residency; earn STELLAR evaluations from his surgical mentors to be accepted into a 2-3 YEAR NEUROSURGERY Fellowship; Do exemplary work there to be selected to a PEDIATRIC Neurosurgery Fellowship of 1-2 years; And then either do a Fellowship in INTRAUTERINE NEUROSURGERY, or do enough independent course work to be credentialed to perform such cutting edge intrauterine surgery. Dr. Carson then had to spend YEARS cultivating an exemplary career in his specialized field to be made CHAIRMAN of NEUROSURGERY at one of the most prestigious Medical Centers in THE WORLD.

Now, without a mention of Dr. Carson’s Charity, Foundation and Political Achievements, let us look at the requirements needed for Don Lemon to qualify for a CNN talking head: Graduate from a HighSchool; apply to a college via Affirmative Action so that his pitiful HighSchool grades were overlooked; then shuffle through four years (if that) of grab-ass and smoking dope at a 2-4 year Commie Factory called a College, degree optional. Dr. Carson has 20 years of Education plus five + years of neurosurgery residency + how many years as head of a department (meeting budgets and administering the department). Their combined knowledge doesn’t fit into his small toe.
