  2. Although we don’t have 88’s and MG 42’s raining down on our heads. The stakes are just as high today

Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen of the Allied Expeditionary Forces:

You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts you will bring about the destruction of the German war machine, the elimination of Nazi tyranny over oppressed peoples of Europe, and security for ourselves in a free world.

Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely.

But this is the year 1944. Much has happened since the Nazi triumphs of 1940-41. The United Nations have inflicted upon the Germans great defeats, in open battle, man-to-man. Our air offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to wage war on the ground. Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men. The tide has turned. The free men of the world are marching together to victory.

I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty, and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full victory.

Good Luck! And let us all beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking.

    Dear Ad Rem,

Please take the “pox” off me, in order that I may post tomorrow night. I’ve followed CTH for several years now, over several states of moving. Just tonight, I finally created an account in order that I might be able to celebrate with Treepers.

While I may be a stranger to you, many here feel like old friends to me – it’s an odd position to be in. Nonetheless, it appears I may be alone election night…and after all that has passed, I could really use the fellowship. Personally, I have so much at stake (though admittedly not trillions, heh) and would relish the opportunity to collapse amongst like minds and souls.

Our next battle begins November 9. Thanks for your consideration.

I’ve flipped some never-Trumpers, too. The truth will set you free.

Funny, but I had a night schedule at that time and wanted to be approved to comment on election night with the “night crawler” crew. So glad to have been able to celebrate it with people who loved DJT as much as I. 🙂

                • Am I new here? Nah, I’m ‘ancient’ here…

I was around ‘pre-Trayvon Martin’, lurking and reading. In 2015, the Trump for Republican Primary Candidate campaign inspired me to create an account at TCTH for commenting.

I did a lot of volunteer stuff for the DJT Presidential Campaign, so the months of July-November, 2016, are a happy, but lost, blur. I’ve finally found time (albeit a full three years later) to check what the atmosphere of the pre-election Trump Presidential Campaign was like, here at TCTH. Seems like it was way more active and much more civil. Everyone was united in an almost-unachievable mission to elect DJT; against the odds, we were a small part of the large whole that made it happen.

Your comment, “We have less than 24-hrs to keep working and get this thing done. Then we can rest.” summed that night up, perfectly; no sleep; it also revived lots of memories from the entire autumn of 2016.

I’m currently still enjoying media meltdowns from election night, 2016, on YouTube. OTOH, I don’t like not having something to read, so I’ve almost caught up with past CTH posts.

But sadly, the Dems have been nothing, if not consistent in their animus towards our President. They haven’t slowed down, at all, and I don’t want them to have the thrill of a 2020 defeat. They’ll be much more excited to beat PDJT, than to actually WIN the Presidency. We’ve gotta do this entire thing over again, and this time without the element of the surpirse-Monster-vote.

Glad you got CTH approval on such a historic day! Almost every day of POTUS45’s administration since election day, 2016, has been remarkable, in one way or another.

Here’s some early celebration for a winning night on Tuesday, November 3, 2020!

We have a lot in common – I started reading for the Petraeus/Jill Kelley story, which was around the Trayvon time. Never was a social media type, so lurked until early morning election day – which was when I created my account and asked Ad rem to approve me, so I could participate that night. 🙂

2015 & ’16 were so much fun, politically. Some of the old vids are worth rewatching, too! Yes, it was more civil around here then – but, of course, this site has grown. That’s great, but it brings in waves of ne’er-do-wells and others who aren’t used to the civil discourse.

So neat to see someone else who’s been reading here for years, too. I just love CTH. Nice getting to know you, and I apologize for not recognizing your username, ha!

After you vote early along with your MAGAX3, there is still time to round up and remind people to go vote Trump, or stay home to not vote Hillary and save themselves time. Tell them all real polls point to a Trump win, not the “media polls” and it won’t even be close. We need to SEND A MESSAGE OF MANDATE LOUD AND CLEAR to Congress because that is the next challenge to get help Trump.

Hillary’ entire private career before Arkansas and spanning her political career has been about creating conflict and war. She does not know anything else. She cannot build relationships. The Russian Re-set catalyzed the Ukrainian War. Hillary’s claim to fame is destruction and division, and then blaming it on right-wing conspiracies since Bill’s Monica Lewinski affair.

“Clinton is one of the biggest war mongers the country has,” an anti-war organizer tells MintPress News as the candidate’s popularity sinks to record lows ahead of Election Day.

Then, they will announce that shortly after Jan. 20th, the General Staffs of both militaries will meet and plan the war against ISIS, AQ and the Taliban.

You need to try to get things out of your mind and rest. If you think tonight will be long, I’m betting tomorrow will be worse. I don’t think the media will give up easily so they will probably drag the results out deep into the night. I’d recommend exercise. It’ll help clear your head and get you to rest. I would not watch any TV or read anything political (including CTH) if you’re too wound up. Focus on something else and allow yourself to forget about it for a while. Have a good night!

Fellow patriots! Our day has arrived. I just want to say thank you to all of you. I’m just about a month into CTH and you’ve made such an incredible difference in my mindset, and life, already. You’re all so inspirational and I feel beyond blessed to have found you.

For the first time in many years, I have hope. For myself, for my family, for my country. The last 8 years have been devastating to me on a personal level as well as on a patriotic level. I will never forget the first time I saw Barack Obama on television in 2007. He literally made my skin crawl and I knew we had entered the time of the Great Battle, where our enemies are indeed powers and principalities of the Evil One and those who serve him. Like HRC.

And so on this truly historic election, we are now in God’s hands. We have taken the fight to the enemy in a profound way and we will persevere tomorrow and beyond. I’m so proud to “know” you all and to know that so many great Americans still hold to the hope that our country can be the wonderful place in which we grew up.

God bless DJT and his family. God bless Mike Pence and his family. God Bless you all and all those great patriots who are with us in battle. God Bless America.

Another granddaughter’s teacher said he was for Hillary and the class broke out into a spontaneous “Trump rally”, chanting “Hillary for prison!” Four years ago just about every kid in our area was for B.O.

Sure, it may be true. But this is quite a far stretch. I don’t believe all of this “pizza” stuff.

But this a lot like the false scare of wide-spread “Satanic Ritual Abuse” that was oh so cool in the 1990s.

–In one case, the kids were saying there was underground chambers, and dead bodies buried on the grounds of that one day care in California, I think.

Well, an underground chamber, and buried bodies, sure sounds like something you could hang your hat on. Investigations found none of this. There was a major rumor in the Dallas area, supposedly with sacrificed babies, etc. No babies were missing, no DNA or bodies where the kids were saying they had been buried, etc.

Texas Monthly covered how it was debunked.

Child abuse, including sexual abuse, is terrible. But this is quite a flimsy case.

  31. Finished watching his last rally. I think its safe to say “he gave it all he had” or as they say in sports “he left it all on the field”.

Totally agree. I recall he said something to the effect during the primaries in response to a question from the dishonest media: “well, I’m just going to keep my head down and keep on doing what I’m doing and give it my best shot”. I sure think he did.

His family and ‘surrogates’ (I hate that word) were also very classy.

In Shakespeare’s “Merchant of Venice” each suitor for the lady’s hand must pick one of three containers, and if her picture is inside, he wins. Each one has an inscription. The first is gold, and bears ‘Who chooseth me shall gain what many men desire’. The second is silver, ‘Who chooseth me shall get as much as he deserves’. And the last is dull lead, ‘Who chooseth me must give and hazard all he hath.’ It was the leaden one that held the lady’s image.

A perfect metaphor of the the election. It was Clinton who was greedy, going for her desires, gold, power. The usual story. Several others believed they “deserved” to win, but got only the consolation prize. It was only Trump who is willing to “give and hazard all he hath”. It is the requirement for trust, love, true success.

You paid Trump the highest complement, I’m sure Shakespeare would concur.

Folks, good, bad, or indifferent, this has been one helluva ride. Up and down the hills, back wrenching side to side motion, whipsaw fast and other times grinding slow. While the car is stopped for a bit, I am gonna stretch and try to get the feeling back in my hands from holding on so tight. When it gets ready to go again, I think I am going to try to mosey up closer to the front…

No matter what happens, history has already been made. And with this new awakening, I cannot wait to see what happens next!

An interesting thing about the Springsteen Concert (AKA Hillary Rally) tonite in Philly:

Apparently, they were handing out two signs: One says “USA”, the other is the “I’m with Her”.

Never saw the “USA” one before at her rallies. But that’s the one that 99% of the people chose to wave. VERY FEW “I’m with Her” signs.

    bwahhahaha!

I am already celebrating MAGA (I’m 12 hrs ahead).

Wearing my red poppy for Remembrance Day, the eleventh hour, day and month when the guns of August finally fell silent and the nightmare closed and the hard task of rebuilding and healing began.

Americans shall rise to that challenge, all of us, so pack up your troubles in your old kit bag and smile, smile smile.

Boots on the ground, march on and VOTE!

  39. Jon Fishman, drummer for the band Phish which is based in VT, was a very vocal, visible supporter of Bernie Sanders. Today he posted on Facebook that he was voting for Hillary, while calling Trump a sociopath. Despite Phish’s fanbase being overwhelmingly liberal, he got absolutely hammered in the comments. As a Trump-supporting Phish phan that was most gratifying to see.

Just back after our last Trump rally in Grand Rapids, MI. uncle Ted was there. Patriotism was everywhere. 18000 was low, more like 21000, friends were stuck outside, didn’t get in.

Trumps message for Michigan was strong, received well. Liked Pence.

The energy at 1:00am on Election Day….just whoa.
