FBI Leaks Reveal Disgust With Politicization of Agency and DOJ…

CTH readers will remember how far we researched the transparent politicization of criminal cases as they related to the DOJ (Eric Holder and Tom Perez) in the Zimmerman trial. Specifically how entities within the DOJ/FBI colluded with State Attorney Angela Corey about extracting then hiding Trayvon Martin’s phone metadata.

That level of coordinated DOJ/FBI corruption only worsened with Darren Wilson (Ferguson) and beyond. The same manipulative tentacles became more evident with the IRS targeting scandal and later the email investigation into Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In essence, the bottom line is: the politicization and weaponization of government has been going on for more than just a few years. So this report comes as no surprise:

corruption-junction-2

(Via Fox News) The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling FoxNews.com that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged.

The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.

“No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute — it was a top-down decision,” said the source, whose identity and role in the case has been verified by FoxNews.com.

A high-ranking FBI official told Fox News that while it might not have been a unanimous decision, “It was unanimous that we all wanted her [Clinton’s] security clearance yanked.”

“It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted,” the senior FBI official told Fox News. “We were floored while listening to the FBI briefing because Comey laid it all out, and then said ‘but we are doing nothing,’ which made no sense to us.” (read more)

little off topic but this is another great post by sundance and i forward most of these articles to family and friends.

i’m just super frustrated and pissed that many people just don’t care. they are too tired to research – they just vote party line – they don’t want to really know what’s going on. frigging so apathetic it’s disgusting. America is on the brink of never ever being the great country we live in and most of these well educated people in their nice cushy jobs and upper middle class homes don’t give a rip. they fully believe it will just continue. they don’t want to know about clinton’s crimes, or all the corruption, or uniparty, or globalism, or soros, or voter/election fraud, or losing our constitutional rights…they just want status quo and let me live my american dream life and i’m going surfing, or to my ski chalet, or get my kids into an ivy league university so they can be brainwashed by the liberal agenda and make a lot of money.

they don’t want to see/hear how far this country has fallen in 8 years…and actually the last 28 years.

Sundance does all this fantastic research and makes it understandable. Deciphers and lays it out. Damn lazy people can’t even read the concise version.

The only way this ends is…

#1: There’s enough real Americans left to elect Donald Trump

#2: Patriotic underlings in all facets of government come forward & tell what they know

#3: Real, non-political AG’s & prosecutors, unfettered by political limitations, are free to pursue corruption & criminal activity

#4: Corrupt activist judges are removed/arrested & replaced by honest, non-political constitutional leaning judges

#5: Being found guilty of governmental corruption, malfeasance &/or criminality results in real punishment involving long prison terms & forfeiture of assets

#6: The corrupt media is shut down & a free media is no longer allowed to consolidate under one banner/small group of controlling interests

#7: The laws of the country are strictly enforced from top to bottom, & no one is put above the law

People, our government is corrupt to the core. The White House is corrupt. The Senate is corrupt. Congress is corrupt. The courts are corrupt. Law enforcement is corrupt. The media is corrupt

Every facet of government control over the citizens has been politicized & corrupted. They have the bases covered. There’s nowhere to turn because you just keep running into the same corrupt wall

Changing from the bottom up hasn’t worked because those entrusted to bring about change turn into the corrupted, otherwise they’re crushed by the immense weight of the problem

It’s a vicious circle that constantly repeats itself

The only way to bring about real change is from the top down. Elect a Trump & then we the people give him or her a mandate, ie, the power to clean house. When the corrupt courts step in to stop it, we need real leaders who will go after the judges & put an end to their judicial tyranny

Again, they have all the bases covered. We need to get them off the bases or we’ll never stop it

“Free the FBI from the DOJ.”

There are three branches of Federal government: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.

The Executive’s duty is to faithfully execute the laws established by the Legislative branch.

The problem isn’t that the FBI is under the DOJ, which is where it belongs, but that the Executive branch is not faithfully executing Federal law. The solution is not to shuffle the bureaucracy.

That’s been my attitude for a while now. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Cryptic 4chan posts are not good enough. Any bored teenager could write that (or even one of Hillary’s people — her campaign paid out a million dollars for online people to troll, and 4chan would be the perfect place to feed disinformation). What I’m seeing is too much bragging and chest-thumping, but not enough results. For instance, the Wikileaks that have been released, while they confirm some things that we already suspected, are not being covered by the lying press and won’t sway anyone who isn’t committed to either side. There have been tons of promises made from any number of people and nothing much has come of any of them.

Besides, if I really had any bombshell material that would take out the Democrats politically (not to mention expose Hillary as treasonous), I would keep my bloody mouth shut and release the emails/video at the right time to catch the opposite side off guard. Silence is golden, until you pounce. None of these jokers are doing that. Bad strategy. So I tend not to buy it.

Hope everyone is registered. This is the first major battle in a war. Stay focused, and vote. If a huge nuclear bomb drops on Hillary’s head, that’s wonderful. But don’t plan on it.

Put her under oath, she has to plead the fifth 78,000 times right before convention. Would not look good. Comey gets some plausible deniability and can then blow it off as no real intent, and Lynch’s plane is guaranteed to make it to its next destination.

Even after they had moved to St. Louis, Hoover kept in touch with her inquiring about her child and asking if they needed anything.

Seems some of those key Communists/lefties were working in the State Dept. (i.e. CIA), and the FBI using McCarthy were interfering with whatever was going on at the top.

About an hour ago, the Twitter Corporation decided to silence me and suspended my account.

No notice, no warning, I just received a terse message that I had “violated” their rules.

This is devastating to our operation.

And it just so happens that in the last 36 hours, an extra 30,000 people decided that they wanted to hear from me.

Just as I mentioned in my email earlier today, our last videos regarding voter fraud in NYC and abuse and corruption within the Hillary Clinton campaign have received UNPRECEDENTED attention on Twitter.

    And now, we’re blocked!

What did we do? We were effective, that’s all.

It also doesn’t help that Twitter’s CEO, Jack Dorsey, was recently a guest of the Clinton Foundation, appearing on stage with Chelsea Clinton.

But none of that matters at the moment as I’m hours away from the next release.

I have a bombshell video coming out tomorrow and there are 92,000 people on Twitter that need to see it.

Can you help me reach them?

A grand, global EU-like tyranny.

This phase is the peaceful phase. Then war. Then martial rule, a police state. Then liquidation of the unwanted and unneeded. One day, billions of humans will be gone. Former FBI Agents Urge Comey Make Decisions on Facts Alone.

John F. Good, the President of the Long Island Chapter of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, in a letter dated March 16, 2016, wrote to James B. Comey, Jr., the Director of the FBI.

“… it is the Chapter membership’s opinion that not only does the future of the Bureau but also of the United States of America rests on the outcome of this crucial case.”

“Decisions must be made on facts alone. Much is at stake here – people’s trust in the Bureau for years to come, as well as the Bureau’s reputation among our allies, partners, and friends as the greatest law enforcement agency in the world.”

A statement Comey made on the Clinton scandal was:

“I am very close personally to that investigation to ensure that we have the resources we need, including people and technology, and that it’s done the way the FBI tries to do all of it’s work: independently, competently and promptly.

However, the March 31st edition of Time magazine says that Comey is so determined to prevent leaks in the investigation that 30 to 40 agents on the case have been told that they may be polygraphed to prevent them.

I’m curious, did I miss the memo or something? When did Fox News become credible again, especially concerning information involving either Hillary or Trump? This article seems to indicate that Comey should have charged Hillary with something. I thought that Murdoch was a open borders, free immigration guy. Why would Murdoch’s Fox News make the case that Hillary, the champion of open borders and free immigration should have been prosecuted? It doesn’t make sense.

Comey, in his testimony to Congress, was asked a list of specific questions where each question was followed by “Hillary stated _________, is that true?”, and Comey answered each one saying “It’s not true”. So Comey said that Hillary lied on all of those questions. It’s amazing that we have his testimony, which is clear and unambiguous. The cap to all of that, Comey’s refusal to “recommend charges”, is a smokescreen in my view. The testimony is all that’s needed for charges, by the attorney general or Congress. Dumping it onto Comey is just a diversion tactic, using a scapegoat. I think we know where the real problem is.

You are correct. As I have stated multiple times, Obama was never going to allow his Attorney General to indict his former Secretary of State. It was never going to happen.

The Fox News story is suspect on many levels as are the accounts by the retired FBI agents. (Has anyone bothered to research these agents like they researched the women making sexual assaults claims against Trump?)

Neither the FN article nor the retired agents referred to the elephant sitting in the living room. The Attorney General is and always has been the gatekeeper for the Obama administration. The AG controls the DOJ and it’s attorneys. Let me try to explain why it is relevant to this investigation based on my past experience.

The retired agents complain that Comey didn’t get a grand jury subpoena for the documents and objects the Bureau was attempting to obtain. What they or the story don’t mention is that an agent would have to go through an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) to present the request for a subpoena to the grand jury. Also, subpoenas can be and in this case would be challenged in court which would significantly draw out the process.

The retired agents complain that Comey should have gotten a search warrant to obtain the material they were seeking. Again, most professional law enforcement agencies have to go through their local prosecutor, in this case an AUSA, before they go to a judge to obtain a search warrant and from my understanding the FBI is no different. Also, I have read that their attorney held most if not all of the items sought. I’m not an attorney, but I’ve read that it would have been more difficult under these circumstances to obtain a search warrant to seize the items, I believe it was something about attorney client privilege.

The elephant in this investigation is Lynch’s DOJ. If Obama didn’t want Hillary indicted all he had to do was to have Lynch refuse to seat a special grand jury for this investigation and to instruct her attorneys to deny any requests for subpoenas or search warrants. Presto, the investigation is handicapped if not crippled from the start. If this is what in fact occurred, Comey would have known this early on and would have had to conduct the investigation accordingly.

The fact that the DOJ’s involvement in the investigation is being left out of the equation bothers me. The fact that all attention is being directed at Comey and the FBI in this time frame bothers me. In my opinion it appears that there is an intentional effort to discredit both Comey and the FBI just before the presidential election. My question is why.

Since it is the FBI’s responsibility to investigate voter fraud violations in presidential elections, perhaps it would be helpful to someone to discredit them before the election?

This makes the most sense Oldguy! Seems like a great setup move in the chess match, but the article (while not naming anyone) does make the point that there were/are several AUSDA that took issue with how the investigation played out. I imagine some of those are patriotic American’s who have been handcuffed via NDA’s or whistle blowing threats of some kind; even if they were speaking up during the investigation.

I’m sure there are numerous agents and AUSA’s that are angry on how the investigation played out. I would be too. However, I’ve been in the situation where my ability to conduct a proper investigation was blocked. I’ve also been ordered not to become involved in an investigation when I was the most qualified investigator to conduct the investigation. While I can not prove it, but I believe these actions were done to prevent the truth from coming out in regard to these incidents. I believe the same thing happened to Comey and the FBI.

Those in authority above you have the power to control the outcome of an investigation and it has always been that way. However, there are ways to circumvent their efforts. I believe we saw that when Comey presented the evidence to another “grand jury”, the American people.

“I imagine some of those are patriotic American’s who have been handcuffed via NDA’s or whistle blowing threats of some kind; even if they were speaking up during the investigation.”

Besides the standards of professionalism that I experienced while working with the FBI, those NDA’s and the threat of polygraphs and serious disciplinary action are what causes me to doubt the existence of an “insider.” The number of personnel with knowledge of the complete investigation is limited and therefore it would be very simple to identify the “insider.” Also, the “insider” theme has been played before and it wasn’t very creditable then either.

By his actions, I believe that Comey is off the reservation so to speak. His statement in the press conference was not expected. So other points to consider in regard to the attacks on Comey, are these attacks in retaliation for speaking out without permission, in retaliation for old grudges or other unknown to the public “offenses to the establishment” or even a preemptive strike against Comey and the FBI for events that have not yet occurred.

I believe that we need to look in Comey’s past for some answers. James Comey was deputy special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee. When the decision not to prosecute was made, Comey came out and blasted Hillary similar to what he did in this investigation.

          http://www.thompsontimeline.com/2855/1996/01/01/1996-future-fbi-director-comey-wants-to-charge-hillary-clinton-in-the-whitewater-investigation/

Just how serious was Comey about prosecuting Hillary? It now appears that they went so far as to draft possible indictments against Hillary.

          http://www.judicialwatch.org/bulletins/whitewater-twelve-versions-of-hillary-clinton-draft-indictment-451-pages-withheld-by-national-archives/

Then there is the issue that Comey was considered a “Bush guy” as he was appointed Deputy Attorney General under George Bush. Instead of being a get along, go along kind of guy, Comey fought them on STELLAR WIND surveillance program reauthorization because Comey believe that certain aspects of it were illegal. It was ugly.

          http://www.cato.org/blog/what-comeys-surveillance-hospital-showdown-was-all-about

          And then there is this.

“In 2007, after he had left his position as deputy attorney general under George W. Bush to work in the private sector, he agreed to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee about Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. Comey’s testimony ultimately led to the discovery that Gonzales had improperly stored classified information, which in turn led to his resignation.”

          http://www.westernjournalism.com/wow-something-from-20-years-ago-is-a-major-clue-about-what-fbi-will-do-to-hillary/

Now consider who was helped and who was harmed by Comey’s announcement and release of the 302’s. Comey confirmed what most folks believed about Hillary and Trump has been using the material brought out in the press conference and release of 302’s to attack Hillary. In fact, Trump used the info about Bleach bit to hit Hillary for destroying her Emails in the last debate.

Since the material revealed by Comey has helped Trump, consider who Trump beat in the Republican primary (Jeb) and who have come out against Trump’s campaign. The two big players would be the Bush family and Romney. In the past few weeks we have seen the extents they have gone to undermine and sabotage Trump’s campaign. Is it too hard to consider that members of Congress, beholden to these two men, may have used the hearings to destroy the credibility of a man whom they consider a traitor?

I believe these are points to consider before we assign blame to Comey and the FBI when we have so very few hard facts on how the Clinton Email investigation was conducted.

You said it in your original comment…. discredit them if/when the need arises to investigate voter fraud?

One thing I did find curious in the article was the use of the term “career agents”. That these agents who are up in arms about no charges being brought were “career” agents. Is that suppose to give the reader a sense that these aren’t just newbie agents or that these are ‘lifers’ or ‘appointment’ positions?

I suspect they used the term “career agents” to give their sources more credibility. I’m still trying to get more information on these retired agents, but what I have found so far is interesting.

Take the author of the letter to Comey posted upthread, retired agent Hugh Galyean for example. Galyean made the following statement in his letter to Comey.

“My thirty years in law enforcement, including 22 years as a Special Agent with the FBI have given me the knowledge, expertise and experience to question and confront you for your perplexing actions”

However, Galyean’s linedin account shows something different.

              https://www.linkedin.com/in/hughgalyean

According to Mr. Galyean own linkedin account he was a FBI Special Agent from February 1983 – September 2004 (21 Years 8 months).

Mr. Galyean left the FBI to take a job as the Homeland Security Coordinator for Alameda County where he worked from September 2004 to October 2005 (1year 2 months).

Mr. Galyean then took a contract with L-3 MPRI to work as a law enforcement professional and he worked for them from 2008 to 2009 (1 year).

              https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_Professional_Resources_Inc.

Mr. Galyean is the owner/president of Hugh W. Galyean and Associates Inc. from January 2006 to April 2016 (10 years 4 months) and offered his services as an Actor/Voice-Over Actor/ Singer.

As of July 2015 to present, Mr. Galyean works as a certified massage therapist.

According to my math Mr.Galyean worked in “law enforcement” for 23 years and 10 months, not the 30 years as he claimed in his letter. Also, Galyean has been out of the Bureau for a dozen years.

The point is Galyean inflated his resume to give him more credibility to criticize Comey. An truthful person with a legitimate background doesn’t need to do that.

Then there is retired agent I. C. Smith. Smith has a very credible record with the Bureau and has written books concerning his time with the FBI. Smith is frequently called upon to comment on national security issues and has been quoted in such magazines as US News & World Report, Newsweek, Time, and The New Yorker and in newspapers such as The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Washington Times, and The New York Times. In addition, he has appeared on CBS Evening News, ABC News, the Public Broadcasting System, and others. Smith has been out of the Bureau since 1998, eighteen years.

              http://icsmith.com/

What is interesting with Smith, is that when I run his name through Bing, the following article came up.

              http://idfiles.com/who-is-ic-smith.htm

According to the article’s author, Linda Ives, Smith waged a very public and private PR campaign which includes lies and innuendoes about her and her dead child, Kevin Ives. Kevin Ives was one of the two boys that were purportedly murdered and placed on train tracks back in 1987 near Mena Arkansas after witnessing a drug drop.

              http://idfiles.com/ojvid.htm

When checking into some of the folks identified so far, I’ve gone down some pretty strange rabbit holes. One retired agent that was being creative about his experience and another agent was accused of helping to cover up a purported murder of two teenagers who accidently stumbled onto the alleged drug smuggling operations going on at or near the Mena airport during the Presidency of George H.W. Bush and the Governorship of Bill Clinton. As I said, some pretty deep rabbit holes.

I’m still researching the other agents mentioned.

Hillary & FBI Director Comey’s Cyber-Security “Broken Window”
Posted by Trent Telenko on August 1st, 2016 (All posts by Trent Telenko)

When FBI Director Comey publicly took a dive and sold out the rule of law in refusing to prosecute Hillary Clinton’s Cyber-security crimes. He began a new chapter in providing evidence of the validity of “Broken Window Policing” in the field of cyber-security. For which, see the following definition:

    > The broken windows model of policing…focuses on the importance of disorder (e.g., broken windows) in generating and sustaining more serious crime. Disorder is not directly linked to serious crime; instead, disorder leads to increased fear and withdrawal from residents, which then allows more serious crime to move in because of decreased levels of informal social control.

Hillary and the FBI Director Comey have advertised both outrageous cyber-security weakness and more importantly the breakdown of social mores of “the rule of law” in Federal Government cyber-security. If you advertise you are weak, stupid and capricious in enforcing cyber-security, it is blood in the water for cyber-criminals of all sorts.

Consider this not exhaustive list busted e-mail security associated with Hillary Clinton and her Democratic Party surrogates.

    1) Hillary’s email system on Bill Clinton’s server.
    .
    2) The Hillary Controlled Democrat National Committee email server.
    .
    3) The Democrat Congressional Candidates Committee server.
    .
    4) Hillary’s election campaign server.
    .
    5) Hillary’s several different illicit off-site email servers when she was Secretary of State.

This is a very small fraction of the “Broken Window theory” as applied to cyber-crime. What we see related to Hillary. The problem here is that this sort of political corruption cannot be centralized. If Hillary can do it and get away with it. Exactly how many other illicit off-site e-mail accounts filled with Federal secrets are there now?

And how many more will there be between now and Jan 2017?

Podesta’s Iphone wipe is Exhibit A of this Hillary corrupt internet security weakness.

I am so angry at the double standard here. If I had a security clearance, and if I did even a small fraction of what Hillary Clinton has done, I would already be in an orange jumpsuit. One rule for the elite, another for the rest of us.

But maybe it’s a good thing Clinton hasn’t been charged yet. We wouldn’t want some wacko judge to let her off the hook, and then have her screaming, “Double jeopardy!” when the Trump administration presses charges again.
