Explosive Audio Surfaces – Cruz Campaign Telling Iowa Precinct Captains Carson Had Dropped Out of Race…

Breitbart.com is reporting on audio they have obtained which shows Ted Cruz Headquarters telling Iowa precinct captains that Ben Carson had dropped out of the race. The messages were sent at 7:07pm (CST), and 7:29 (CST) before the votes were cast.

This factual evidence refutes the claims made by Ted Cruz and his campaign team:

Transcript [inaudible]…from the Ted Cruz campaign, calling to get to a precinct captain, and it has just been announced that Ben Carson is taking a leave of absence from the campaign trail, so it is very important that you tell any Ben Carson voters that for tonight, uh, that they not waste a vote on Ben Carson, and vote for Ted Cruz. He is taking a leave of absence from his campaign. All right? Thank you. Bye. (link)

[Transcript] Hello, this is the Cruz campaign with breaking news: Dr. Ben Carson will be [garbled] suspending campaigning following tonight’s caucuses. Please inform any Carson caucus goers of this news and urge them to caucus for Ted instead. Thank you. Good night. (link)

Well, this essentially proves Ted Cruz and Rick Tyler were lying for the past 48 hours.

Iowa’s results will not be changed. However, by Trump showing the morally objectionable tactics of the Cruz campaign, the South Carolina vote might be changed. “Preacher Ted” cannot be replayed to the church’s of S.C. with Cruz’s unethical dealings on full display i.e. it’s about S.C. not Iowa and it’s working.

Trumps best move is to stop talking about IA publicly, but use this stuff in ads in SC.
It will come up at some point in the next debate, that’s when (he and I imagine others) can pound on Cruz for dishonest and sleazy tactics… keep it to that “dishonest” and “sleazy”, stop with the I want a re-do stuff, don’t mention “I could have won if but for xyz”, don’t say “illegal” (cause it’s not) keep it to “more dishonest and sleazy tactics from a guy that says he’s not a typical politician, I guess we know now why nobody in the senate likes this guy”. Then move on, get the key point across without the sore-loser vibe.

This video lays out Iowa’s voting misconduct law – sounds illegal enough to possibly fall under a Class D Felony.

The caucus is run by the State GOP, so they are Iowan. But I believe the Cruz campaign notified their own precinct captains with the Carson news. Each candidate’s representative has a chance to give a short stump speech, so the the Cruz representative would have announced that misinformation, not the Iowa GOP. In my precinct, the Cruz speaker did not make that announcement.

This was my first caucus vote, and I was not happy with how it was conducted. I was amazed that something so important was so loosely conducted. The caucus procedure needs to go. It brings a great deal of money into the state, but also our very own layer of “king makers,” who profit greatly from selling influence while they sway the vote.

I also attended the Iowa Caucus and agree that it was loosely organized. The spokesperson for Cruz didn’t mention Carson dropping out or staying in the race. Voter fraud would have been easy because there were several thousand people in attendance at my caucus location. Will the governor have the authority to follow through with repercussions, as he mentioned are likely forthcoming on radio today, or is that in the hands of the state GOP?

          • Here we go again, no accountability. Kick the can down the road.

Trump himself said it was illegal.

Then again, in Texas bestiality is still legal. I wonder if that would keep a candidate from winning an election?

Well, it SHOULD be a felony to do what Cruz (with the assistance of CNN and perhaps Karl Rove) did on caucus night in Iowa. But after taking a cursory look at the Iowa Code, it appears to me that, although the Election misconduct laws do apply to the Political Party Precinct Caucuses (Sec. 43.4), the Election law violations subject to criminal sanction involve actual elections in which votes are cast for a candidate – not presidential caucuses.

The only election misconduct specifically applicable to caucuses is the following offense:

39A.4 c (2) As a person who is designated . . .to report the results of a precinct caucus as it relates to the selection and reporting of delegates selected as part of the presidential nominating process or who is designated . . .to tabulate and report the number of persons attending the caucus favoring each presidential candidate, failing to perform those duties, falsifying the information, or omitting information required to be reported . . ..

A violation of this statute would be election misconduct in the third degree, which is a “serious misdemeanor.”

That said, what Cruz did regarding Carson remains fraudulent, even though apparently not criminal fraud under Iowa laws.

Spot on KH. No more talk of IA, sounds like sour grapes. DT is not backward looking, use the Cruz tape to the precinct captains. At Caucus time, no less. If true this is devastating to Cruz as an anti-establishment candidate. We still remember Mississippi. I wonder if the Establishment put him up to this? Either way, Ted is dead in the water. Iowa will be the last state he wins.

It is not looking backwards it is calling Cruz out for being a sleazy UNCHRISTIAN manipulator. THe fact he is trying to appear holier than thou and use Christian Churchs to get himself elected makes it that much worse.

THis is a BIG weapon and should be used to trash the halo Cruz is trying to wear. Tump might not want to use it but WE certainly can.

      • Angry Dumbo,

We’ve had nothing but lawlessness for the past 8 years. When Trump rose up and took the mantle we decided to move forward to LAW and enforce our laws. To ignore law IS to look back and stay stagnant in Obamaland, the land of lawlessness.

The illegal aliens say the same thing: don’t look back, let’s move forward, we’re already here, what’s done is done, let’s just go on from here. They don’t call us “sour grapes,” they use other PC fear control words like “racist” and other oxymorons. That is the whole premise of AMNESTY. We reject amnesty and we reject lawlessness and we don’t care about their fear mongering labels and insults.

The only way it would be sour grapes is if there was no cheating. It’s NOT sour grapes when you’ve been cheated. And Trump and Carson weren’t the only victims. The Iowa state code says it is a crime against the people too. A felony.

I claim no expertise, but the Iowa Secertary of State claimed to have no jurisdiction over the Cruz “voting notice” mailer though a clarification was published. I am wondering if there is a legal difference between a caucus and an election, as the Iowa GOP runs the caucus but elections are run by the County Auditor’s office and a County election board. Just my two cents.

          • In a lawless society there is often a different definition or application of law to suit whomever is in charge.

I suppose then by their rules a candidate could flash a photo at a Caucus of Ted Cruz in an act of bestiality would be just fine and dandy. After all, the act is legal in Texas, so if lying is okay then why not?

Or how about informing the voters going into the Caucus that a candidate died? I suppose that is legal as well?

In a lawless society anything goes and no one has accountability.

What Cruz did IS illegal and we need to keep pounding on that.
Copy this check out the links, rewrite it in your own words and plaster it all over the internet!

Cruz sealed HIS records but did not give the same privacy to the serfs. The voting record of affiliations he used in his VOTING VIOLATION mailers are NOT open to the public.

“Also, the Iowa Secretary of State does not ‘distribute’ voter records. They are available for purchase for political purposes only, under Iowa Code.”

Kinda debunks the whole public record meme the cruz enablers are pushing.

One of the targeted voters of Ted Cruz’s campaign shaming letters is a democrat and political scientist. He was VERY unhappy about the fraud and went to the New Yorker.
      http://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/ted-cruzs-iowa-mailers-are-more-fraudulent-than-everyone-thinks

And yes it was OUTRIGHT FRAUD as this man describes in detail. The % voted were made up numbers pulled out of someone’s rump.

“… Iowa Secretary of State, Paul Pate said “Today I was shown a piece of literature from the Cruz for President campaign that misrepresents the role of my office, and worse, misrepresents Iowa election law. Accusing citizens of Iowa of a “voting violation” based on Iowa Caucus participation, or lack thereof, is false representation of an official act.”…”
      http://oskynews.org/?p=76426

This is the conduct by Cruz, which he refuses to apologize for. It is interesting that he refuses to apologise to us the serfs but does apologize to Carson.

The Cruz mailer is also against Iowa Election Law.

39A.2 Election misconduct in the first degree.
      1. A person commits the crime of election misconduct in the first degree if the
person willfully commits any of the following acts:

c.Duress. Intimidates, threatens, or coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, a person to do or to refrain from doing any of the following:

      (1) To register to vote, to vote, or to attempt to register to vote.

      (2) To urge or aid a person to register to vote, to vote, or to attempt to register to vote…
      . https://www.legis.iowa.gov/docs/ElectionLaws/ElectionLaws.pdf

The text in the Cruz mailer reads:
      VOTING VIOLATION
“You are receiving this election notice because of low expected voter turnout in your area. Your individual voting history as well as your neighbors’ are public record. Their scores are published below, and many of them will see your score as well. CAUCUS ON MONDAY TO IMPROVE YOUR SCORE and please encourage your neighbors to caucus as well. A follow-up notice may be issued following Monday’s caucuses”.

      So it is a threat.

    • By that logic then why are we even bothering to fight illegal migration? The free-borders and amnesty folks want to just move on too citing “what’s done is done,” and they also want us to remove the word “illegal.”

As long as we continue to tolerate and accept lawlessness in our land we will continue to have lawlessness in our land.

What Cruz did is illegal. And Trump will be bringing it up again we can be sure of that, whether it is politically correct or not. Just like he did with illegal migration. Some people burn with passion with a love for the law and Donald Trump is one of them. Especially when it has affected him personally. But he would’ve brought it up even if it didn’t.

The Cruz people have been out there saying it all boiled down to one harmless tweet. Now, we do have email out this, too, but the talking point from all the Cruz surrogates has been to keep insisting that it the one tweet is really all you have. You add in this voicemail phone bank operation, though, and now they cannot deny that this was an organized and orchestrated effort to get misinformation out to the precinct guys. Two different phone banks have been identified, one in Galveston and one in Iowa.

Campaign phone banks are not ad libbed, not on caucus GOTV night. The people manning the phones are told what to say (usually they are given a script) and a targeted list of who to call. And it is all hands on deck for voter outreach and GOTV on caucus night. This was a diversion of that, a phone bank op for 1000+ precinct chairs. There is no way this was organic and not sanctioned by the political leadership, not on caucus night.

Oh, and to the argument that the vote peeling was statistically insignificant anyway, apparently the Cruz leadership did not think so. If you are making 1000+ phone calls to your own captains on caucus night, that is 1000+ phone calls not going to potential voters. You don’t do that unless you have a pretty good expectation than it will net you more votes than voter outreach. They chose deception over outreach, plain as day.

      • Cruz has always been lawless. His parents were lawless citizenship hoppers just like Cruz. He doesn’t see lawlessness because he is lawless. You have to ask yourself, what kind of man who go all the way to the Supreme Court to force a guy who stole a calculator from Walmart to stay in prison for 16 YEARS for a mistake Texas made in the sentencing. Cruz committed a crime against the American people with election tampering, but read this story and you will see he has been lawless for a very very VERY long time:

“In 1997, Michael Wayne Haley was arrested after stealing a calculator from Walmart. This was a crime that merited a maximum two-year prison term. But prosecutors incorrectly applied a habitual offender law. Neither the judge nor the defense lawyer caught the error and Haley was sentenced to 16 years.
“Ted Cruz was solicitor general of Texas at the time. Instead of just letting Haley go for time served, Cruz took the case to the Supreme Court to keep Haley in prison for the full 16 years.

Anyone who is still in the Cruz camp now – while espousing Christian values everywhere but politics – is a lost cause.

By the way, an old Harvard Law study group member tweeted that Cruz is such a snob that you could only be accepted in his little ‘cartel’ if you were from the ‘right’ Ivy League college and were magna or suma cum laude. Otherwise, Ted would tell you to go pound sand.

The blind support I’m seeing for Cruz is amazing. One person whom I asked whether he approved of what Cruz’s campaign did, said he did approve and that, given the CNN reports, every campaign should have done the same.

So he is blaming it on CNN, despite all evidence showing that they didn’t report that Carson said he was dropping out.

In my opinion, it was dirty tricks to tell caucus-goers to vote for Cruz instead of Carson, no matter what the circumstances. But many Cruz supporters are trying to turn it around and talk about Trump instead. Maybe some thoughtful ones who don’t post comments on the internet will think twice about supporting Cruz.

Cruz is not a US citizen.
Here are the three pieces of evidence.
Sen. Ted Cruz’s birth certificate shows he was born in Calgary Canada in 1970. At that time Canada DID NOT have dual citizenship. Sen. Ted Cruz only gave up his Canadian dual citizenship on May 14, 2014 roughly 9 months after he learned he wasn’t only an American. Ted Cruz, like Obummer has sealed his records.

Ted Cruz’s Mother Was On Official List Of Canadian Citizens Eligible To Vote [and so was his father] (1974)
      Canada and Dual Citizenship
…Prior to 1947 and the introduction of the first Citizenship Act, there was legally no such thing as Canadian citizenship. Both native-born and naturalized citizens were British subjects. In 1977, the current Citizenship Act came into force, making extensive changes to the law…. The Act also provided that Canadians could hold dual citizenship, reversing the previous situation in which citizenship was lost upon the acquisition of the citizenship of another country.
      http://publications.gc.ca/Collection-R/LoPBdP/BP/bp445-e.htm

So the Cruz family was Canadian and ONLY Canadian by Canadian law. A switch to Canadian citizenship, meant that they gave up their citizenship in any other country. According to WIKI the U.S. government does not endorse dual citizenship as a matter of policy and Dual citizens can not have security clearances.

And the icing on the cake.

The US Supreme Court case United States vs Wong Kim Ark 1898 (Cornell Law has cases cited into the 1990s)

The USA follows English Common Law.
By the common law of England, every person born within the dominions of the Crown, no matter whether of English or of foreign parents, and, in the latter case, whether the parents were settled or merely temporarily sojourning, in the country, was an English subject, save only the children of foreign ambassadors….

….Provided, that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.
      https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/169/649

That needs to be looked at carefully. Double checking the law and Mr Cruz Sr’s status. At the time of Ted Cruz birth his father was certainly not a resident in the United States and may never have been a resident. (They were grabbing people and sending them to Vietnam in the 1960s and 1970s so Mr Cruz Sr headed to Canada.)

So the native born citizen is very very murky in the case of Cruz.

This week some two thousand of the world’s most notable economic, political, and media leaders are meeting within the sprawling winter resort sanctuary of Davos, Switzerland. The primary topic on the mouths of those who are attending isn’t Middle East unrest, China’s fiscal challenges, falling oil prices, or even a plummeting U.S. stock market…..
        http://dcwhispers.com/global-elite-fear-donald-trump-presidency/

It was at that conference that a figure with significant ties to Fox News’ own bottom line let it be known his intention to make certain Donald Trump will never win the White House. His name is Martin Sorrell, a British citizen and head of WPP, quite possibly the single most influential and prominent marketing firm in the world with decades-old ties to the most elite of the elite. Here is what Mr. Sorrell had to say regarding Donald Trump just days ago:

“It doesn’t matter who the Republicans put up…Hillary will win.”

Now here is where the link between Mr. Sorrell’s comment, which seems to make quite clear his absolute confidence in how the 2016 election will play out well before even the first primary vote has been cast, and Fox News becomes far more clear: MONEY.

        Lots and lots of money.

Fox News, like most other similar media ventures, lives or dies on advertising revenue.

WPP and its myriad of affiliates, represents up to HALF of all Fox News ad revenue. WPP’s clients include such corporate giants as Ford, Glaxo Smith, IBM, Microsoft, Nestle, Walmart, Unilever, etc. – clients who in turn represent tens of millions of dollars in monthly ad revenue that keep the lights of Fox News on and pays the salaries of on-air personalities like Megyn Kelly.

Rumor has it that Mr. Sorrell has already played a pivotal role in manipulating the on-air lineups at Fox and other media entities through the sheer, brute force of the significant advertising dollars his clients represent.

So when someone like Martin Sorrell signals it doesn’t matter who the Republicans nominate because Hillary Clinton is going to be the next President of the United States regardless, it is a prediction/threat that should be taken very seriously.

Now let us add another anti-Trump threat that came out of Davos as well this past week. This one was issued by Niall Ferguson, a highly influential Harvard professor and political policy architect declared by TIME magazine to be among the most 100 influential people in the world…..

Professor Ferguson stated he is,”… very much looking forward to” the imminent humiliation of Donald Trump, a rather ominous declaration that hints of an an impending “political kill-shot” intended to end the Trump campaign once and for all…. http://dcwhispers.com/is-fox-news-preparing-proverbial-kill-shot-against-trump-campaign/

As farmers fighting National Animal ID ten years ago, we learned just how powerful the international corporate elite are and how easily they control the MSM.

I have an e-mail from John Munsell telling me how his story about ConAgra and e-coli got pulled at the last minute from a well know New York magazine by direction from the top.

Monsanto had Derry Brownfield kicked out of the company he started because he was pointing out the nasty practices.
        QUOTE
….When this story hit the air my late boss, Derry Brownfield (founder of The Brownfield Network) was approached by his partner. I remember hearing the conversation from Derry’s office as his partner told him, “You have to stop talking about Monsanto.” Derry explained to his then partner, “They are an evil company.” But… the bullying and threats were more than his partner and multi-network company could handle. Monsanto told him to get that Brownfield off the air or they were pulling all their advertising money…. So, we were given 30-days notice and Derry Brownfield and his Common Sense Coalition program were out the door.

As Derry’s “Good-guy-Friday,” I went out the door too. He wasn’t going to quit though. With help from an engineer we started all over again…

Monsanto will do whatever it takes to prosper, pillage and abuse their way up the ladder of wealth. They are as my late boss put it, an evil company; driven by a lust for money and power, they care not who or how many the casualties left behind in the wake of increasing their large monopoly in the seed & chemical business.

My boss passed away in March of 2011. His family chose to close everything down! I have since picked up the torch for truth. Believing in my heart that Rural America is under attack and that ALL America will suffer if we lose this fight….

Jesus told His followers to (uh oh, here comes the one word worse than any four letter cuss word) JUDGE those INSIDE the church, but not to judge those unsaved people on the outside. (1 Corinthians 5:11-13). Because Christians are told to judge our brothers and sisters in the Lord, we have every right to “expel the wicked from among [us],” which is exactly what Rafael is.

More than anything, Rafael should feel great remorse for how he is shaming the One True God and His Son, Jesus Christ. Mark 8:36, “What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, but forfeit his soul?”

The “world” watches as Rafael makes a mockery of Jesus.

Yes, and things started heading downhill with the rise in televangelism, non denominationals/ charismatics, & ‘megachurches’. A friend who is non denom & I once had a conversation about how we never trusted anyone with an Icthys symbol on their business or a driver with one on their car.

”Pop” Christianity never seems to end well. I think it’s the victimhood/ militancy that messes it up. Faith was never defensive or ”defiant” before. It ‘just was” & it was off limits. No one touched it.

The new movement was- & became, warlike, confrontational, & combative. Doesn’t sound like Jesus Christ, does it? Or for that matter, the Disciples or Paul, either.

Trump should file suit along with Carson to throw out the election because of the fraud perpetrated by the Cruz campaign. It’s not just dirty but illegal and a felony. Let the Trump lawyers make the case in Iowa. The RNC is very dirty in this too and deserves to be called out in the law suit. Moving right along the campaign trail, Trump will win NH in a landslide as it will be an honest primary. If he doesn’t win by a landslide then it will be hard to overcome the splitter strategy. He has to be more specific in describing the “fixes” he can make to the major problems facing the country; the economy/jobs, healthcare, taxes, illegal immigration, radical Islam, China trade and Russia. That’s a lot to put into a message, but the folks are dying for leadership to get us out of the mess we are in. Forget about talking about the polls, what his critics are saying and how the MSM is un fair in its coverage. Just talk about the main issues and how he can Make America Great Again!

People keep saying this. There are written laws, complete with proscribed penalties, that have been broken- both Federal Election Law & the State of Iowa. I haven’t seen anything about RNC rules mentioned.

What would be the point of having laws that could nor would be enforced?

This stopped being a “private” party when the citizens of Iowa became participants, didn’t it?

Maybe that is the GOPe strategy — keep blurring the line and shifting the Overton window so Bush eventually becomes acceptable. Rush is going to lose what little credibility he has left if he keeps on this path.

Why do we even believe they got their story from he CNN report? Is it so hard to believe they follow each other on Twitter and they got it directly off of it? Even if they have to establish a fake account?

Especially when one considers that they flat out denied the “allegation” initially. Some one from the campaign tweeted “that’s BS.”

Where’s that in BBs reporting? Or how Carsons wife walked in when it was happening?

If Mr Trump pulled something like this, I would feel let down. If he refused to tell the truth and refused to hold anyone accountable, like cruz, I’d be furious.
Because it is everything that’s wrong with our government and if you won’t even hold cruz accountable for his campaign committing obvious voter fraud, then all you really want is more of the same, just with your guy in charge.
Tell me, are you also one of those insufferable hypocrites that thought it was just great that Mr Trump entered the race, breaking the norm, telling the truth, taking the media to task and taking all the heat so your guy could ride his coattails staying squeaky clean till that ‘Trump guy’ got out of the race? Dr. Ben Carson and Donald Trump are RIGHT for trying to get SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY to hear what We, the People are saying! The shenanigans in the bogus Iowa vote count tell you what the GOP machine is all about. It’s sick. It rails against Obama’s unethical practice of never holding his people accountable when they engage in obvious deception, yet must idolize the guy because they’re doing the same thing he does.
No more politics as usual! These corrupt, unaccountable actions of typical politicians are why our Republic is in jeopardy. Carson and Trump: you are right, and shame on these establishment shills and candidates for trying to sweep their deception under the rug. THIS is why the status quo has got to go.
Carry the torch on this, Carson and Trump supporters. Ignore the pundits telling us to sit down and shut up. Don’t make our candidates do it alone. We, the People must be heard.
