Trump wins again: There’s a “kiddies’ table” for those who should have been long gone — the winnowing has begun, and Trump caused it by insisting on a shorter debate, with introductory and closing remarks for each candidate.

The cut off should have been 5% for any to debate enough of the second Tier debaters if you can’t get above 3% you should go home. What is all this give everyone a participation trophy that is what it reminds me of.

The GOPe wants to sow discord so that people can grow tired of it then rally around the chosen one (Jeb “Press 2 for English” Bush). The media want to sell advertising time and also make the GOP look like the Keystone Kops.

Bush go demoted and replace by Rubio LOL, i hope Trump would make a smarty comment for laughs at the debate. Maybe not a good idea haha

Given that Trump and Bush are both quite a bit taller than Rubio, Donald could high five Jeb above Rubio’s head.

Good optic to make him look like a little kid and Jeb would probably oblige!

I love Trump’s sweaty, water guzzling Rubio routine. I think Trump’s spot on reenactments really resonate with the crowds. I know I enjoy them, they show that Trump is not in a contest of vanities and balderdash but rather that Trump is an astute observer and reader of human behavior and that is an invaluable trait in a president.

Trump refuses to play their game and boy oh boy is it refreshing 🙂

  4. LOL… they put Christie right next to Rand Paul… that’s kind of like seating your ex-GF next to your future in’laws at your 2nd wedding reception! GREAT!

And Bush next to Rubio? LOL… I wonder if they will be jabbing elbows into one another’s rib sections while they rush to the podiums? Ooooops, sorry Marco… I didn’t mean to trip you…

LJP2014, :0) Marco has been using the media to get the attack out there that Trump is weak on foreign policy. I look for Rubio to be allowed to “take over” the debate ala Carly in the second debate, and I fully expect Rubio’s inserted comments to be “foreign policy” related.

      • Yup. Carly got lots of leeway, but it got her nowhere. Now the Rube will get a chance to swing the bat.

Wonder how Rubio will wiggle Foreign Policy into an Economic debate?
The rest of the field should just skip this debate. They are so far out of their league to debate such a topic against such a giant as The Don.

I remember when carly was crying and fighting to get into the grownup debate. She sent a few reporter/ her people to a couple of Trump rally ask Trump what he thought about Carly getting a spot. Trump is he wouldn’t mind, and somehow CNN change the term and Carly got in. Then she backstabbed trump to get some rating.

This time Bobby jindal complain that RNC and CNBC gave all their power to Trump and let Trump set all the rules and that he(Jindal) should have a spot in the grownup debate. Too bad for Jindal he burned that bridge a long time ago by attacking Trump.

  5. I’m not thrilled that Water Boy will be next to Trump but hopefully Trump & Jeb will wallop him (I don’t want an alliance between the two but Jeb has to take Water Boy out. Plus IMO Jeb is easier to beat).

Speaking of, interesting results out of NH. We’ve been bombarded with Jeb ads.

    • actually now that i think about it, having 10 candidates will cut the time for people like Snarly to grandstand. and by the next debate HOPEFULLY she probably won’t meet the requirements to even be in it (cross fingers that they will make it 5% or more for big boy table). i literally cannot listen to her voice with that fishwife sour puss man-hating voice, and clueless Rubio with his complete utter nonsense so-called foreign policy cue cards borrowed from Washington warmongers Inc. so i won’t be able to “watch” the debate because of those two.

soooooooo glad Trump cut it down to 90 minutes. Snarly won’t get many questions.

If Rubio even drinks water on the stage HE’S DONE ! lol!

      • sam says:

I agree with monicat, each will get like 7 min and it will be over. Less time for them to attack trump or put on a fake act. Trump is in the lead, we don’t need to give them our points.

    • sam says:

No, i agree 10 people is way too many but I would rather have 10 than 5. Think strategically, this is when they get a voice and you would want them to have less air time as possible. When debate is done it will be all Trump/all the time again and cut off the oxygen. Trump is in the lead so our team does not need to prove anything.

    • LOL! i clicked your link and for some reason it goes to WHOOPIE GOLDBERG and JOY BEHAR of The View.

Interesting, Joy Behar is sounding like Chris Matthews getting some ❤ for Donald Trump!

Still so stupid that they still consider Trump a race baiter, especially since illegal aliens are not a race. But I was surprised to see that look of ❤ for Trump forming in her eyes! She said he’s a lot like her Bernie and she compared their political stances together and was shocked to see how much they are alike, at least in her mind.

The more people listen and get to know Trump, instead of the medias hatchet jobs about him, the more they like him!

      Joy Behar + Trump = ❤ LOL!!!!!!!
      check it out!

Early on I shared video of many visits TRUMP made to the View. It was always a Love Fest. The ladies love him. (Except the disgusting, fat, slob.)

        Liked by 2 people

        • interesting. i had no idea! i have never watched The View, but i wonder were they in love fest after the “mexico” comments? and i wonder if Trump has went on there since that? i am aware of the Rosie O’Ding Dong saga and I did hear the audio clip and was appalled and those women sounded like witches.

  10. Big Picture says:

CNBC would get better ratings if they limited the 8 PM debate to the top five candidates, and have the bottom ten candidates debate at 6 PM. Everyone wants to hear what the front runners have to say. The 0%’ers, not so much.

  11. How CUTE! Rant Paul has the littlest podium LOL!

  12. Thank you Sundance! For me is always good to see your diagrams, they make it so much easier to understand and imagine the debate set up that way.

  13. Athena the Warrior says:

I’ve been trying to think of how they will try and sabotage Trump aside from not asking him any questions. This is his wheel house. No matter if the other candidates get the questions and answers, he is too lightning quick to be taken off his game.

Bankruptcies? Thanks to Fox, asked and answered already. Everything plaguing our nation today can be turned into an economic position. What solutions will government people, a lawyer, a Dr., a failed private sector executive come up with to solve them?

  14. dbethd says:

There should only be 3 people max. Cut everyone else out.
