IPSOS / Reuters Poll – Donald Trump With Another Dominating 32% Result… (full pdf included)

Yesterday Reuters released a poll result showing Donald Trump with 34%.  Oddly enough, IPSOS Conducted a Poll (commissioned by Reuters earlier in September), however Reuters never used/published it as a stand alone?   [ Subsequently IPSOS Released it yesterday ]

These are findings from an Ipsos poll conducted for Thomson Reuters September 12-16, 2015. For the survey, a sample of 1,304 Americans, including 511 Democrats, 481 Republicans, and 172 Independents – RELEASED YESTERDAY  (link)

My spidey senses tell me this level of support for Donald Trump has  existed far longer than the MSM would care to admit.  This poll was actually conducted during the period when the MSM were selling a “surging Carson/Fiorina narrative” and, if released as a stand alone, would have undermined that narrative/argument.

However, given Gravis polling yesterday, and Reuters having yet another poll -showing Trump with more than 34% support– they released the latest version and filed this one in the memory hole (though it would still be within their tracking trend).

IPSOS includes it in their monthly press releases, and we’ve got it now so here it is.

We can all be certain if Jeb Bush was continuing to pull in 30%+ polling support amid a field of 15 candidates the establishment GOP would be demanding everyone to stop campaigning to undermine him and get behind “their guy“.  Alas, because the leader is not “their guy” they continue to attack the front runner !

IF we get honest elections, Trump will win by a landslide. Unfortunately, that’s a BIG “IF” and it is a long time until Novermer 2016. That said…

    • I’m a Canadian with an American background, and am an American advocate, but I have been truly shocked at Obama’s effort to incorporate the United States into the evil international empire. From my perspective Donald Trump is our only hope. If he is not what I believe he is, the American ideal of individual liberty will be lost for a thousand years. Your mention of fraudulent voting is important. The array of forces against him is huge, and we should know by now they will stop at nothing. For instance, who is to say that Obama will not manufacture some crisis- say Ferguson on a nationwide scale- to cancel elections, or decide to run for a third term. I have read lots of reports on massive voter fraud in the last election and it will be even worse this time no matter who is running. My point is this: Trump needs an army, to protect his person and to protect the ballot box. It’s something Americans have to think about.

  5. Excellent!

The funniest thing I’ve seen today is the ‘smart set’ boasting about a YouGov survey that puts Trump in second place. I remember when they were calling YouGov unreliable after it had surveys showing Trump winning both debates.

I sent this article to the Trump campaign asking someone to read it before the next debate so Trump can turn the heat on Rubio.

I am all in on Trump because he’s taking on the wussy RINO establishment and he’s beating them. And if he wrestles away the nomination, good for him.

But what to do about the Democrats? They fully intend to use illegals to vote. It is the ONLY reason Obama is allowing them into the country. The RNC/GOPe is, by law, not able to contest election results.

Is there no way to challenge this binding consent (or whatever it is)? What about monitoring polling places as a part of Operation Cold Anger?

The “binding consent” thing applies only (as I understand) to the Republican apparatchiks – I don’t think it applies to independent citizens. Perhaps after Trump is nominated it will be a good idea to get ourselves educated on how to challenge results at the precinct level, etc.

Quick answer – yes, but – poll monitoring seems to be a states thing. In my state one must have 5 sigs of candidates in the election and/or a bunch of other rules (I checked). Best to check out rules for your state, and then go do it!

      • yeppers. even the splitters are useful idiots. kinda sad really. not all of them are “wicked,” most have enormous egos and misread their earthly callings, GOPe who are wicked social engineers fully exploit well-meaning politicians and then just blackmail the rest. BUT WE KNOW THAT KAISICH DID KNOW HE WAS “CHOSEN” BECAUSE HE IS IN SWING STATE OHIO! So he is not that much off the hook in that respect.

Still, he continues to SURGE @ 1% – HE HAS NO SHAME!

          1) !Cheb! is boxing DOWN…fighting those BELOW his polling numbers, not above. Sad.
          2) Kasich has LOTS of “growth potential”!

    • …something about JebBush going through Kasich’s trash or records in the library to get “dirt” on him. Bush is really desperate. So glad Trump doesn’t stoop so low.
Nice rally, what’s that about 65 people? SURRRRRRRRGING @1% LOL!

Sundance the poll was conducted from SEPTEMBER 26-30. Read the second page of the topline numbers on the poll page. They misprinted it.

For the survey, a sample of 1,304 Americans, including 511 Democrats, 481 Republicans, and 172 Independents ages 18+ were interviewed online. The precision of the Reuters/Ipsos online polls is measured using a credibility interval. In this case, the poll has a credibility interval of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points for all adults, 4.9 percentage points for Democrats, 5.1 percentage points for Republicans, and 8.5 percentage points for Independents. For more information about credibility intervals, please see the appendix.

I know what they wrote in the press release, but look at the Downloads for the topline results to the side of your link. They list everything that is listed in that press release, but only the date is changed. They could not have done the same poll twice and came up with the SAME amount of people polled with the SAME amount of Democrats, Republicans and Independents!

  14. Hey I just checked the Real Clear Politics tracker of all polls (here) http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/2016_republican_presidential_nomination-3823.html
Anyone know anything about that poll company?? Is this a usual poll? It seems quite off, now showing Trump at 17 and Carson at 24. Has the hardcore poll manipulation begun???

    IBD/TIPP POLL info here:

seems suspect, Paul Ryan? And did anyone notice Ryan 3%? Paul Ryan, Rand Paul… same guy? Makes you wonder whether to trust this poll or no. If they can’t get the names right, the numbers are probably way off.

I SMELL A RAT! They’ve transposed Trump’s numbers with Carson’s. That is PLAIN!

      Liked by 3 people

      • But according to FiveThirtyEight’s Pollster Ratings, IBD is NOT the most accurate poll and did not receive an “A” rating. Obviously this poll is incompetent, it includes vice president Paul Ryan’s name from 2012 and transposed the numbers of Trump and Carson, Carson’s been polling 17 on average and Trump 24, they have it BACKWARDS.

        • Heimdall says:

IBD/TIPP didn’t disclose what method they used to attain that number, there is nothing from them except that graphic they posted. They have been caught using polling by mail before and doctoring results too.

This is their first national poll for the primary.

        • Cameraman says:

TIPP don’t even refer to this poll on their won website!

This definitely appears to be a fake – or at best faulty – poll, but of course RCP stick it on their list anyway, even though they haven’t included that pollster before and mysteriously award Ryan’s 3% to Paul (how did they know to do that?).

          • Heimdall says:

Exactly.I want to know how RCP got that Paul has three percent when the poll clearly says Ryan on it. IBD/TIPP have not released any internals, or anything else for that matter, other than that graphic and them having us trust them on them telling us that they polled some (unknown) split of Republicans and independents..

Because that now says to me that RCP are in the poll doctoring business along with TIPP/IBD.

      • dizzymissl says:

        I had that same thought!

    • dizzymissl says:

Here is an example of how IBD/TIPP reported their polls in 2012:

Compared to now when they just write an article about it. Something is fishy

Sorry, that didn’t work out like I hoped. This is what he was asked:

@DanScavino There are a lot of reports that Mr. Trump will not make the Illinois ballot. Is this true? Has this been taken care of?

      • boutis says:

“Disinformation” is starting early. My guess is they are seeing party “switchers” at the registrar’s office switching party in IL so they can vote in the Republican primary. How to put the kibosh on that? Send out disinformation that Trump won’t be on the ballot so people would be wasting their time switching. IL is big on dirty politics.

Thousands of people outside the packed venue!!! Wow. And if you listen/see the “experts” in the media, one would have thought that Trump has peaked, that he doesn’t have room to grow as other candidates have. How asinine! Not only does Trump have room to grow, he is growing in support, and overflowing venues are just a palpable illustration of how much support he has earned from the American people. If I were in the RNC or in the “architecture department”t with Rove my washing machine would be running all day long 😉
