BREAKING: CCTV Video of Twin Peaks/Waco Shooting Shared With AP Reporters – Gunfire Began Outside, Bikers Running For Cover, Police Entered Restaurant With “Assault Rifles”,

We knew there would be CCTV video of both the inside and patio of Twin Peaks.

Because the local Police, who immediately reviewed the footage yet continued to mislead the public about the impetus of the confrontation and gunfire, the owner/operator of the Twin Peaks franchise shared video with reporters from the Associated Press.

WACO, Texas (Associated Press) — As gunfire broke out in the parking lot of a Texas restaurant, dozens of motorcycle riders ran inside seeking cover and tried to guide others to safety, security video reviewed exclusively by The Associated Press showed Wednesday.

The video suggests that Sunday’s deadly gunfight began outside the Twin Peaks restaurant, except for one round fired by a biker on the patio who then ran inside.

On the patio, bikers ducked under tables and tried to get inside. At least three people were holding handguns. One biker was seen running with blood on his face, hands and torso.

Before the shooting, the inside of the restaurant appears to be mostly empty. Bikers and other patrons can be seen walking to the windows facing the parking lot where most of the shooting happened.

When gunfire begins at 12:24 p.m., most bikers, other patrons and staff immediately run away from the windows and into the restaurant’s interior. At least three people can be seen holding handguns.

One camera angle shows bikers running into the men’s bathroom. When there’s no space left in the bathroom, they dash toward the kitchen

Another camera angle, on the far side of the restaurant from the gunfire, shows patrons who are not wearing biker gear crawling behind tables toward the kitchen. At least three bikers appear to be gesturing to have the patrons crawl to safety.

The AP was shown the video by representatives of the Twin Peaks franchise, who have said the fighting began outside the restaurant, not inside as police have said. The franchise has not released the video publicly, citing the ongoing investigation.

None of the nine video angles shows the parking lot.

Only one angle, taken from inside a back office in the restaurant, had audio. At 12:24 p.m., a woman is heard screaming, “Oh my God!” That’s followed by multiple cries of “Get back!” Two minutes later, three gunshots are heard. It’s not clear who fired.

Video shows police with assault rifles entering the front door at about the same time. As two officers enter, bikers can be seen lying on the floor with their hands spread.

waco 1Before the shooting, at least 20 members of the Cossacks biker gang can be seen on the patio. Members of the Scimitars, Boozefighters and Leathernecks can also be seen on the tape. While no Bandidos are immediately visible, police and one member of that biker gang have said some of their members were at the event.

Waco police spokesman Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said police have the video, but he had not seen it and would not discuss its contents.

{SNIP: I must interject here. The reason SWANTON is claiming not to have seen this video, is specifically because he needs plausible deniability for his public statements which are counter to the content within the video.  Now I’m certain this entire shooting is fishy and filled with CYA}

waco 8Authorities on Sunday swept up around 170 bikers who descended on the restaurant.

Among those arrested was Theron Rhoten, who had just pulled into the parking lot on his vintage Harley chopper when the bullets started flying.

Rhoten showed up at the Twin Peaks restaurant for a regional motorcycle club meeting. But, according to his wife, he soon found himself in the middle of a deadly shootout involving scores of other bikers.

Katie Rhoten said her husband ran for cover and was later arrested, along with motorcycle-riding friends and other “nonviolent, noncriminal people.”

“He’s good to his family,” she said. “He doesn’t drink. He doesn’t do drugs. He doesn’t party. He’s just got a passion for motorcycles.”

Police have said that all those arrested were part of criminal motorcycle gangs, but only two of the nine people killed had criminal histories in Texas. (<- important note)

Records show Wayne Lee Campbell was arrested for driving while intoxicated in 2002 in Rowlett in Dallas County and sentenced to probation. In 2007, Campbell was charged with assault in Tarrant County and served 45 days in jail.

In addition, Manuel Isaac Rodriguez was arrested in 2010 and served probation for unlawfully carrying a weapon at a bar in Lewisville.

Police have acknowledged firing on armed bikers, but it is not clear how many of the dead were shot by gang members and how many were shot by officers.

Authorities have said the gathering of five biker groups was to resolve a dispute over turf. Some bikers dispute that, saying the meeting was organized to discuss laws protecting motorcycle riders and other subjects.

Katie Rhoten said her husband, a mechanic from Austin, called her from jail and said that he and two other members of Vise Grip motorcycle club ducked and ran for cover as the violence raged around them.

The arrested bikers have all been charged with engaging in organized crime and each is being held on $1 million bonds.

The eight members of Theron Rhoten’s group, the Vise Grip Club, specialize in building and riding vintage and antique motorcycles, particularly pre-1970 Harley Davidson big twin choppers, according to spokesman Brian Buscemi.

Buscemi said the bimonthly meetings have been happening for 18 years

Yes, there was a problem at this scene, and it was absolutely horrific,” he said. “But there just also happened to be a significant amount of people there who had nothing to do with it.”  (link)

So…. If law enforcement had “inside” information there was going to be a “hit” by bikers, why did they allow it to start? Why didn’t they set up and pat down the bikers beforehand or even set up a metal detector? Why didn’t the take preventive measures to protect the public?

So…. Where did that “inside” information come from, a “gang” member or a law enforcement plant?

So…. Law enforcement doesn’t “respond” to a fight/gun fight, they were already there waiting for it to happen! They must have been pretty confident it would happen!!

So…. The biker “gangs” see law enforcement all over the place, even their portable eye in the sky is there set up. What could make these guys start a fight and draw weapons when they knew the cops are already there? They knew there was law enforcement all over the place and snipers in plain sight.

So….. Who were the people who started the initial fight? Is it possible one of them was a law enforcement plant (or informant) whose job is was to start the fight? And is it possible the snipers opened fire when they saw their informant (or plant) in trouble? Perhaps that’s why they went full auto in unison and began taking out people who may or may not have been involved in the incident.

So…. Perhaps we need to find out which biker pulled a gun, fired one shot and ran back inside! Perhaps it was that shot which was the signal for law enforcement to start their killing spree!

Perhaps what should be the news here, isn’t that bikers fought and 9 paid for it with their lives. Perhaps the news here should be another case of law enforcement in Waco committing PREMEDITATED murder, AFTER having information that led them to set up in advance to kill a group of people they profiled?

Law enforcement, didn’t set up to protect the public or make arrests. They set up with the sole purpose of killing. They may have even known which targets they wanted taken out, because of the vests they wore identifying them. Were these targets so important that they were willing to start a shoot out with (possibly) 2,000 round being fired with innocent families all over the place?

And just for the sake of letting you know my perspective. I am a member of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association, and a retired city cop. There are a lot of questions and speculation, none of which can be answered as long as law enforcement keeps the evidence hidden. I’m sure they’ll give themselves enough time to go through the video evidence and ensure they put out a version of the incident that matches what they release.

Thank you so much for your honesty. Wish there were more like you in law enforcement. We need more good people in law enforcement instead of the crooked ones in Waco.

Information as well know. The Cossacks told everyone they were coming. They have been staying away from these. Refusing to pay the Bandidos a Texas patch fee. Planned on making stand to show Bandidos did not run Texas and all Clubs and Gangs had the same rights. Also payback for Bandido stabbing 2 Cossacks.
Confident enough to be there and take precautions.

      The rest is pure rhetoric.

And that changes the fact that law enforcement set up a killing zone, instead of preventing it from happening… how?

IF they knew what you said they did, then why did they even allow the Cossacks to enter the restaurant without so much as a walk through metal detector?

IF law enforcement knew there was going to be a confrontation, and they did nothing to protect the innocent, law enforcement is still accountable for their lack of preventative action and deadly response…. to something they MIGHT have prevented.

Rumor has it DA wants Innocent bikers and all to sign wavers not to sue Waco, here goes another David Koresh; burn and bury you ask why cause “Rumor” supposedly FEDs are going to run the show now ; probably civil rights violations, innocent people shot and falsely accused and incarcerated. But best of all wait for either white wash or fishing expedition to justify why cops did what they did.Who will help all the innocent involved clear their names and start over because many have already been fired from jobs since oh my they’re all organized criminals as they were publicly judged before reviewing truly what they had at hand and placing them all in danger including their loved ones but hey what does the DA care “rumor” is he has even boasted behind closed doors he doesn’t care the repercussions this will bring about. The Waco bondsmen have also been warned not to bond any or help because they might find themselves on the other side of the spectrum. Wow someone needs to led Waco know that they are not above the law and Texas in not a suburb of Mexico. People have rights and can’t imagine the court system not providing them that. It’s a ludicrous and insanely situation Waco enforcement and officials have brought upon themselves. I guess must be preparation year for re-election for the Waco Superiors but this will surely kill Mr. Reyna’s dream of ever becoming Governor of Texas.
