Is this how Obama discovered Klain for the part of Ebola-Obala Czar?

He seems to remember all his lines and play his part perfectly!

  4. Seems well qualified to me. He DID let the cat out of the bag, though – the strain in the ad “isn’t one of the air-borne strains”. Hmmmmmm?

Tragic – and Obama thinks it is OK for Ebola infected people to freely travel to the USA, with “temperature” checks – that do not work? At least, publish a 3 month emergency restriction in travel — our hospitals do not have the training to deal with Ebola infected people – at this time. The Houston hospital, and its victims proofed that point. DO PASSPORT RESTRICTION (QUARANTINE) NOW !!! Do not wait any longer. It will be effective – and save our lives.

Bad news if true. That’s why everyone that treats Ebola patients should be quarantined during and after their treatment of them.

It also appears that she’s not doing so well, despite being in a top hospital well-equipped to handle Ebola. (As well-equipped as any, at least.) She was in good condition in Dallas, after transport was in fair condition, the CDC chalked it up to the the transport. But she is still in fair condition. She received plasma from Dr. Kenneth Brantly but is still having trouble fighting the virus. I’m worried that certain people will have inherent difficulty, I know this has been discussed here in other threads. Remember H1N1? Very mild in older adults, serious for teens and young adults. Pham is only 26.

At this critical point – some Ebola people show improvement. But if she starts to get worse now — well I hope that does not happen. I hope her boyfriend does not get it.

Nina Pham boyfriend’s alleged condition and identity still undisclosed
      Christian Today ^ | October 21, 2014 | Shiena Bernardino

(Full title: Nina Pham boyfriend’s alleged condition and identity still undisclosed, dog to be tested for possible Ebola virus )

Even after news broke out about the hospital admission of the alleged boyfriend of Ebola patient Nina Pham due to Ebola-like symptoms, the information about his identity and present condition remain undisclosed.

Pham, a nurse from Dallas, Texas, is the first person in the United States who contracted the deadly virus after attending to visiting Liberian national Thomas Eric Duncan. He died on Oct. 8, a few days before Pham was admitted to the Texas Presbyterian Hospital. She was confined on Oct. 13.

The alleged boyfriend’s condition, on the other hand, remains unrevealed as of press time.

Meanwhile, Pham’s Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Bentley has also been admitted into a special facility and will have to undergo a series of tests while in quarantine to find out if he also contracted the Ebola virus.

Just watched CNBC discuss this. It is apparent that to be in favor of a travel ban/visa control is to be ‘unsophisticated’ that ‘infection control’ is the elite’s answer since we are going to have a case here and there show up. Odd that. Isn’t that sort of what George Zimmerman and Officer Wilson were engaging in? I mean no need to keep ‘hoodrats’ confined to their hood we can just eradicate them if they seek to spread.

    That advert is PRICELESS!
So, the new Regime line is that to be for quarantines, movement control of infected and possibly infected people is to be “unsophisticated”…
Well, ALL the hip kids are doing it, so I guess it’s OK.

What next, there will arise “bug chasers” who for some sick psychological reason seek out getting Ebola? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bugchasing

It’s my understanding that bug chasers don’t want to practice safe sex and want to acquire HIV so they can have unmitigated unprotected sex with the HIV+ population, the only population which can have unprotected sex without fear. Of course they are relying on the assumption that their HIV infections can be controlled. I don’t think anyone did this back in the 80’s.

How’s this for what the ‘elite’s say’ and what they do? Brietbart is reporting Harvard has banned all non essential travel by faculty, students and staff to the ebola zone and instituted a 21 day ban from coming on campus upon any person returning from the ebola zone. Ron Klain, like Obama, is a Harvard Law man.

I’m guessing that’s in response to the Yale scare. Remember, a Yale student had gone to Liberia, came back, and fell ill. I just read that there was actually a group of students who had gone there, for “research”. Harvard is smart to implement a ban. Too bad Obama isn’t.

It’s amazing how this is split along liberal/conservative lines. DailyKos basically takes the attitude that anyone who doesn’t run around kissing and hugging Ebola victims is a racist.

You would think that people regardless of their political leanings, would not want to get sick, or get Americans sick.

Yes, Cuba really upset the liberals by effectively controlling HIV with nationwide testing and quarantine. I could probably make money with a “Rent a Liberian” business to keep libtard hot tubs properly stocked.

Ebola is spread by plane. What Hussain Obama REFUSES to understand.

Our hospital was over whelmed by ONE PERSON with Ebola. There was NO protocol in place. We BEG Obama to issue an emergency decree to stop NOT – USA CITIZENS from entering the USA. This is NOT RACIST. It is for our own safety – and so that the CDC can actually provide protocols to deal with tragic Ebola cases. Please – no more disregard for this simple step. It hurts NO ONE by doing it. Obama, you can “lift” the quarantine in three months.

Isn’t the only potentially devastating communicable disease circling our periphery – how about the strains of drug-resistant TB, novel flu strains, the virulent enteroviruses, the feared airborne mutation for HIV and G-d knows what still lurking in the various open air bushmeat markets in Africa, Asia and South America. We won’t even get into the possibility of some group with an ax to grind getting its hands on a bioweapon, one disaster at a time.
Many hospitals have plans in place to cover major disease outbreaks and they ain’t pretty. People won’t be lining up in ERs awaiting treatment and in a major outbreak the hospitals know they’ll be swamped. Evaluations will have to be done on a triage basis, there will be satellite facilities to handle the incoming patients as the contamination of the main facility can’t be risked, security will have to control the panicked public infected or fearing infection, transportation and parking will have to be arranged (call a cab company, say you think you have Ebola and want a ride to the hospital ER) and the list goes on. A lot of facilities put the possibility into the ‘Things Too Hard To Do’ basket and/or pencil-whipped some SOP just to meet the requirement – now things have changed. I’m just hoping that the majority of them have a realistic and working plan in place before the inevitable hits the fan.

I can attest that 70% is fully functional at the Federal civil service level, and all one has to do is meet the PC hiring requirements and be willing to go to Federal training in the job you’re hired into. Holiday Inn Express might just be a ‘step up’ in that training process. If that doesn’t work you just do what we did – call in a qualified civilian contractor to clean up the mess – close enough for government work.

I still suggest isolation, and temporary quarantine – until our “system” gets itself organized. But please, no un-controlled none-USA citizens – in this country for now.

Re our President, while not difficult, he’s afraid of having anyone smarter than him close by even if its for something so obvious in need of special expertise.

Also, we may have to redefine “common sense” after watching these WH people deal with a deadly virus like Ebola. I presume our administration doesn’t even get the video’s meaning.
