Major Hat Tip to Treeper Nivico who finds the familiar pattern and connects the dots.
The Brown Family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks are now claiming Mike Brown was “executed” by Officer Wilson to CNN:
(Via CNN) We are getting a new description of the shooting of Michael Brown from a woman calling herself “Josie” and claiming to be a friend of the police officer who fired the fatal shots. She describes Brown pushing officer Darren Wilson and punching him in the face. That contradicts the account given by Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, who was with him at the time and witnessed the shooting.
Attorney Benjamin Crump is representing the Brown family. He spoke to Anderson and described the shooting as an execution. (link)
To support their “execution” claim, they are pointing to “their autopsy” given to the New York Times.
You’ve seen the story of the Mike Brown family autopsy, and the grand press conference they produced to deliver it to the public. But a closer look points out why the Scheme Team actually used New York Times Frances Robles to deliver the ruse:
FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.
One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.
[…] Prof. Shawn L. Parcells, a pathologist assistant based in Kansas, assisted Dr. Baden.
“You do this for the families,” Mr. Parcells said.
The two medical experts conducted the four-hour examination Sunday at the Austin A. Layne Mortuary in St. Louis. Benjamin L. Crump, a lawyer for Mr. Brown’s family who paid their travel expenses, hired them. (link)
Reading this article by Frances Robles would give you the impression Dr. Michael M. Baden actually “conducted” the autopsy on 8/17/14.
Alas a review of the timeline shows a divergent reality. The Scheme Team are up to their old tricks.
1) Wed Aug 13 – Professor Parcells was contacted by attorney’ Benjamin Crump and Gray (allegedly just to assist Baden). Parcells was on MSNBC’s The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell last night and stated he was contacted by attorneys Crump and Gray on Wednesday 8/13.
2) Fri Aug 15 – Daryl Parks gave a press conference sharing his disgust the Ferguson Police had release the strong arm robbery footage. During the presser he told the media that their 2nd independent autopsy had already been performed (citation link)
Knowing they were going to bring in Dr. Baden, that’s why when questioned about the second autopsy Parks said:
…”it’s done, and we’ll talk about that later, we’re not answering any questions about the 2nd autopsy at this time; we will -in time- do that”….
3) Sun Aug 17 – According to the NYT Dr. Baden was flown in.
If Parcells was just supposed to be assisting Baden, why was Parks stating that the autopsy had already been performed two days before Baden was even flown in?
The actual truth appears to be – a rather controversial person Shawn Parcells, who is NOT a forensic pathologist, was used by the Scheme Team to conduct an autopsy – and then Professor Baden was brought in AFTER to meet with Parcells and give his OPINION of it.
In essence lend his credibility toward it.
Shawn Parcells is not a pathologist, he is a voice for hire. Here’s some articles on the lack of credentials for Parcells and the concerns therein:
“[…] some coroners and medical examiners in Missouri say Parcells has inflated his qualifications and performed autopsies without a medical license. Others allege that doctors whose signatures were on some autopsy reports were not present at the autopsies, did not review the work or never actually signed the documents.”
“Police in Andrew County are looking into allegations that a pathologist Parcells listed on a 2012 autopsy was never consulted.”
“Shramek said he became alarmed when Parcells asked what to put down as the cause of death on an autopsy report instead of following the evidence.”
“Others, such as Dr. Mary Case, the medical examiner for St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson counties, have been outspoken about the allegations against Parcells.
“It’s very bad for our state if there’s someone doing autopsies without a medical license,” she said. “This is a huge atrocity, an invitation to disaster, and it needs to stop.” (link)
The bottom line is that Dr. Michael M. Baden never performed an autopsy on Mike Brown. Instead he signed off on an opinion of a forensic examination completed by a controversial Forensic Pathologist Assistant, who did an evaluation of Mike Brown’s body at the request of the Scheme Team.
Dr. Baden was flown in later to review the findings of the Forensic Pathologist Assistant, Shawn Parcells, and give it credibility in the eyes of a non-questioning media.
The Scheme Team then took Dr. Baden’s evaluation of the Shawn Parcell review, and handed it off to their New York Times friend and cohort, Frances Robles. Selling it as if Dr. Baden had actually conducted the physical exam himself.
Frances worked with the Scheme Team in 2012 (2012 bio below) while she was at the Miami Herald and was part of their inner circle of media types willing to sell the Trayvon Story. The Trayvon Martin Story was also full of similarly false and manufactured media evidence.
The goal of the Scheme Team for the Mike Brown narrative is to emphasize how many times Mike Brown was shot and to outline a scenario where Mike Brown was shot “execution style” in the top of his head.
Knowing their pattern of media evidence the instructions to Ms. Robles were to emphasize the number of shots and head wounds. In exchange for the “exclusive” she was more than happy to oblige:
This is how the Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump Scheme Team operate. However, because we know what to look for, we are able to catch them in their shenanigans and manipulations. Good catch Nivico….
*ADD* We have contacted the New York Times and await their response.
Additionally, in the New York Times article today from Ms. Robles you’ll note she is in Ferguson Missouri; no doubt back into the relationship with Parks and Crump as a willing recipient to their “exclusive” releases. Keep an eye on her reporting.
Did anyone catch the question Parks and Crump would not answer because it didn’t come from the media? Of course they would only allow scripted questions.

Megyn had Crump on last night and she asked him about reports that MB had turned back towed the officer. Never spoke about the officer’s injuries, either. Big disappointment.

Interesting article from the Washington Post about how rare three separate autopsies is:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2014/08/18/multiple-autopsies-like-those-in-michael-browns-death-are-unusual-but-not-unprecedented/
The article also seems to address and dispel Crump’s assertions that the first autopsy can’t be trusted:
“Sometimes, an elected coroner’s office is in charge of hiring pathologists to perform a county’s autopsies. Sometimes, that’s the job of a law enforcement department, which can sometimes lead to the perception of bias. In St. Louis County, Michael Brown’s autopsy went to the county medical examiner’s office, which falls under the jurisdiction of the county’s health department.”
And if I didn’t know any better, the following quote from the article seems to be a shot across the bow re Crump’s use of non-medical facilities and a self-described self-appointed self-designated “Forensic Pathologist Assistant”
“From an autopsy standpoint, I actually think the [county] exam was handled appropriately so far,” Singh wrote, “in the sense that the examination was done by an actual forensic pathologist in a medical examiner’s office.”

Parcells just appeared on Nancy Grace’s show and described the fatal shot (i.e., the one at the apex of the skull) as going primarily down into the skull and slightly from back to front. He used a a model skull and a pen to describe this trajectory.
The above doesn’t add up with Baden’s previous comments as he described it as a front to back wound. Baden said it could have occurred with Brown charging the officer with his head tilted downwards.
How could he tilt his head so far downward as to create a back to front wound (as described by Parcells)? This seems almost an anatomical impossibility to me.
In short, It appears that the family’s autopsy team doesn’t agree on the trajectory of the fatal shot.
LikeLike
I don’t believe that was the fatal shot. The fatal shot was probably the one slightly over the right eye. The shot through the top of the skull was probably the follow up shot after Brown was already headed to the ground but still moving forward.

The shot to the neck would have been fatal as well, destroying the carotid artery. My best guess, and it is just a guess, is that shots when from the neck, to the eye, to the top of the head, in that order.

Gov. Nixon is ignoring Officer Darren Wilson’s right to the presumption of innocence and his right to due process. He’s not only prejudging the grand jury proceeding outcome, he’s demanding a vigorous prosecution for justice to the family of Michael Brown. Why justice for them, instead of justice, period? What about justice for this officer, who has been assaulted, his orbital socket blown out, his life threatened, first by MIchael Brown and now by rioters and thugs ginned up by the BGI? Justice is supposed to be blind. Governor Nixon is a disgrace to his office and should resign immediately.
You know, this is so sad. I feel deeply for Officer Wilson, who was forced to defend himself with deadly force. Even when justified, killing another human being is a devastating event, absolutely horrific.
I also feel sorry for the loved ones of Michael Brown; they’ve been set upon by BGI vultures during the most difficult, tragic event they’ve ever been faced with. That poor mother on GMA this week, she looked like a zombie. I wonder how much medication she was given. She just looked numb, defeated, helpless. Why did these contemptuous opportunists swoop in to feed off the body of a dead young man? Alan was quite outspoken about politically corrupt misdeeds in the Judiciary during George Zimmerman’s trial, Democrats may be splintering, noticed that Gov Nixon did not “consult” the Feds before declaring a state of emergence and calling out the National Guard and Curfew, which is deployed against Blacks, a major Democratic dependency.
The Democratic County Prosecutor’s father was a police officer killed by a Black criminal when he was a teenager, when police are at risk/assaulted deadly force is necessary, which is why the GBI want him removed but can’t do it, the Grand Jury is starting up and Eric Holder isn’t going to do anything about stopping it, so he is trying to find civil rights violations within the Ferguson Police Dept as a whole (disparate impact) to get a case going on the Feds side as a way to resolve the situation when the Grand Jury refuses to indict

Now, their story is that Brown walked away and was shot once from behind, then tried with is hands up, to surrender when the officer just kept firing.

“Already the results of Baden’s limited investigation are being used to support the contention that Brown was surrendering, and that the wounds were distant range, even though Baden himself said neither.
To a forensic pathologist, the body diagram Brown’s attorneys released tells a different story. The wound at the top of the head, the frontal wounds and angled right hand and arm wounds suggest that the victim was facing the officer, leaning forward with his right arm possibly extended in line with the gun’s barrel, and not above his head.
The image of a person standing upright with his hands in the air when he was shot does not appear compatible with the wounds documented on that diagram.”

Well something else for him to look into is that Dorian Johnson the kid who was with Brown and started the lies of the hands up, has taken a plea deal. His involvement in the apparent robbery that resulted in browns death and all the riots and damage can be charged to him. He allegedly has confirmed that brown attacked Wilson and charged the cop and laughed at him for getting his ass whooped by a kid. He was intent on taking out the cop

Dorian’s media story is so obviously bogus that this doesn’t seem far fetched to me.

If true, a game changer. He better get in a witness protection program for snitches who are afraid of stitches!

It could be true. They might have sent him a target witness subpoena to appear before the grand jury and his lawyer told him that he was facing life in prison.

Dorian J is an imbecile and the more he says on record the worse it will get for him. If his lawyer is even 10% competent he’s told Dorian to jump at an immunity deal, everybody is in this for themselves.

Very interesting, if true. Hopefully that would put an end to this nonsense.

M.kelly is interviewing Dr.baden right now and he consistently refers to “the autopsy findings” and “what the autopsy tells me”. Mk- “is it possible based on the autopsy you performed…” Dr.b-“based on the autopsy findings its possible”. It honestly seems as though they both know what you are claiming but are dancing around it. Dr won’t say “my findings” even though it seems that would be a far more natural way to answer. If anyone finds the video, post it. Maybe I’m just reading too much into it.

I didn’t get that feeling, I got more that baden was strictly on the fence that autopsy could support either story.

Dorian Johnson claimed that the officer grabbed Mike Brown by the neck and tried to pull him into the cruiser. On the video, Dr. Baden specifically states that there were no injuries to Brown’s neck that were caused by a struggle. See 1:45 in the video.

Megyn probably doesn’t understand the significance of the time line or the fact that Baden didn’t do the autopsy.

If it goes to trial somebody will ask him “what exactly did you do physically to the corpse while conducting the autopsy”, he probably just read and reviewed reports by others. At this point he’s just trying to avoid humiliation.

Bravo, Nivico!
I doubt Baden would last 4 hours doing an autopsy of any quality at his age. No offense to elders, but 4 hours is a long time and requires stamina. Heck, I wouldn’t last that long myself on a good day. This is obfuscation of associating credible with non-credible witness is right up Crump’s alley, with a little creative help from the King of Obfuscation Himself Obama.

Yesterday Megyn Kelly asked crunk why a commended police officer would gun down an innocent young man who was surrendering? He didn’t answer and completely talked around an answer with his scripted bs how he was walking/autopsy shows/executed blah blah blah. Seriously why would a cop shoot (6) times a surrendering on his knees with his hands up kid with tons of witnesses especially the doofus that was with him? What is the answer Crunk? huh? That supposition is completely nonsensical and doesn’t pass the smell test from the git go. Proving that is going to be a tough road but crunk won’t give up, oh no he ain’t gonna be gitten off that gravy train any time soon.

This is getting quite sickening as the dream team of Holder Obama give credence to all manner of illegal acts within the legal system. What we are seeing is mob rule taking over and dictating how the law is carried out. Te comment by the Governor tonite is way past wrong . He should be recalled immediately for making such a comment before the GJ even meets ? We are descending into chaos right before our eyes as mobs dictate how this will play out , not our established laws!
On one hand we have an out of control police state and on the other we have racial issues being festered by our so-called leaders deliberately. Not a good combination. But nothing new for these control freaks we call gov ? Becoming clear the cop was within his bounds and Brown was just a smart ass bully that likely got exactly what he deserved. He would have likely harmed many people and created numerous unwanted babies in his next ten years or so.The fallout now is for the rest of us going forward. Pretty clear everything Obama and Holder touch turns to shat !

Why a knife is very dangerous at close range.
When a person charges you a close range, and has previously assaulted you, you do not know if he has a knife. This is why Wilson had no choice but to shoot at the attacker.

I think I’ve posted this before but for a number of cops, their backup gun is a knife. Experiment: if your jurisdiction allows you to pocket- carry a folding knife with a cutting edge on the blade no longer than 3.5″, as in Denver, try this. Go to the whatever store and buy a long roll of foam rubber, aroudn 12″ wide, that would approximate the density of the skin, fat and muscle tissue on a well-fed attacker. I say well-fed as this gives the experiment an added measure of confidence, if it will work on a fluffy but buffy attacker you can image how it would work on some stroked-out drug addict looking for a fix financing. Go out and wrap the rubber around a stout pole like a telephone poll and secure in place (duct tape works great) – you want the rubber at least 12 inches deep though 18 is better.. Now stand close to the rubber, take your unfolded pocket knife with the whimpy blade and thrust it (point first for you DemocRATS) into the rubber as hard as you can – now pull it out (again, for you DemocRATS). Now back off about 1/2 an arm’s reach and slash (again, cutting edge first for the you-know-whos) across the rubber, trying for depth and length of slash. Now get a ruler or steel tape (cloth dressmaker’s tape doesn’t work You Knwo Whos) and measure the depth of the cuts. Woo Hoo – never though about the compressibility of flesh, did you? Getting stabs 12″ deep? Slashes 6-8 inches deep and 8 or more inches wide? From a legal but whimpy looking 3.5 inch pocket knife? Now go to the library (OK, I’m over 60) or the internet and see how deep blood vessels such as the jugular veins and carotid arteries in the neck, illiac arteries and veins in the abdomen, renal and liver blood vessels, the abdominal aorta, just to mention a few, are. Coudl any of those thrusts have punctured any of these major blood vessels? How about them slashes – and I ain’t even getting into the reachable nerve plexus. Now look up how long it would take you o bleed out – as in D E A D – from a puncture to any of these vessels.
In the olden days we used to be showed films (yeah, that was ‘the olden days’) in the police academy and follow-up training of prisoners practicing taking out police with pocket knives. These films were taken inside of prisons by hidden cameras – prisoners were using paper knives. Wanna guess how many innercity dojos do knife training as part of their ‘defensive’ techniques? How about some squirrel who’s high on injectable-life and just goes dingy with a knife? The hijackers on the 911 planes used what to take over the planes? How many major cuts are you going to take in the name of being kind to someone who brought a knife to a gunfight?
Nope, guy’s going to pull a knife on me he’s dead as soon as I can draw that legally-carried and box-stock pistol/revolver. The jurors want a reason why i shot some poor defenseless choirboy who just pulled some teeny but legal knife on me as my ethnictyness made him defensive through the knowledge of how my kind have oppressed the … you get the idea … we’ll do the knife test above.

IMO, Shabazz is the outsider, and the leader of the provocateurs.

Now, does Missouri allow him to do the things he’s been doing? I’ll leave that to people who know Missouri law. Doubt it, tho’ …

FORENSIC Pathology Assistant is the designation that one of the Forensic Pathology Associations and or Medical Examiner says does not exist in the field of Forensic Pathology. In any case, he has no formal training in it anyway. I believe Missouri law requires you to be a doctor (or supervised by a doctor on the scene at the time) to perform an autopsy and report results.

Parcells is using the non-existent designation “Forensic Pathologist Assistant” or FPA that he made up.
It seems to be nothing more than a way to circumvent having to obtain the necessary education and certification required were he to call himself a Pathologist Assistant.

Some observations looking at the videos.
The police car was an SUV not a car. I believe it is the one on the side of the road. Mike Brown is face down facing directly at that car. about 25 feet away in the center of the street. If Mike Brown was shot 6 times; with 5 shots to the left side of his body, and he was not moving toward the car the impact of those bullets would have turned him to his right side, he would surely have fallen to the right and possibly received wounds to the left side of his body. I’ve seen two people shot, one killed. its a violent act. If he was moving toward the car his momentum would keep him moving forward, especially considering the mass of a 6-4 300 pound person.
Also was looking for bruising around the neck. I think if the witness account were accurate Mike Brown would have to have significant bruising, scratches, etc around his neck and defense wounds on his arms. I did see someone mention that the report indicated none of this was present.
Just some random thoughts.

Try this at home: A 295 lb. man standing on the outside of a car door, a 140 lb. man seated inside a car/SUV and see if the man in the seat will be able to pull the man on the outside of the car into the car. I wonder why a person seated in a cruiser would try to pull a person into the driver’s seat. Try it over and over. The person seated has his arm movements obstructed by a steering wheel on his right and a seat back on his left, disallowing his arms to fully extent in those directions through the window in a seated position, no matter if the seat is at a lower point (as in the case if it were a sedan or if the person sitting is in an SUV. He also has the disadvantage of a weakened body position turned to the left side. The person standing has the advantage because his legs give him all kinds of leverage outside the car door, both to maneuver his body mass around to reach into the car and to brace his body mass against the car door to pull away. I don’t care how hard that sitter tries to pull the stander into the car, he won’t be able to pull him down, no matter if the sitter is at the same level (as in an SUV) or is a sedan (which would put the sitter at an even greater disadvantage because of the force of gravity that would give the stander more force or leverage (whichever) he decided to use if someone was trying to pull him in or if he was trying to assault the person inside the car with blows from with his arms going into the car. I would really like to see a youtube experiment where people video tape their attempt to do this using many different sizes of people performing this experiment.

Any competent person can take the diagram of the wounds and show that one bullit entered the outside of the forearm exited the inside forearm and grazed the bicepe then entered the chest. The othe wound to the face was an entry wound above the eye and exited below the eye the other wound was to the top of the head??????? Thereby counting for the three projectiles found in the the body. Case solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~!
