Second Base – Mike Brown’s Mom Lesley McSpadden Announces: “All We Want Is An Arrest”…

Parks and Crump

Right on cue Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks drag Lesley McSpadden, the mother of Mike Brown, in front of GMA to outline the next request/step in the scheme. In 2012 Benjamin Crump described getting the arrest as “getting to second base”.

Second base is the arrest. “All we want is an arrest”. You can hear it at the 4:15 point of the video.   Now that everyone in Ferguson Missouri is riled up they need to get to second base – quickly before anything happens that would deflate the momentum.   (@4:15)

Moving forward, in order to get to second base they will use a very specific logic – it goes like this:

“All we want is an arrest, let officer Wilson have his day in court and explain why he murdered our son – is it too much to ask for him to be held accountable to a judge and jury and have to explain his actions? All we want is an arrest so we can see justice”.

Sounds reasonable and sympathetic to most, that’s why it’s set up like that.   Once they get to Second Base (The Arrest) a financial hurdle will have been removed, as the arrest will suffice for probable cause of a wrongful death claim.

Third Base is positioning the trial which puts pressure on the insurance companies to settle prior to a verdict.

Home Plate is the check which comes from extorting the insurance company and municipality.   The outcome of the trail is irrelevant – it matters not.

Here’s a video of Ben Crump and Sybrina Fulton reaching second base in 2012. Look at the joy in Sybrina’s son as he asks ‘can I get a Porsche now’?

You only need to watch the first 35 seconds – But watch the full 35 seconds, it’s priceless.

HERE’s The FULL SCHEME Laid Out and Here’s the TRASH CAN TOUR 2012

  6. Right on cue. In my opinion, the “independent autopsy” only supports Officer Wilson’s account of being rushed by Brown after he initially retreated. They seem to be hung up on the “multiple” gun shots. It appears that the officer was firing from a distance attempting to hit “center mass” and was off, accounting for the shots to the right arm. The head shots would be consistent with Brown barreling down on Wilson. Once he committed to self-defense, which is completely justified considering the struggle for his weapon in the vehicle which had just occurred, he isn’t thinking about if “one more” shot is justified or not. His adrenaline levels would have been extremely high and, a person who is willing to attack and attempt to gain control of his weapon once will do it again. When Brown charged at him he had no choice but to shoot.

The rest of the story is a complete fantasy. He could not have been on his knees surrendering. There is no way Officer Wilson, in cold blood, walked up to him and “executed” him while he was in a surrender position. Why is the media completely ignoring these aspects of the account? That’s a rhetorical question, of course.

If people think things are bad now, wait until the Grand Jury “no bills” him. Things are going to get real interesting then.

The right arm shot is from inside the car while Mike trying to reach over and get officers gun. shot straight up his arm to chest, notice the two glancing blows and direction.

forget which fabricating witness let it slip that mike was bleeding when he left car.

If the suspect is bleeding from a gunshot wound in the car, one would assume that would show up in testing of the car and the officer’s uniform.

I’d like to know what the officer’s injuries were. I’ve heard a swollen eye and broken jaw, but can’t confirm it. If the officer did have a swollen eye, that could account for all the missed shots which hit his arm instead of the torso, where I’ve heard cops have been trained to hit. Or perhaps Wilson was sending a warning shot by going for the arm instead or to incapacitate the suspect in some way, especially if he knew from the original altercation in the cop car that the suspect was righthanded.

I can guarantee that the cops are NOT trained to give warning shots, to shoot to “wound”, or to do anything other than shoot CENTER MASS. The simple reason is it is the biggest target on the body and misses potentially cost the tax=payers millions in unintentional damages to any number of things.

The reasons the officer hit the arm of the subject are many. Keep in mind the statements to support the officer were that the suspect (Brown) was moving. Big or not, he was moving.

Second, as reported (loosely to this point) the officer had been assaulted.

Third, stress. The physiological changes that occur are many. The FBI has many studies showing how officer who score high marks in training and practice ALWAYS miss more shots than are landed in real-life situations. You train to miss less….not to NEVER miss.

Again….the days of officers giving warning shots or pulling a John Wayne and shooting the gun out of a subject’s hand (or wounding fro any reason) are long gone. Too much liability.

          • WestCoastThot says:

To add…..as an officer, you never know what shot will be your last. Shooting at arm generally won’t stop a bad guy who is determined to get to an officer or whatever his goal may be. Shooting center mass is the only way to ensure the highest probability of success….IN STOPPING THE THREAT….And that does not necessarily mean the subject is killed from the shots.

Meanwhile as the Scheme Team and their race hustlers go for the money/power grab, the Black folks are being handed a mythical pill, which they eagerly swallow. As O’Reilly pointed out tonight, the FBI stats show millions of arrests across the USA yearly (35,000 per day per his reporting), BUT police officers were involved in only 490 homicides NATIONWIDE.

He had no breakdown of how many of those homicides were found to be justifiable, but wow, that puts to rest the narrative that LEO’s are running around randomly killing Black men.
Yet, this ‘nationwide cop killing of young Black men’ has been quoted over and over by protestors out on the streets of Ferguson. I’ve watched a lot on livestream, so I know.
If confronted with the stats the race baiters will only exchange this ‘grievance’ for another one.

Fortunately, even though thrown from the bike he only got some scrapes and bruises. He had no idea the gut had just robbed a 7-11 store and was making his getaway.

If the payout for Mike Brown is big, then really…. minority kids may want to reconsider what the direction of life is, as you may get skinned just to keep yo momma in Audis and YSL.

There is a bizarre psych problem of some people called Munchausen by Proxy. Maybe this is some bizarre, post-modern, post-racial subcategory of same? Seriously… minority kids may want to read up on this and understand WHY the genetic donors bought you that bottle of DMX, dime bag of weed, the rap music and the “target me to rob” sneakers. The “parents” in this case pushed off the 300 pound, 6’4″ 18 year old male onto an old, frail woman (hey, anybody hear from her lately? Where is SHE and her testimony?) who could not in any reasonable sense change this disaster around. This is ELDER ABUSE… she did her time and raised her kids, and they did this to her? A elderly woman? What kind of monster was her kid to do that to her?

In all seriousness, what is the value of a human life and the dignity in living that life in the black community? If people will squeeze out felons, dump them on the grandparents and then hope for the big civil payoff, what kind of subculture is that? Everyone in that crowd at Ferguson needs to ponder that exact point.

I don’t think they could get invested in a family that would not want anything but for faith and for the facts to play out. They really do know how to pick them.

But the best part is they can create the story so it gives them that opportunity. They create the victim and then the market. Al Sharpton always wanted to defend guys who were doing shady things, resisting arrest/etc. It’s never the kid with the book on his way to the library. There’s a reason for that.

And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives…You don’t want the truth. Because deep down, in places you don’t talk about at parties, you want me on that wall. You need me on that wall.
We use words like honor, code, loyalty…we use these words as the backbone to a life spent defending something. You use ’em as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then questions the manner in which I provide it! I’d rather you just said thank you and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon and stand a post. Either way, I don’t give a damn what you think you’re entitled to!
Crump: Did you order the code red?
Darren Wilson: (quietly) I did the job you sent me to do.
Crump: Did you order the code red?
Darren Wilson: You’re goddamn right I did!!

I think Dorian Johnson said that it took the cop “2 or 3 minutes” to get out of the car. Meanwhile Mike and Dorian were runnin’ runnin’ runnin’ scare’ runnin’. And just like Trayvon, they were running so fast they somehow ended up in the same spot.

A Brown supporter was on Dr. Drew just now talking about the fear that Mike Brown must have been feeling, and suggesting he had the same right to defend himself that the officer did. It reminded me so much of the Trayvon situation. Remember – once the gig was up after the photos of GZ came out and it was obvious that Trayvon had beaten him senseless – the story by the Trayvonistas suddenly changed and they started talking about how Trayvon “had a right to stand his ground, too.”

That was my favorite. The evolution of that story was unreal. First he was a sperm stepped on by a white racist boot. Then he was a 6-3 who had the right to whoop a creep cracka’s ass. Un – real. Soon we’ll hear “Mike Brown sensed the po po on him, he needed to chill, but he couldn’t find his wallet and needed those blunts. So he took them, freaked out, and when the cashier asked “Can I steal your eyeballs?” he said “NO” and pushed him away. Then the cop shot him because he thought Michael was the Zombie, not the cashier. Michael realized this and wanted to use the gun to prove…wait…hey, can we have our money now?”

As I recall, Sybrina bought a condo with her share of the profits from her son’s death, but then failed to pay the monthly assessmet for like 6 or 7 months. I wonder if she ever paid it. If Lesley gets any money, I hope she’s a little wiser about spending it.

Sybrina took ownership of the property in December 2012. She paid $29,000 for it. In June 2013 the condo association filed a lien for non-payment of the $176 monthly assessment, by that time totalling $1089. She never made a single payment. In September 2013 she quit claimed (the doc says “quick claim”) the property to a Nakia Newberry in exchange for $15,000. What the heck is going on here? She lost $14,000 and the property because she didn’t make the $176/month assement payments for 6 months? Does anyone recognize the name Nakia Newberry?

Here’s what may have happened: Sabrina gets 29,OOO mortgage. She may or may not have made mortgage payments for the next 6 months, but evidence shows she didn’t pay homeowner association dues. HOA’s can and will lien your property and then do an administrative foreclosure. Since mortgage co. or bank has first claim they will then start foreclosure proceedings themselves.
If you bypass closing attorneys who always do a title search looking for liens on the property that prevents a sale and instead you do a quit claim deed for cash (15,000) then you’ve made a tidy profit on a property about to be foreclosed on. In essence, the new “owner” is stuck owing your mortgage and all past dues.
Not saying that’s what happened, but it could have.

It was an individual house in a condo complex. It was actually a good deal, she got it after prior owners suffered foreclosure. It was appraised at like 5-6 times what she paid. So the fact that she never paid the monthly assessments and then pass it on to someone else at what appears to be a 14k loss is very suspicious. I see Yakmaster’s post above. If Sybrina never made the mortgage payments and never put anything down when she bought it, then pawned it off to someone else for $15k, then she made $15k from the deal and the new owner is apparently sunk with a foreclosure only 2 months after taking possession. Sure seems like a scam.

There is no training program, at this point, for FPA’s and I am trying to push that designation. Just google “Forensic Pathologist Assistant” and see what comes up. I didn’t make it up out of the blue and truth be told, people off the streets are trained to become “FPA’s” in the MEs office. I am trying to establish some higher guidelines. I worked with a guy at the MEs office who couldn’t read or write, but he was doing postmortem dissections without a pathologist around!!

As for my testimony in court. I have been deemed an expert in forensic medicine and child abuse by the courts in Texas, Georgia, and Missouri. I had to go through some intense hearings and questioning to see if I qualified as an expert. Every time I have passed and never been told I could not testify. I am also not testifying or claiming to be a doctor, that would be lying under oath. I am testifying just as my training and credentials stand, no more and no less. The judges still allowed and said; “He is an expert in his field, he is allowed to give his opinion and there is no law that says he can’t”. So why not?”

I’ve been thinking the same. It’s one thing to work quietly behind the scenes (if they even are) but a public pushback is really needed in this particular situation. If a group with money like the police unions don’t get a handle on this, we’ll continue to see criminal enterprises openly shake down the public and hang good cops out to twist in the wind.

partyzantski ~ Ferguson is 2/3’s black, the remaining 1/3 is white or other minorities.

white flight definition: the move of white city-dwellers to the suburbs to escape the influx of minorities.

Many white people have moved from Chicago to escape the black gang violence/murders & it continus to escalate
as well as Detroit but more from Detroit. That’s why the cities are overcome w/gang violence, murder, mayhem daily as well as no job opportunities. Countless articles on “white flight” on both cities. White American’s that can get jobs in other cities & wanting to keep their families safe, have chosen to move, hence, white flight. There will always be some white folks left, but those that can leave have. Detroit has lost over 1/2 of their citizens, now they are bankrupt.

WHY would anyone white remain in Ferguson unless they couldn’t sell their property or business? Will the burned out businesses rebuild, who knows? Does anyone genuinely think the racial tension/relations will heal? imo, NO! WHY? Because regardless of the verdict, the majority of the black population will never be satisfied, if they don’t like something, they’ll just protest, throw Molotov cocktails/loot/throw rocks @ LE. LE can’t control the situation now, the clear disrespect shown by Blacks to LE isn’t going to change imo. How many more confrontations w/LE officers when they try to arrest criminals? IDK.

Translated as: all we want is for you to show us you respect our demands more than the rule of law. Talked to a retired black police officer today who was targeted in the first-person by Holden. He says that if these players get this officer’s head it won’t be safe for an officer to shoot anyone for any reason anymore. Reminds me of the idiot progressive experiments in the early 70s where municipalities tried to make the police less of a visually impressive sight by swapping out their uniforms for neutral colored slacks and blazers. Some other tried to severely limit the numbers of officers allowed to carry forearms and some tried to forbid officers from taking their firearms home after duty, they were to leave them in special lockers at work and could not have a private weapon at home either. Want to bet what happened and how long it took to happen?
Those dark forces who want to make it illegal for private, law abiding citizens to protect their property, family, fiends and persons with deadly force when faced with deadly force ar4e undoubtedly in league. if not leading, this group who wants to make it illegal for police to shoot in defense also. We see movements to prevent officers from carrying defensive impact weapons, tear/pepper spray, tasers – just about anything they can use to defend themselves and the public. It’s starting to look as if these dark forces want the latter day vandals to be able to steal, rape, rob and assault at will with their targets having no recourse but to throw themselves, once they get out of the E.R., on the tender mercies of the judicial system. Those of us who were/are in the LEA business see how well that worked/works now, imagine when the defendants take over the system.

I also find it interesting that The Scheme Team quickly finds the parents (mom AND dad) and parades them in front of the cameras as if they were the Huxtables. With Trayvon, his mother Sybrina certainly has enjoyed the benefits of being the mother to a dead son, yet she couldn’t even answer simple questions about Trayvon because she didn’t take care of him. That job fell to his uncle and his uncle’s wife. Unless I missed it, his caretakers haven’t received a penny from the proceeds of St Tray-Tray’s foundation.

Right after Michael Brown was shot, a reporter did what can only be described as a “puff piece” about Michael, but it’s important to read because it reveals simple truths about his life BEFORE Benjamin Crump’s PR team got involved and rewrote it. The article was written on August 10th and appeared in the Riverfront Times. http://blogs.riverfronttimes.com/dailyrft/2014/08/mike_brown_shooting_ferguson_family.php

As you sift through the “he was a big teddy bear” nonsense, you will also read that he was staying with his grandmother. Here are a few excerpts:

“Livingston walked Daily RFT down Canfield to the low-slung apartment buildings where Brown was living with his grandmother. In the dimly lit front room, the family spoke fondly of the teenager. Some of them sat on the couch that he used as his bed. They say he slept like a rock on it, despite his big frame.”

“The only person he hung out with was her,” chimes in Pam, a family friend, gesturing to Brown’s grandmother who nods her head silently.”

His family also showed the reporter a few of his rap lyrics. One song was called “Grandma raised me better than that.”

Yet again, the mother and father, who were only responsible for making the baby that became Michael Brown are thrust front and center into the spotlight while those who actually knew him are pushed aside.
