Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson – Not Happy With Media Portrayal of Mike Brown Shooting and Police Events That Follow – UPDATE – President Obama Not Happy With Anyone…

President Obama Speaks:

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon Speaks

Another major similarity to the Trayvon Martin shooting is the way the pack media attack the Police Chief.  In Sanford Florida it was Bill Lee, in Ferguson Missouri it is Thomas Jackson.

There is a point of effect when the media become desperate to build up the next part of the story they are selling.  The reporters become a rabid and collective pack and lose their capability to view any additional information objectively.

The media’s intense thirst for the next angle, the next “hook”, creates problems within the community as attention is given to members of less than stellar character, motivation or stability.  In Sanford Florida in 2012 one of those key unstable agitators was a woman called Francis Oliver.

The BGI has to get him and the DA. Then the Gov. will appoint a Corey Clone. It is all in the script. Crump will be the Private Attorney General again. Sharpton will have a protest march with the help of CRS. State v. Zimmerman…The Sequel.

Nope. It is instant replay. This fiasco is not really all that big. It all revolves around a large section 8 housing project. Full of welfare mongers and thugz. This is magnified by the newz. next the police chief and DA then special prosecutor then the $$$$ payoff to Crump.

I don’t think so. But not sure. Small County in FL. Many only have Sheriff. But not sure about DOJ jurisdiction. They can’t work on State Criminal Case directly. Indirectly…Ahh Dunno. DOJ can file civil rights cases. In Federal Court. Most criminal law is state law. I think DOJ, FBI, and SS, have jurisdiction in Kidnapping, Bank Robbery, Counterfeiting, Interstate Crimes, Spying, and such.

I guess these guys have watched too many movies. They don’t haul dead bodies in ambulances, only live ones. If you are already dead they bring the coroner out. The black van looks to be the coroner’s van.

Do you guys realize that footage is an important piece of evidence? Obviously, the police have the body, and have done an autopsy, but look at that last video. It, along with the multitude of photo’s of Brown’s body speaks volunes.

Firts and foremost, it was proclaimed he was shot in the back. I have seen images taken from both sides of the scene, coupled with this footage, and nowhere can you see even an exit wound from the back, let alone an entry wound. The amount of blood on the street under the body speaks to the fact it should be apparent that the gunshot wounds appear to all be frontal. He is wearing a white shirt, and blood would have stained the back, either from a gunshot, or an exit wound from a frontal shot.

It is not uncommon that a perp will take multiple shots to bring them down. It has been put forth that the officer was assaulted, so in an attempt of self defense or deterring another attack, multiple shots are not unheard of.

Where is the blood on the back? I am just not seeing it. He would have been running away, so the blood would have come down the back somewhere. Even once he fell to the ground, blood would have stained that shirt. Is it not lawful to stop a man, who is a fleeing felon, one way or the other, that just assaulted a cop? Doesn’t assault on a cop allow for use of deadly force?

Is it just me? I seem to be asking that a lot.

It’s not just you. I think when the evidence and pictures come out they will prove he was charging forward towards the policeman and his vehicle shooting at the officer. Shell casings were found but not Mike’s gun.

woohoowee ~ imo, the jobs go to the highest scores on the testing given to those that seek LE jobs/civil service jobs. Apparently, more white officers made the highest scores. It would be unfair to give black officers jobs over white officers if their test scores weren’t higher, that would be discrimination against white officers.

White officers could file grievances as I think the test scores are posted, or at least you can find out where you placed on testing scores. The same in my town for LE or Fire Dept jobs.

24 states (including MO) have laws that require one to show ID when an officer asks for it, if not it’s a misdemeanor and one can be arrested. Both of the journalists refused to provide ID when asked. You’d think the US Attorney would know the law….oops, what was I thinking?

Show ID, or identify oneself verbally? I think you mean the latter; I wouldn’t want to live in a state where you’re a criminal if you’re not carrying papers at all times.

I was questioned a few times by police when I was younger (cops were looking for some vandals) and I was required to state my name and birthdate, which was checked against their database for outstanding warrants. I don’t think any US state requires all persons to carry government ID. That’s the difference between a free society and a police state.

I didn’t know that MO had the Sunshine Law, meaning, that’s how the release of the Officers name will come forward. That’s a good thing as far as Media/etc. being able to get information on the case when it’s concluded.

Yesterday, Jackson stated “they could always appeal.”

    • TrickleUpPolitics says:

If I’m not mistaken a Sunshine Law does not cover release of police reports in an active investigation. After all, there is supposed to be a presumption of innocence.

TrickleUpPolitics ~ I meant when the investigation was completed, sorry if that wasn’t conveyed, most that blog here know that of that followed GZ’s case. Just as we saw the information in GZ’s case on the investigation before GZ’s trial, GZ was supposed to have a “presumption of innocence,”before his trial, but the investigation was released through the Sunshine Laws.. I have followed 4 high profile cases in Fla. & understand what the Sunshine Laws cover. If the officers name isn’t released which is guaranteed through the Sunshine Laws there, the BGI will file a Motion for the release, LE will appeal it.

Whether or not there is a presumption of innocence, that is completely different than what is allowed to be released through the Sunshine Laws. Did you follow GZ’s case? Was GZ presumed innocent? No, not by the State Attorney’s nor some of the officers, nor by most of the public. The information was released before the trial.

State Attorney’s can investigate a case & consider it open just as Linda Burdick told J. Baez in KC Anthony’s trial, she stated, “this is an ongoing investigation & it will go on through the trial. Meaning any new investigation was fair game for the trial.

Sad to see that Fox news caved to the BGI, Shep Smith, (can’t stand the guy) would rather they allow building to burn and seems like he would like to see that cop turned over to the masses, of course he still believes TM was a 10yr old boy. One Fox reporter is marching with the protesters and even patted a NBPP member on the shoulder. Obama has already declared this guy Mike innocent and the cop guilty, the cop doesn’t have a chance now. Nice to see Obama interrupt his vacation for black citizens, yet he can’t find two minutes to help a war hero imprisoned in Mexico. Shame on him, the big jerk.

Interesting how once something like this happens, a mass of people comes outside to watch and gawk. That is a whole lot of people without daytime jobs. Maybe they are mostly on the night crew. Though I have a feeling that there is a great deal of government money supporting this community. Aside from the sad fact that a young man is dead in the street. It serves as testament to the fact there are a great deal of people of employable age who have the leisure to mill around in the daytime. No wonder there was so much looting that followed. The residents didn’t have anything better to do.

      From Wikipedia re governor Nixon:

“The Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) issued a report titled “The Modern Militia Movement” on February 20, 2009, informing the Missouri State Highway Patrol of several groups of people who could possibly be linked to domestic militia groups. According to the report, these groups included white Christians, supporters of third-party presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin, as well as opponents of gun control, illegal immigration, abortion, the Federal Reserve System, and the Internal Revenue Service. Following a joint letter from Paul, Barr, and Baldwin condemning the report, Nixon and the MIAC issued an apology concerning the report and stated that it will no longer be displayed on any official state websites.”

White Christians and average Americans appear to be those the Governor thought were a problem, just a few years ago.

      2. News reports said rioters were PREVENTING fire engines from entering the area where the rioting was taking place. Hence many buildings and businesses burned to the ground.

There are no accounts in the msm about the violence of these “protesters” against police. As usual it is a one sided concocted story. They are up in the police’s face and throwing their little bombs along with looting and property destruction. All they have shown is some of the looting the first night. The media is helping paint the story of police brutality. Granted some police abuse their power but in this case I doubt it.

I love it how the theft of the cigarillos has been just glossed over as if it never happened. These 2 morons are walking down the middle of the street with their pants down around their thighs with not 1 but 2 boxes of stolen merchandise from the local gas stop/convenience store, who prol knows these 2 and have them pegged as thieves. When they walk out in a brazen don’t give a shite taking of ones property which I think is still a crime, and the po po pull up what do you think they gonna do? Go to jail-I think not. Me thinks this 6’3′, 330 lb shoplifting college bound kid pinned the cop in his car and then began to wail upon this cops face so’s they could get away or make a run for it. If you are sitting in your car and someone is standing outside-you in the car are at a severe disadvantage esp if there is a gun involved tussle. Somewhere in this things started to go wrong for the thug when the gun goes off, possibly he gets hit? I can’t wait for the coroners report-won’t it be poetic justice if the first shot that fired during the tussle hit thug going thru his body (heart) and into his arm, causing a fatal injury. Or the cop got a shot or two in before he ran or as he starts to run away the cop is firing warning shots to stop or he’ll shoot, thug realizing he’s hit turns ‘whatever’ starts to give up and faceplants into the road dead. Stranger things have happened.
The pictures of thug in the street don’t back up the witness statements saying he had his arms up was shot in the back ergo – executed in the street. No blood on his back all from the front… aren’t his arms down? Doesn’t add up for me.
The only problem is there will be no justice until the cop is fried, innocent justified shooting or not. The community will never believe any outcome other than the cop should be hanged in the town square. This isn’t about justice its about an eye for an eye in the black community. You an unarmed black kid and gits yourself kilt by the po-leece while committing a crime you have done nothing wrong, you are glorified to sainthood, your death a testament to the cause of racism and white oppression. Justice must be exacted any cost because they say so no matter what the outcome of or justice system.
