The Bundy Massacre – Photographic Evidence Shows What Was Really Going On Behind The Scenes As The Armed Agents Of The BLM Blocked Witness..

When the supporters of the Bundy family stood in the road they demanded to know what federal agents were doing with a convoy of dump trucks and back hoes.  In response the supporters  were thrown to the ground, tazed and met with attack dogs and automatic weapons.   BLM goons pointed machine guns and sniper rifles at supporters to keep them away.   Why were the questions about the equipment so troubling to answer:

Now the real discoveries are surfacing, showing what was taking place behind the gates erected by the Federal Bureau of Land Management:

The government is driving up cost of cattle doing this. They are driving up the cost of vegetables not letting farmers water their crops. They are driving up the cost of energy holding up projects like the keystone pipeline. They drove up the cost of healthcare with Obamacare. And they drive up the all around cost of doing day to day business with so many rules and regulations. What we have here is a undeclared war by the government on it’s own people. And the ones getting hurt most by it are the ones that can least afford it. The little people. Yet those are the people the democrats say they are looking out for. But let it also be said there are plenty of republicans screwing over the citizenship.

Why in the world would anyone with BLM take pics of what they did to someone else’s property, particularly knowing that it was getting contentious?

I want to know who took them and what is the purpose of releasing them? Something’s up.

Did Reid not get the outrage and subsequent “stupid” act he was hoping for, and is this timed to throw more fuel on the fire to get it?

I would dig them up, crate’ em and ship 1/4 to Rory ‘s house, 1/4 to Reid’s DC Ritz Carlton address, and take the other half to the steps of the Capitol with a sign that says, “Helping to take good food out of your kid’s mouth, courtesy of Harry Reid.”

I didn’t think anyone was able to get in while the dump trucks and back hoes were in there. I heard some people screaming about what were they for in one of the early videos. Did BLM “clean” up part of their mess and then leave the rest for the Bundys to find?

The BLM got ordered to pull out in a rush, before they could fill in the trench with dead cattle and cover them over. The Bundy’s found the location and excavated it themselves to determine how many head were inside.

The feds have already offered the lame excuse that these particular cattle were suffering from the stress of the roundup and were humanely euthanized, That,or they died during the roundup but were generously collected by the BLM for burial, out of public health concerns.

The BLM will either keep silent and wait for this to fade away, or might even go so far as to blame the Bundys for the deaths of their own livestock, by saying they failed to provide adequate feed or water, and that this is even more evidence that this land was over grazed and unable to support the size of the herd which Cliven Bundy grazed there. Just wait long enough, and this will be their claim. This, or nothing at all.

I wonder if Cliven is having the carcasses autopsied by accredited veterinarians? It might be worthwhile for him to do so, if it isn’t too late.

What right does the federal government have to EUTHANIZE anyone’s animals? Because they THOUGHT the cattle were ‘suffering under the stress of the roundup’?
This is bloody criminal and should be treated as such.
Also, you can clearly tell from the pictures that the animal carcasses have been taken out of the ground, hopefully for further investigation. I can’t even imagine how heartbreaking this must have been for Cliven Bundy and his family.
I hope the Bundys send the BLM a bill for all the losses, and publish it to the world via ‘open letter to the Editor’ of all the biggest newspapers. Lets see who has to guts to run it – it is time to separate the boys from the men, and this may be the final wake-up call the media and the public needed.
No matter the outcome though, this ‘thing’ is ways away from a resolution, and it will not end well.

D*mned sloppy work for that much money!
If it was me, those 40 head would carry a price tag of AT LEAST $5,000.00 EACH in the forthcoming lawsuit (being possibly registered livestock and all, especially the two bulls which would be valued at considerably more). Time to start up the food chain and make slimeball reid and his hired hands pay for their fun!

The company hired to round up the cattle was paid $966,000, and the auction house was paid $300,000. The problem was the auction house was in Utah, and the Gov. of Utah, stood up to them and said they could not bring the cattle into Utah. The law states that the brand owner must sign off on the health certificates, and since these cattle were stolen, Bundy didn’t sign off on anything.

Then, theft, reckless indangerment, cruality to animals, destruction of private and public property. Harry Reeds son should be charged with aiding and abeding this BLM man and Harry Reid should be charged with accessary to all these crimes. I’m not a lawyer but surely there have been laws broken here. This whole event was planned then executed, and it is criminal. A branch of our own government has made war on our fellow Americans. How convenient it was that Barry appointed one of Reid’s cronies to the very spot where he could provide the “muscle” for Reid’s land grab that was conveniently focused on land needed to “offset” the environmental impact of a $5 Billion dollar project that Reid’s son was helping to broker. Josh, in this case I would have to say ” WHAT” = more protesters, police, sheriffs, oathkeepers, militia, veterans, cowboys, ranchers, now motorcycle guys, maybe some truckers and whom ever else wants to step out for liberty. The general hard working population can do without government dictators. We can help each other, share skills make trades and get along just fine. The unlawfull self seeking government oligarchs will die of hunger if they can not feed off of us. The welfare moochers can go sit in fema camps and be babyset there with their hords of fatherless kids. Illegals can join them as well. Heck given that situation they probably would eat each other.

What I’m trying to say is those in power need us, we don’t really need them. The dependants they have created are of no use to them except for votes and a reason for them stealing from us to give to them and skimming off the top of that gravy boat for themselves. If they have no one to rule over and steal from, they become powerless. Civil disobedance is a powerful tool. Laws are written for the lawless, we are not the lawless, they are. We certainly out number them. I also think we out skill level them. Can you actually imagin Harry Reid doing laundry? They are helpless in all reality to even be able to take care of themselves. I think day by day they are actually proving themselves to be more useless. I like to think of them that way.

I posted yesterday about the Kelo v. City of New London case that the Supreme Court ruled on in June 2005. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in favor of the city’s land grab. Pfizer was being offered at least 26 acres on the Thames River in New London, CT for a mere $1.00. The property had been “cleaned up” at taxpayer’s expense. Citizens had been moved from their generational homes.

Susette Kelo was the lone person that took on the city. Such a brouhaha occurred that Pfizer decided they were going to back out of the deal (after their tax breaks had expired).
It is assumed by many that Pfizer did not want the negative publicity for destroying people’s lives. I don’t blame them.

I AM confused that China would back out of the deal with Reid but then again, perhaps they too are concerned about customer relations.

City of New London, 545 U.S. 469 (2005)[1] was a case decided by the Supreme Court of the United States involving the use of eminent domain to transfer land from one private owner to another private owner to further economic development. In a 5–4 decision, the Court held that the general benefits a community enjoyed from economic growth qualified private redevelopment plans as a permissible “public use” under the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment.”

I left a voicemail to see if they were going to ‘do’ anything about the killings or just give this particular administration a ‘bye’. As active as they’ve been on wild horse/burro issues I’d presume they’d be upset about the DoI’s planned wholesale massacre of a man’s livestock as an abject lesson to anyone who’d dare cross DoI.
As for protecting that ^&^%$ turtle – what kind of impact studies did they do prior to dragging in that heavy equipment, digging trenches and burying some 50,000 pounds of dead cattle in them – never mind the expected actual total dead-meat-mass they were planning on?
Called both Senators’ local offices – no one in today, all recovering from the holiday (as they put it). As this tar baby has Reid’s hand stuck in it up to the shoulder I doubt that other Senators will be doing a #2 in Reid’s mess pan so I’m trying to keep Reid out of it entirely and presenting it as a DoI/BLM issue. I have a hook – the farmers/ranchers here are casting a wary eye on Federal bureaucrat-puke interference in their affairs and we have a lot of big ranchers here. Most ranchers mave a few million $$$ wrapped up in land, stock and facilities and do not like some Federal ag expert with a BS-degree in Ethnic Dance telling them what to do, so it shouldn’t be too hard to whip up some deep and abiding interest.

Reid, being the supremely loyal Democrat/Commiecrat/Corruptocrat that he is, has not gone rogue. He’s undoubtedly been given marching orders and a script by the WH. But the WH has issued no statement at all about what happened at the Bundy Ranch. All of this has been intentional and with some larger purpose in their plan. This has either got to be a shiny object distraction to divert public attention away from something even more egregious…. or it is a huge nudge by the Obama administration to instigate a violent reaction by the right. Whichever it is, it’s a dangerous game and they must feel the end they want is worth whatever collateral damage it costs.

Some Oklahoma militiamen have already been there, but my heart goes with them.

Inhofe has been a government fixture way too long imho. Don’t get me wrong, more often than not he votes on the right side, but he’s long since forgotten what it’s like to be just a citizen.
Inhofe says they’re taking the law into their own hands. My DH is an avid Old West fan along with being a history buff on the Old West. He probably has every book fiction and nonfiction ever written, along with a huge collection of old history books. There have been cattle barons, cattle rustlers, range wars, outlaws and bullies in the west for years. Honest cattlemen wanting to eek out a life in the west always had to take the law into their own hands. The only difference now is it’s the federal government who is the villain and you either follow their law which means pack up and let them have what you have spent a lifetime working for or you take the law into your own hand because the laws have became too burdensome for the people and it’s now no different than the cattle baron who made his own laws to become the king of the west no matter how many lives he ended or destroyed. Greed and power is what they thirst, no different than the evil men of the past.
This entire country was based on taking the law into your own hands, the laws were too burdensome for our founding fathers.

Well, if certain people are correct, the entire manner in which the federal government tries to lay claim to vast amounts of territory in the last 12 states that were admitted to the union is purely unconstitutional. The states have to be given title to all lands within their borders (other than that which is privately owned or designated as a particular type of federal installation as described in Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 17 of the US Constitution) immediately upon admission to the union. After that, the federal government can only lay claim to any property that is either sold to them, or specifically ceded to them by the Legislature of that particular state.

THAT is the foundation for Cliven Bundy’s “beef” with the feds- they simply don’t have the constitutional authority to enforce their draconian policies on these ranchers just because they were asked to “manage” grazing rights, or settle disputes over STATE public land uses.

But, the feds have slowly encroached on the states, and on the citizens, mainly by simply ignoring the Constitution and proceeding as if they did have the authority to do so. However, the states do have the right to challenge this, though none of the various state legislatures have shown the “sand” to do it.

Most states rights including their rights to govern themselves were lost as a result of the outcome of the War Between the States. Considering some of their logic, the feds could probably make a case that they own your home and mine.

That war should have never been fought. The states certainly had the right to secede and when the feds did not agree, they began to usurp of all of our rights… but the first right we lost was a Constitutional one… the right to be FREE from federal interference in our affairs. The Confederacy foresaw what they continue to do to this day. It drives me crazy that “most” of our citizens have been duped into believing otherwise about that war, while they whine about government overreach into our personal lives.

I totally agree with Bundy on the feds owning the land being unconstitutional, but if you have to take the law into your own hands to force the government to follow the constitution, then so be it.

That’s my response to Inhofe, if your body denies us our God given rights protected by the Constitution then how else are we to obtain our rights? Elect Republicans? We’ve been there done that. Elect conservatives? Inhofe I would argue is very conservative on many issues, yet he’s been there for a long time and if he’s ever introduced any legislation to stop the BLM or USFS or legislation to give back the land to the states, I’m unaware of it.

I am sure you know the process but here it is for anyone who is not sure.

            http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/uscongress/a/legprocess.htm

I was trying to find out how these ridiculous regulations become “laws” at the convenience or whim of all of these agencies.

Then, when they decide to “enforce” these regulations/laws, (or whatever they really are,) does anyone other than the local sheriff have the authority to stop the enforcement process? What happens when someone being arrested tries to arrest those who are trying to arrest him/her? That’s a standoff that I would like to watch.

I always thought the local sheriffs could do that, but when has that actually been done? Can you imagine local law enforcement taking guns away from all of these armed (and seriously dangerous) thugs? Same thing for arresting those who were in charge of the operation in which cattle were blatantly stolen in public view. It’s another reason why MANY of these agencies should not be armed.

At one time, I think ranchers had the authority to immediately hang a rustler if caught red handed. We’ve changed. LOL

Somewhere along the way the government forgot they were our servants or better yet decided it would be best for them to not serve us.
I don’t think hanging on the spot was constitutional but it did happen. We have certainly changed though, once when you were convicted of murder and you received death by hanging, you didn’t get years of appeals and a stay of execution until it was determined where the rope was made and how well it might work and if it would cause you any undue pain and suffering.

A part of the process left out at that link, is they pass it then it goes to some department like the EPA or BLM who works out the details and can add or subtract from it, make their own interpretations of the law, basically writing laws which is not constitutional for them to do.
Why can’t congress write the bills in simple language clearly pointing out what the departments are to enforce and not enforce? Why do they leave that to the bureaucrats?

From your post: I totally agree with Bundy on the feds owning the land being unconstitutional

I found this article by Martin Armstrong so I cannot vouch for its accuracy. I have seen several articles posed as “legal arguments” on both sides but they appear to be well intended opinions. Isn’t this the the crux of the issue?

IMHO the constitution says it’s against the law for the feds to be owning the land and it appears at least one Supreme Court agreed with that.
