The Trump campaign has been sounding the alarm and fighting in court for months before the election to try and address these irregularities. Recall that the Pennsylvania situation – where ballots can keep coming in, and even ballots that fail validation and aren’t postmarked must be accepted and counted – went all the way to SCOTUS where Chief Justice John Roberts joined the liberals for a 4-4 split, and the lower court’s outrageous “keep printing ballots and count until Biden wins” ruling stood.
I found her interview annoying and frustrating. She’s terrible about interrupting, just like Sean Hannity. She did this in her last interview with the President as well.

Trump (and we did too!) saw this coming long ago. The mass mail ballots (can we start calling them junk mail ballots? I think we should!) scam was intended precisely for this purpose.

This is actually where the remedy will likely have to occur. I have a very hard time seeing the courts telling the board of elections to discard hundreds of thousands of “votes” once they’ve been counted. The selection of presidential electors is solely the province of the state legislature, and nobody else.

* Most of the politicians/bureaucrats/academicians/media types I have encountered during my years as a soldier/cop I most kindly refer to as; self-serving, witless, cowards.
* The American Profession of Arms and our brothers/sisters in blue have failed to protect the American people from all of their enemies, both foreign and ‘most especially’ domestic.
* Arrogance coupled with ignorance equals stupidity.
* There are only two primary requirements to be a career soldier and/or cop in America. One must be smart enough to do the work and dumb enough to take the job.
* American soldiers and police officers must in addition to mastering all of their professionally mandated tasks learn to accomplish the same with at least one arm tied behind their backs and their vision impaired 50% or more.
* After carefully watching the whole of the political class for many years I can say without reservation that most of the group will sell their souls and our bodies just to remain in power.
* The Seven C’s of Leadership according to a survey of 1646 Vietnam era ground combat veterans listed of the order of their importance are; Candor, Competence, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Courtesy. The reason the soldiers in the survey chose the word “candor” is because to them candor encompasses both omission and co-mission. To a combat soldier lack of absolute candor, be it co-mission or omission, are equal sins! In short, soldiers expect/demand absolute candor from their leaders before all else. Note: Have concluded that democrats are masters of co-mission while republicans can claim the title of masters of omission!
* Want to see what the United States of America will look like if the left takes control of the government? Take your pick, New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or the complete packages; California, New York, Illinois, etc, etc, etc…..

Is there ANY Case Law where votes from a precinct have been invalidated due to fraud, specifically for blocking legal election observers???
For example, PA has laws against violating election rules but the penalties are fine or jail for the individual caught, but no provisions I find for invalidating votes that were not properly observed.
Could be a major loophole glitch.

Theorectically, the Supreme Court could say all votes counted after Judge Aleto entered the order for Philadelphia to let in Republican observers are to be subtracted out. I very much doubt the Supreme Court would do anything that equitably. They may not even take it up again.
The Justices are nerds at best & cowards most probably. The left leaners will fuss about how dare the President interfere in the election & Gorsuch, Kavanaugh will say this matter shouldn’t be taken up by the Court. But that’s just my AO.

There are at least four SCOTUS justices which I believe understand what is truly at stake here. They will make the right decision based on the law and on the constitution itself.
The real trick here is forming the case around the right questions. A proper SCOTUS ruling needs to address the questions before it. They will not legislate from the bench the way activist judges do.
As many are pointing out, all three of Trumps SCOTUS nominees (now Justices!) are from the Bush vs Gore case. They are more than familiar with the case law here. This also explains Trump’s updated list which includes Ted Cruz.
