If the support levels for campaign surrogates is any evidence of support levels for the top of the ticket candidates then President Trump is about to crush Joe Biden in Florida.
Biden’s biggest name campaign surrogate, former President Barack Obama, was campaigning today in Orlando; a massive geographic metropolis with a significant population (over 2.5 million) eligible to attend the rally. Meanwhile Ivanka Trump was campaigning in Sarasota, a much smaller area with a population of only ¹433,000.
[The population of Sarasota, ¹the entire county, is six times smaller than Orlando.]
Despite the difference in population, a massive crowd shows up to see Ivanka Trump (in a small market), and only about 100 people showed up to see former President Obama (in a major market). That is quite a contrast. LOOK:

I think he is being given more than Alzheimer-delaying drugs. Such as amphetamines. With amphetamines, every three-to-four-day rallies, and a debate with no rallies during the preceding 5 days. He’s being “juiced”. I take no solace from the fact Biden/Harris and other surrogates don’t have large events. Obama’s event in Florida was also pathetic. MILLIONS upon millions of dollars are being poured into Biden TV ads and almost all the news media are the propaganda arm of the DNC, where they not only support Joe but bash and lie about President Trump.
Joe only comes out of his basement so no one can say he didn’t. Harris is an embarrassment. Their events are totally meaningless because that isn’t what they are counting on.
It’s a tag team effort. Polls are exaggerated to show Biden ahead so that it mitigates the cry of voter fraud if Biden squeaks out the win. The response is “Hey, he was always ahead.” The massive early voting seems suspect to me. The Dems knew Biden was a stalking horse all along and it was best to keep him in his basement vice making gaffes on the campaign trail. Imagine the money saved from not campaigning that could be invested in ballot harvesting.

There’s another strategy the dims may be contemplating and that is, with the polls showing Joe is waaay ahead of Trump, when Trump wins the election, they will claim he cheated bc, he was trailing so far behind in the polls. It will fuel their efforts to go after Trump for “cheating” to win. This is actually the strategy they hadn’t planned on using for Hillary’s loss to Trump but picked it up and ran with it after the election — and they’re still running with it.
Great strategy! Win the popularity contest by being unpopular.
That kind of psy-op would make sense if the media was running polls showing Biden is behind. Give Trump voters the sense that they’re in the lead, and it’s in the bag, so why bother voting. Here’s the problem with that: Hillary had s**t crowds in 2016 too. Nobody tried to come up with silly excuses. The polling didn’t stop Trump voters. The “I’m with Her” signs didn’t stop them. The 24/7 100% negative media coverage didn’t stop them.
In fact, this sounds like something somebody would write or talk about as an excuse for the low turnout at these events and the fact that Biden has trouble functioning off-script.
You can’t rope-a-dope somebody who is just going to walk right past you and go vote. If that really were the Democrats’ strategy, it would be pure lunacy and a total misunderstanding of Trump voters. Trump voters don’t just want to win this time, they want to win by 10% and 40 or more states and 360+EV.
For the same reason as 2016, I don’t put any stock in crowd sizes. The Red Queen still got 65,000,000 votes. Democrats would vote for a burning brown paper bag full to the crease with dog poop. All the talk about guns and how we’ll fight to the end against tyranny are good if it comes to that but where are those who can sit safely in their homes with out needing a civil war who can’t even be bothered to cut their cable or stop buying products from those who sponsor our abuse. President Trump’s supporters fill up venues to show their support whether he and members of his family or administrtion are present or not. His fill up arenas, airport hangars, waterways, highways, small town roadways and even a local farm stand on only a few hours notice.

Anyway, as an Eagles fan, you have up years, and you have down years. But every Eagles fan remembers those games when the Eagles were like 2-11 or 6-9, but it was Dallas Sunday. Dallas would be vying for a playoff spot, and the Eagles would of course be predicted to lose. Then they’d take the field and win 44-6. Every play they’d romp down the field. It would seem like they couldn’t be stopped. Nobody in the stands, nobody on TV, nobody anywhere even remotely and Eagles Fan would turn off the game. “Do you think we can get to 51? There’s still 44 seconds to play!” Pound them into the ground, crush their dreams, end their season. Destroy Dallas.
The Eagles could win 2 games all year, and if both of them were against Dallas, they’d never lose a fan.
That is where we have to live right now. We don’t have to be popular. We don’t have to be liked. We just need to beat those guys and humiliate them. We need to run up the score. We need to destroy them like they have never seen before and they will never forget.

Loved every word and I haven’t been a football fan for many years. It’s the vibe that football offers that you described so perfectly and it’s why so many love it. Special thanks for seeing you also did the simple but important step of ditching cable although there are some other workarounds that could be employed to make the news suffer for what they’re doing.
Just drove from Raleigh to Myrtle Beach for a quick getaway. Without a doubt the Trump support is crushing Biden – it’s not even close. Lost count after 300 Trump signs. Wife said she counted around a dozen legible Biden signs (think there were more but the buckshot holes made it hard to verify). Not only that but around the resort people are wearing Trump face masks and MAGA hats. There is no boots on the ground enthusiasm for the low energy turtle race that is the Biden campaign. It’s a sham – plain and simple.
Had to watch Obama’s diatribe because the TV’s at the gym are set “fixed” channels to balance the news and sports.
The fun part was watching the media try every camera angle trick possible to make Obama’s crowd look like …. you know an actual crowd. You could even see the Biden staff trying to heard folks into a more solid bunch for the camera.
As this is the TREEhouse, I am going out on a “limb”. Based on a lot of good legwork provided by others, data-wise for FL to this point, and making reasonable assumptions based on empirical data, for indie voters, enthusiastic voters, shy voters for Trump, new R registration net gains, my simple, but sober calculation have PDJT winning FL by 350K – 400K voters. Always nice whenever you can reject the null hypothesis, as my stat teaches would say. Anyway, this and a couple bucks might get you a cup of coffee at the local diner!!!
Obama was a creation of the media and without them constantly propping him up it only makes sense that his “star” would fade. I would bet he thought it was all him.
Now President Trump will continue to shine long after he is out of the spot light. The crowds at the rallies chant, “We love you.” That’s quite remarkable for a person that has been attacked from all directions his entire presidency. He is a remarkable man and a GREAT President.
I’m in a heavy Trump supporting area. He won 70 percent in 16. He may win 90 this time.

Lots of folks I know will purposefully direct the conversation away from politics because they don’t want to offend anyone. No idea how they will vote.
THanksgiving dinner, if we get to have one, is going to be awkward. If Trump wins, I’ll have to bit thru my lip not to gloat and celebrate out loud.
