Last night an officer involved shooting of an armed habitual offender led to riots, looting, arson and violence in Milwaukee Wisconsin.  Nothing cries out for justice like a stolen set of hair weaves. Unfortunately, Milwaukee is on the list as one the the top 10 cities with hidden racial violence and local media frozen with political correctness.

Today, fearing another night of chaos, violence and mayhem, Governor Scott Walker has activated the national guard.  Fortunately, the officer involved was also black.

WISCONSIN –  Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has declared a state of emergency in Milwaukee County and has activated the National Guard in response to the Milwaukee riots last night.

The shooting of a 23-year-old ignited some tensions and led to rioting last night. One officer was hit with a brick, one squad car was trashed, and another squad car and several business were set on fire.

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke called for the National Guard to be brought in earlier today. He said in a statement, “We cannot allow for a repeat of what happened (Saturday) night. I am going to utilize all available resources to accomplish that.” (read more)

Milwaukee Journal – Gov. Scott Walker activated the National Guard on Sunday to assist the Milwaukee Police Department upon request in the aftermath of violence in Milwaukee’s Sherman Park neighborhood after a fatal police shooting.

Walker said he activated the guard after a request from Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. and conferring with Mayor Tom Barrett and Ma. Gen. Donald Dunbar.

The development came as a sense of calm and order returned to the neighborhood Sunday morning after a night when businesses were torched, cars overturned and set ablaze, and gunfire erupted following the fatal police shooting.

By mid-morning Sunday, the area near N. Sherman Blvd. and W. Burleigh St.  was clogged with onlookers, in cars and on foot, but the area soon swelled with people showing up to clean up trash from the unrest the night before.

Shortly after 7 a.m., people were showing up at the scene to pitch in on the clean-up, some even crossed the police tape into the gas station, which was not being guarded by police and started picking up trash. Officers ushered them out and the cleanup continued near the station and in the surrounding blocks.  (read more)
