Updates and General Information:
To see headlines in AP proclaiming: “Jessica Chambers death: Dad frustrated ‘nobody seems to know anything’ about who set her on fire” we notice a considerable shift from December 9th when both Ben and Lisa Chambers where saying “we have full faith and confidence in local law enforcement“. The recent article is HERE.
Meanwhile M&M gas station “owner”, turned “clerk”, Ali Alsanai has headed to New York which might be no big deal where it not for the considerable discrepancies which exist between his statements, and the media reporting of his statements. Most concerning is Ali’s claim the CCTV system was incorrectly time stamped by an hour. This discrepancy yet to be rectified, and/or the motive for such a claim, if untrue, yet to be reconciled.
Meanwhile the fundamental questions still remain unresolved by the media: Who called 911? Where is the 911 call transcripts/audio? Who is the person in the lead of the investigation? Who has custody of the raw/unedited CCTV video? and why don’t they publish the video if they are, in actuality, requesting the public’s assistance?
The entirety of the known investigation seems to be relying on someone to come forth and spill the beans. Given the growing distance in time, and knowing the disposition of the gang activity therein, it’s highly unlikely anyone is going to run the “snitches get stiches” gauntlet.
If you missed the discussion thread on Day #17 I would suggest a review focusing on some excellent timeline analysis provided by both Vegas Guy and Let Justice Prevail – COMMENT STRING SEE HERE – they have drilled down the aspects of the publicized CCTV to a second-by-second understanding that really is exceptional.

Camera 1 6:26:54 jumps forward (note different camera)- seconds missing between 6:26:00 & 6:26:54- jumps to stripe shirt crouched at pump. Only 36 actual seconds missing (17 seconds picked up on camera 2 in another view from another video) Combined, he is continuously at pump for 55 seconds.
Camera 2 6:27:01 Male exits store heads to van parked left of JC car enters passenger side. Note – later fur hat exits store, enters the driver side as Jessica finishes pumping & van drives off with both inside.

Camera 2 6:27:09 stripe shirt finishes at pump & walks away from pump just to the right of her as she is bent over.
No other “stripe shirt” ever enters view in either camera. No other person is at or about Jessica’s car while it is unattended. No one else is standing at any pump with gas can or other receptacle.
Total time frame for Jessica at M&M is arrival @ 6:24:20 PM 7 departs @ 6:30:30 PM +/- 15 seconds for departure as no clear time stamp available.
Like many I too believe if we could gain access to the raw CCTV footage we’d be able to use that level of analysis to hone in on aspects that are possibly being overlooked by those on the ground.
Another analysis of the media version of the video -as it was taken- shows the background conversation including Ali and the media reporter Tom Dees. This too has been analyzed:

The video begins with JC’s car already parked in front of the M&M Store at the gas pumps
1–An unknown person, facing the camera, walks slowly, almost shuffling/staggering and goes inside the store
2–Ali is commentating to Tom Dees “she headed that way..she head that way I don’t know who was it..she was talking for a minute then he came by with some gas in a jug and I could fill it”
Tom Dees: “Can you…is that on here?”
Ali: “yeah”
Unknown person” “We’ll show you”
Ali: “You know what? she drove off for someone’s final call – every day I swear.”
2–JC exists her vehicle and heads toward the store entrance
3–JC is wearing long print pants, a dark colored jacket with a scarf wrapped around her neck and is carrying what appears to be a ladies purse or cell phone in her left hand
4–JC is apparently called over by someone off camera to her left side and out of the camera’s view (Sandy Rudd reported that was her asking JC for a cigarette, but they weren’t ‘her flavor’)
5–JC stops, looks that direction, waves to acknowledge someone, then hesitantly walks in that direction and is out of view at 06:25:48 pm

Now Ali apparently switches the monitor to a different camera and you see the monitor with areas to select a view:
06:24:22 to 25 NEW VIEW:
1–you hear the store door open and chime
2–notice all pumps are free with no vehicles
3–a dark colored car pulls in off the highway out front and drives down the thruway on the highway side of the pumps, furthest away from the front door
4–another dark colored car is parked beyond the pumps and closest to the highway – notice the body design of the car covers 1/2 it’s rear wheel and it has whitewall tires
5–the white/light colored station wagon is still parked near the front door – notice movement in this vehicle and someone’s hand moves on the dash
6–JC’s car is not seen here
7–no persons are outside any vehicle in front of the store
BREAK IN TAPE – NEW VIEW (time on monitor not in view)
6:27:25 to 36 Pay attention – this portion is speeded up and comes very fast – and there’s allot is going on!
1–suddenly a new frame appears showing JC’s car parked near pumps
2–there is movement inside the white/light colored car parked in front of the door – a passenger door opens and someone exits just as:
3–a person wearing a dark & white striped shirt stands up near the gas can pumps in front of JC’s car and walks very quickly away from the pumps, carrying a gas container, with the person from the white/light colored vehicle quickly following him.
4–This second person appears to smaller in size and is wearing a solid colored white shirt
5–They both go off to the right and disappear from view
6–more movement inside the white/light colored vehicle so there is still someone inside
(it’s hard to see because it’s all speeded up in the video – I had to stop and rewind several times)
7–you hear the store’s door open and chime
8–you hear a person inside the store says “I’m sorry, you’re in my way” and laughter
9–more movement inside the white/light colored vehicle
10–headlights coming into lot – moving extremely fast on the video – a large white/light colored vehicle quickly pulls in from the Hwy and parks behind the dark vehicle already parked there beyond the pumps and closest to the highway; the white/light colored vehicle turns off the headlights but does not exit the vehicle
11–just as this vehicle parks look to the far left, just in front of the shadow thrown by the pole near the left side gas pump and you’ll see movement. It appears to be a much larger, taller dark colored vehicle, perhaps a truck that backs into this position along side the other dark colored vehicle which is already parked there in, blocking the thruway on the highway side of the pumps. This second dark colored vehicle has very large exposed tires/wheels with a round center hubcap, unlike the other dark colored vehicle, which is still parked as before; and may have some white linear designs on the driver’s side

10–Tom Dees asks Ali, “so she comes back from that side….was she alone? (inaudible response, may have shook his head affirmative)

1–the white/light colored vehicle parked near the street side of the pumps backs up
2–there’s a bright flash of light – like headlights from another vehicle (perhaps pulling out to follow the white/light colored car and coming from the area where the gas can man walked out of view
3–the white/light colored car disappears from the frame
4–the dark colored car that was parked in front of it is still there
5–the larger dark colored vehicle with large wheels is gone

1–JC’s car still at pumps
2–white/light colored station wagon still parked near the door
3–dark colored car parked near highway is still there
4–the larger dark colored vehicle with large wheels is gone
5–more movement inside the parked white/light colored vehicle, this time on the driver’s side
6–the striped shirt man suddenly REAPPEARS in the center of the lot then seems to JUMP 10-12′ feet to the gas pump in front of JC’s car.
7–the passenger side door of the white/light colored vehicle opens – you see the striped shirt man bend over and look up at the pump, he’s there for a several seconds, disappears from the frame and pops back into the frame
9–a person exists the store, walks at normal pace around the white station wagon still parked out front of the door and enters the vehicle from the passenger’s side door
10–the striped shirt man walks away from the pumps at a normal speed carrying the gas container in his left hand and this time there is no one is seen following him)
11–JC’s car is still parked near the pumps
12–to the far left there is movement at the driver’s door of the dark colored car parked near the highway and just before the video ends and for a split second there’s an image of a person wearing a dark & white stripped shirt in that location
13–as the video ends someone inside says “he put gas….” — video cuts off.
