The ridiculous claims by Attorney General Eric Holder are belied by a wide range of diverse aspects;  I’m going to point out two.
First, as Holder admits he plays the race-card directed toward “some people”, not all people.   However, the stupidity of this deflection is inherent when you think of the result as compared to the approach.
Stating he can direct the playing of the race-card, toward specific personages is counter intuitive to the reality that the policy he shields behind it cannot be similarly divided.

You cannot defend legal policy, or the application therein, by saying “fill-in-the-blank people” won’t like this, ergo my policy is subject to attack by racist recipients, without yourself being racist as you consider its construction.
Either the policy stands scrutiny regardless of contingent or coalition or it does not.
If you assemble the legal policy based on the color of the skin carried by the recipient of the policy, then the policy itself is racist.

Secondly, AG Holder so easily forgets the opposition to President Obama actually began as Candidate Obama. More specifically, this president took office during a hotly contested debate over a TRILLION DOLLAR STIMULUS BILL.
Yes, President Obama was opposed on day one, just like President Bush was opposed on Day 2,922 over:  • TARP Bailout (Troubled Asset Recovery Protection), • GM Auto Bailout, and the ridiculous • STIMULUS bill (ARRA or American Recovery and Reinvestment Act).
That opposition you note on day #1 was not dependent on the office holder – it was dependent on the insufferable stupidity inside the policy. AND in hindsight, WE WERE RIGHT.
Additionally, even if we take the ridiculous TARP, GM bailout, and Stimulus off the table on Day #1……  Obama then launched into ObamaCare within 3 months of taking office.
Remember the “Summer of our discontent” ? Which led to the Senate isolating themselves from the people, and Harry Reid sequestering the entire senate and holding Christmas hostage until they voted for a 100% Democrat bill on December 23rd at 1:30 in the morning.
The bill that was going to have to be passed before we were allowed to see what was in it ?
