From time to time folks ask me for references;  I provide them when possible, but I always qualify the referral should be independently queried for comfort – which brought me recently to an interesting conversation.
patriotExperience has taught me one of the easiest ways to avoid problems in life is to avoid Democrats as if they carry a horrific contagious infection.
It just makes life easier.
If you are going to an attorney ask their political identity.  If you are going to a doctor ask them who they voted for.   If you are hiring a person to provide any product or service in your life begin the interaction with simple question(s):   Are you a Democrat?
You would be amazed at what you will avoid, and how much better your life will be.
If you are buying a car, ask the salesperson.   If you are going to buy or sell your home ask the agent.    Considering a school, ask the teachers/professors and/or the Principal/Administration.    You son or daughter gets an invitation to a Birthday Party, ask the Mom or Dad who are hosting.   Anytime an opportunity presents itself, just ask.
When they respond, be honest – don’t be shy.   [There is nothing illegal with asking about, and making decisions based upon, political affiliation]  If they say: “I’m a Democrat”, just be polite and say “thank you” and leave or move on to the next person(s) who can fulfill your needs.   If they press you for “why” don’t lie, just tell them “life is easier if I avoid Democrats”.    You will, honestly, be amazed at how much your life improves.
You car will only need to be fixed once, because it will be done right.    Your lawn service will pick up after themselves, be really neat and tidy, be courteous and more responsive, all just because you can identify the owner/operator is not a Democrat.
You’ll be more likely to be able to trust your attorney or accountant.   You’ll have less to worry about.    You life will have less dishonest people and more honest people.    Your purchases will be made from people who really respect your decision to shop with  them.  Your restaurant meals will taste better, the food will be better prepared with more care, the facility will be more food safety conscious, and the host and wait staff will be more focused on insuring your visit is appreciated.
All of these little niceties in life will exist  if you just ask the owner/operator or provider for their political affiliation, AND avoid the Democrats.
You can debate the reason for this, but it doesn’t change the simple truth that this process of identification and preference works.
Whenever you have a choice for a product or service in your life, avoid the Democrats.
At first it feels awkward, but once you begin to live in a seemingly more enjoyable world  you’ll lose the awkward feeling and see just how valuable a tool it is.
Try it for a week and you’ll see what I mean.
If it doesn’t work – let me know and provide the example.
*One last point.  Be wary/leery of those who either refuse to answer, or if they say they are “independents”, ask more “why-type” questions just to make sure this is not a Democrat in disguise.  Remember the goal is only to identify and avoid Democrats; not to support any other affiliation….  just avoid Democrats.
