A Treehouse PSA: Daylight Saving Time (DST) Ends This Weekend

It’s time to “fall back” for most of the United States and Canada as Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends this weekend.  For those areas that observe DST, set your clocks back one hour to standard time from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m. local time on Sunday, November 4th, 2012.

    If only we had clocks down here to change.

    And I was the President who instituted year-round Daylight Saving Time.
    We called it “War Time” back then. Remember?

    LOVES me some fall back. Extra hour of sleep, being able to wake up to sunlight instead of dragging my sorry but out of bed in the dark…what is not to love!? And no, I don’t care about it being dark when I get out work…we’ve been so busy lately, I’ve been getting out when it’s dark anyway. :-)

    Oh noes!
    Time calculations already changed when NZ clicked over to Daylight Saving time.. now I have to change AGAIN!!
    FWIW NZ “Date” is one day ahead of US (It’s Sunday here now… Saturday in USA)
    For a large chunk of the year I have to add 8 hours to NZ time to calculate US time. (EST)
    The NZ clock change made that 7 hours and now it becomes 6 hours. :D
