Fabian Socialism directly being employed through the Cloward Piven school of overwhelming the system.   When the outcome of the system being overwhelmed, in this case Obamacare, is suddenly seen by an awakened mass to be undesired, it’s too late.
Through a series of small, barely noticeable, yet methodically planned steps, the strategy of slow creep to the larger goal is accomplished.  When all of a sudden people awaken to the reality of how far this creeping has travelled, it’s too late.
The structure of what was known as normal, or absent crisis,  is now dependent on the continuation of the Fabian strategy.   The point of no return has been crossed.

Last year, in a lower court filing, Justice Department lawyers said reversing Medicare payment changes “would impose staggering administrative burdens” on the government and “could cause major delays and errors” in claims payment.  (read more)
