My thoughts on a sure fire way for Herman Cain to win the primary.   Mid-December Cain should establish a platform plank of a specific request to “shake up DC”.   How?
Announce his request for the House of Representatives to nominate and elect Sarah Palin to be Speaker of the House, along with Marco Rubio becoming Senate Leader.   Put the energy of the Tea Party behind his candidacy, and put the “establishment” Republican political class on notice, they will not be acceptable in his administration.   Create the “mandate” behind his presidency with this straightforward pre-election expectation.
