Report: Sarah Palin Under Consideration for VA Secretary…

Palin the SlayerAccording to a report citing two transition sources, Governor Sarah Palin is being considered for the position of Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Governor Palin has been a strong supporter of Donald Trump for several years and was one of his most fierce defenders against the insufferable GOP establishment class.  She would make an exceptional cabinet member in either VA or Interior.
The bench for possible VA Secretary is extremely deep and loaded with dream team candidates, including:  Governor Sarah Palin, Senator Scott Brown and Chairman Jeff Miller (House VA Committee).   The challenge of modernizing, restructuring, removing the corruptocrats and rebuilding the VA structure to provide improved veteran benefits, including healthcare, is urgent and important.

Trump Tower Elevator Cam Live Stream – 8:00am to 6:00pm…

We now return to your regularly scheduled human fish tank courtesy of President Elect Donald Trump and the fine people at RSBN.
Who will appear today?  You can actually find out for yourself even before the media begins to report on it.  Oddly, this has become quite interesting, and almost too much fun… Almost.

The generally awesome part of this is how President-Elect Donald Trump has made main stream broadcast and print journalism completely irrelevant.
Setting up direct and indirect communication channels to the wider U.S. electorate has completely upended corporate media. No candidate except Donald Trump could have pulled this off.
Tomorrow the first event of the Trump/Pence Thank You tour takes place with a rally in Cincinnati Ohio at the U.S. Bank Arena. Scheduled start and broadcast time is 7:00pm

Vice-President-Elect Mike Pence Discusses The Trump Team's Transition Progress…

This is a really great interview.  Beyond the substance is something really remarkable that has been missing from GOP politics for a long time; the inherent camaraderie between a Vice-president and President.
It is simply impossible to fake optimism this sincere, and VPE Pence discusses both the substance and the larger optimistic outlook.

Tomb of the Unknown ChristmasOur Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

Carrier Announces Deal With Trump To Keep 1,000 Jobs In Indiana…

…”and we will win, and you will win, and we will keep on winning, and eventually you will say we can’t take all of this winning, …please Mr. Trump …and I will say, NO, we will win, and we will keep on winning”. ~ Donald Trump

The bigger story here is that: A.) A U.S. President-Elect actually cares about blue collar jobs, and B.) United Technologies, ie. Carrier’s parent company, recognizes their best interests are now to focus on “America First”.

(New York Times) From the earliest days of his campaign, Donald J. Trump made keeping manufacturing jobs in the United States his signature economic issue, and the decision by Carrier, the big air-conditioner company, to move 2,000 1,400 of them from Indiana to Mexico was a tailor-made talking point for him on the stump.

On Thursday, Mr. Trump and Mike Pence, Indiana’s governor and the vice-president elect, plan to appear at Carrier’s Indianapolis plant to announce they’ve struck a deal with the company to keep roughly half of the jobs in the state, according to officials with the transition team as well as Carrier. SOUTH CAROLINA – Throughout the trial of Michael Slager, defense attorneys have asked the jury to consider the death of Walter Scott and the events that led to his shooting from the perspective of the former North Charleston officer. On Tuesday, after hearing from 17 witnesses for the defense, jurors were given the clearest image of what went through Slager’s mind on April 4, 2015, as he took the stand.
