What I watched is joe biden address something off to his left without blinking. It was like watching a puppet with an arm, elbow deep, inserted from the bottom reading a script.
Mumbling Biden, 81, insists he could have served four more years, boasts about his ‘record’, and mangles sentences (while using teleprompter) in speech ‘passing the torch’ to Kamala Harris – as despondent Hunter watches on
Reading a VERY large teleprompter. IMHO.
There is no doubt that he also had someone in front of him, directing his hands for expressiveness.
Just listened to the recording and that was an impressive mix of slogans and platitudes but no substance on why he was resigning. Or did I miss something?
Joe Biden’s feeble speech from the Oval Office was the equivalent of “We destroyed the village to save it.”
It was much worse than that IMHO.

A bald-faced campaign ad on behalf of another candidate, filmed at noon on a sound stage, presented by a literal puppet, sold to the public as a live address from the Oval Office.
By 1:48 I was fighting heaves.

My count was that he mentioned Kamala by name only once. My thought had been that this was the big event at which he would ENDORSE/nominate her to succeed him, etc. Yet he spoke as if we all know about it, which we do, and never gave a reason as to why he would be leaving the Office. This is a lame “speech” to go down in history.

Recall his public appearance after the debate how he was yelling about staying in the race/ not dropping out?? Schumer, Pelosi and Obama, in true thug style, must’ve put the hammer down. Joe wants to pardon Hunter, Joe wants to stay on the gravy train.

The parts I heard on the radio on the way home from work were a mixture of gibberish and old, worn out, hackneyed topics like Rosa Parks (68 years ago for heaven’s sake). FJB can’t leave the oval office fast enough for me.

When you have to tell the American people that you are in the real Oval Office then the people already know something’s fake.

I thought so, but looked at the details.
Here is the Oval Office.
Three French door windows behind. Console, painting and bust on the right side. Console and bust changes depending on who the President wants to display.
Picture tonight, possibly after the speech.
Side windows were draped in sheers and maybe overdrapes for privacy and blackout for the speech. Middle window was blocked in white under the upper over-hang for Biden to give his speech in privacy from head down.
I see nothing other than maybe a time of day earlier for the speech. When he started speaking, I looked at my back yard and his background. We were much darker than his background. I am due North by four hours, yet we were having some darker weather. His looked like the clouded weather of about 4 to 5 PM, not 8 PM.
Who knows. The face did not look correct. Nose and maybe injuries.
The draperies have not changed. IMHO. The white was not there when he was speaking. No flags in the photo above !!!!!

These do not add up to the family photo that has been staged after the speech.
The white area behind Jill Biden is real in the family photo. The trees in the window and flags in the speech may not be real.
There is a white screen or staged shade behind Biden with no flags in the family photo, but they show up in the speech. Anyone? Someone hopefully will have more expertise than I do…
Whatever this was, it was completely fake and sloppy.
I will say, the flags could have been moved inward for the speech. But why would we have not seen one in the family photo?

During Joe’s speech his body was under that double hung window. Were they able to block that out to create a green screen or clear AI frame?

Each flag would be on the upside of each drapery swag. As in the first photo. They are too tall to be on the low side and hidden by the one tall man in the family photo.

Remember, the White House has warehouses. So, there are draperies, furniture, paintings and other accessories one can use if the residents would prefer something different in the residence. Not certain if the First Family can necessarily change out much in the formal rooms. Oval office is up to the President.

Watching the first one up there (C-SPAN), a whole bunch of times his mouth stretched wider than would be natural. Just weird. After a point I couldn’t focus one whit on his slurring-stumbling-mumbling.
The more Biden fumbles and forgets, the more he reminds me of Maurice Chevalier in Gigi, when he sings “I Remember It Well”…
We need a major fact check operation on this mess.
Why bother?
Because a bunch of people were influenced by it.
Ok all politics aside………..I am going give a different perspective/observation.
Some assumptions first, thou;
1) It was a WH event, so I assume it was real and not faked.
2) It was/appears to be filmed in one go with no edits.
If you have ever been the primary care giver to a relative with dementia/alzheimer’s you will know that moments of clarity are random and cannot be “scheduled”. In addition, as a general rule afternoons/evenings are worse than mornings.
Whatever drug cocktail they are infusing in old Joe – it is remarkable! They can get him to perform on cue in a manner which makes it appear that he knows (more or less) what he is saying – again, this is a remarkable achievement!
Like I said, if you have been around seniors in this stage of life, you will understand. The look on their face is a tell and the look on Joe’s face is the look of dementia/Alzheimer’s.
Mental clarity in people with ‘this look’ can be momentary and unpredictable within a sea of confusion, random thoughts that make no sense at all and/or long periods of ‘blankness’.
Whoever is doing the medication and prep clearly has a more difficult task when Joe must perform in a public venue – a myriad of distractions surround Joe and his ‘performance’ in definitely impacted. Confusion in an unfamiliar place with many distractions is a mental nightmare for these souls.
To be able to keep this production going for the next 5-6 months will be a challenge.
I would expect few if any public speaking events and only the necessary scripted privately recorded messages. Proof of life will be a visual sighting only! At best a word or two – don’t have to make any sense of course. Just proof of life.
I am amazed that they have the meds to keep doing this………it has been 3.5 years of medicating Joe to perform.
I would be interested in the observations of others, who have worked with or been primary care givers to dementia/azheimer’s patients on how they are able to get Joe to perform on cue.
I, for one, am amazed that Joe’s performance is as good as it is!
Ya, I don’t agreed with his politics, but for this post I put politics aside.
Most people, like me, who cared for my husband of 47 years at home his last days of alzheimer’s disease, would never put him in a position where he would be exposed to the public like they have done to biden.
It makes people uncomfortable to be around someone in that shape. Even the children didn’t want to be around their father as he said nothing that made sense to them. I understood but they didn’t.
What his aides, his wife and his addicted son have allowed to be done to him with meds makes him look cartoonish.
His family obviously has no compassion for him and neither do I. He was a selfish ruthless old pedophile and he deserves nothing from us.
Sorry, I can’t put the damage he’s done to this country and us aside. It is because of him that we may not have a decent country to hand off to our children.
IMO the damage he’s done is not repairable.

President Trump is probably our last hope to save our Country. He has taken so many slings and arrows…(and bullets) for us. You may not understand all that is going on, but don’t lose Faith. God has this.
This November election is essential that we get Trump reelected, because if we lose, then democrats will finish ruining our once great Country, and we may never get it back.
But if Trump wins, we will see a considerably better version of his first term.
Thank God the assassination attempts were not successful. I pray for his safety and his family’s safety.
