CHICAGO – Sneed has learned a plea deal is now on the table between former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. and federal authorities probing allegations of campaign fund misuse.

Sneed is told the plea deal includes Jackson serving time in federal prison.

“Significant jail time is now definitely a part of the deal,” said a top Sneed source close to the probe.

“But I think [Jackson’s wife] Sandi, feels like she was thrown under the bus by her husband, ” now that a separate probe has begun on her, a second source added. (more…)

(Via WFB)  The Senate Armed Services Committee will not hold a vote Thursday on the confirmation of secretary of defense nominee Chuck Hagel.

The office of Sen. Jim Inhofe (R., Okla.) confirmed to the Washington Free Beacon that the vote has been delayed and that no new date has been set.

“Hagel vote won’t be tomorrow in Armed Services,” Politico’s Manu Raju tweeted Wednesday afternoon. “Levin: “The committee’s review of the nomination is not yet complete.’” Foreign Policy’s Josh Rogin also confirmed the delay. (more…)

Corkins said he intended to “kill as many as possible and smear the Chick-Fil-A sandwiches in victims’ faces, and kill the guard.” The prosecutor said they reviewed the family computer and found that he identified his targets on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s web site.

Family Research Council President Tony Perkins later told FOX News that the far left Southern Poverty Law Center was responsible for creating the climate for the shooting.

WASHINGTON DC – A man accused of shooting a security guard inside the downtown Washington headquarters of a conservative Christian lobbying group pleaded guilty Wednesday in connection with the shooting.

Corkins pleaded guilty to one federal count of crossing state lines with guns and ammunition. He also pleaded guilty to one count of intent to kill while armed and one count of committing an act of terrorism with the intent to kill.

Those last two counts are District charges.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 29. (more…)

Given the latest hearing outcomes, it is perhaps prudent to go back and look at the October hearing once again, to visit what was being said about DeeDee, and the recording of her, by Trayvon Family Attorney Benjamin Crump; In court, to Nelson, in October.

It is also worth noting that Judge Nelson formerly “ordered and approved” the deposition of Benjamin Crump as it specifically relates to the “interview and recording” of the Witness #8, DeeDee. Given the court’s prior approval how can Benjamin Crump now seek to avoid ?

Might be also worth noting, in that video segment Judge Nelson erroneously believed the recording of the interview was made “on a telephone” as in the telephone captured and retains the conversation. This was *inferred* by the prosecution to Judge Nelson and when told not to change, alter, or delete the recording “on the phone” Benjamin Crump did nothing to correct the belief, and to the contrary affirmed to the court her mistaken belief.

Additionally, from the motions filed today in Ben Crump’s quest to avoid deposition, which the Judge had already ruled were appropriate, it appears his attorney is again misrepresenting obvious “FACTS” to the court. Example: (more…)

Michigan Democrat Rep. John Conyers vies for the coveted Hank “Tippy Guam” Johnson Award.

Reports from various news outlets confirm that ABC and other media outlets were aware of the allegations, specific allegations, against NJ Senator Robert Menendez in the spring of 2012.   Because he was a liberal Democrat, it appears the media ignored the story.

(Daily Caller Follows The Story)  In a handwritten statement provided last year to a whistle-blower, a young  prostitute detailed allegations that she slept with Democratic New Jersey Sen. Bob  Menendez beginning “when I was 16 years old.”

“During [one] visit of Senator Bob Menendez to the Dominican Republic, I had  intimate relations with him on more than one occasion,” the unidentified  woman wrote, according to The Daily Caller’s translation. The unsigned and undated Justice Department “white paper,” obtained by NBC News, is the most detailed analysis yet to come into public view regarding the Obama legal team’s views about the lawfulness of killing, without a trial, an American citizen who executive branch officials decide is an operational leader of Al Qaeda or one of its allies. Last week we discussed Osama Bin Laden Jr. being captured by Turkish authorities.   Now reports are coming out they just let him walk.

(Washington Free Beacon) Turkish authorities reportedly captured and then released Friday morning the fugitive son-in-law of terror mastermind Osama bin Laden after he was allegedly caught entering the country illegally, according to Turkish press reports.

Suleiman M., bin Laden’s son-in-law, was reportedly arrested in Ankara by Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization after United States intelligence sources in Washington, D.C., informed Turkish authorities of his location, according to a report in Turkey’s Hurriyet Daily News.

A CNN Turkey reporter additionally tweeted early this morning that “bin Laden’s son in law was caught in Ankara,” according to a translation of her tweet in Turkish. (more…)
