Today the George Defense Team filed a subpoena for information from the 7-11 Corporation.    Again, further evidence that what Treeper DiwataMan discovered is of such value and SUNLIGHT.   The prosecution has no vested interest in the truth, only the defense team is engaged in such a quest.:

The prosecution had no vested interest in pursuing the truth about the engaged activity from Trayvon Martin beyond identifying his whereabouts and the timeline back to the Retreat at Twin Lakes. However, Don West had a vested interest in discovering the exact reasoning for the trip and the surrounding participants in the events.

Jordan, in response to your comment here I’m going to attempt to share something that I really suck at explaining.   It is hard to find the correct assembly of words and put them in the correct order to make sense of, well, “it”.   So I’m feebly going to drop back to my fallback position of an analogy in a fumbling attempt to explain, and perhaps in a larger sense put some perspective on this place we call the TreeHouse – The Last Refuge.

Think of current considerations like being inside a massive warehouse constructed as a pitch black maze.   Within the confinement of the maze there is no light to afford any person perspective in relation to their environment.

Total darkness, total silence, and the incapacity for general use of any inherent sense: sight, sound, touch, smell, taste, are all useless.   The only sense that works is the instinctive sense that none, or at least few, of us have spent any time perfecting.   It is exceptionally unnerving and disconcerting this place we find ourselves. 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was laid to rest Saturday March 3rd, by Monday March 5th – as soon as Trayvon Family attorney Benjamin Crump organized his team of players: Daryl Parks, Natalie Jackson, Jasmine Rand -all attorneys- and Media Consultant Ryan Julison, one of the first things they did was seek court orders to seal the School and Criminal records of Trayvon Martin, effectively blocking off Trayvon’s history from public review and media research.

An unusual strategy for representatives on a quest for truth. Most certainly not a “typical” strategy for a team concerned about honesty or truthful justice.   Indeed, it appeared then, as it remains today, there was something that needed to be hidden.

Something uncomfortable they did not want the media spotlight to review, but what?

The information within Miami-Dade School Police Department, and the officers contacts with Trayvon Martin, may hold the key to the next discovery.  All current indicators are pointing strongly in that direction. (more…)

Having previously written at length about the Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee’s decision not to release the 911 call tapes, it is perhaps worth explaining what was going on.

The “Scheme Team” used the initial refusal by Chief Lee to make the audio recordings of the 911 calls public part of their “corrupt Sanford Police Dept.” narrative.

For numerous news cycles Benjamin Crump, Daryl Parks, Natalie Jackson and Jasmine Rand beat this drum loudly.   Each of them proclaiming on television appearances that Lee’s decision was evidence of a botched investigation and subsequent cover-up.   But the truth is considerably different.  Indeed it is totally the opposite.

This incident happened at a High School attended by the son of one of our Treeper Team.  It shows how during a fight one of the students, Traybeon, waited until the other student was distracted then sucker punched him – knocking him out and fracturing his skull.

MOUNT DORA, Fla. —  Cellphone video of a vicious fight between two Mount Dora High School students shows one of teenagers getting sucker punched and severely injured.

Thankfully Treeper admin Sharon was not there (but close):

DH had a doctor’s appt about a mile from this mall early this afternoon.   We had intended to shop at the Barnes and Noble store in the mall after the appointment, the B/N is about 100 yards from the Macy’s front door. If we had gone at the time we had available to us, we would have been there.   It’s so stunning to realize that many (like us) were spared even the trauma of being in the vicinity….and others are struggling through the evening hours, unable yet to hear from loved ones or inside the mall yet perhaps in hiding.   The gunman was wearing body armor and a hockey mask.   The police are searching store by store to locate those still frightened and concealing themselves.

Life is fragile, is it not.

OREGON – According to preliminary reports, a man with a semiautomatic rifle opened fire near Macy’s around 3:29 p.m. (Pacific) The man, who may have been wearing body armor and camouflage clothing, also was seen near the mall’s food court.

John Canzano, sports columnist for The Oregonian, reported that as many as 60 shots were fired while he was shopping at the mall.  Canzano said he first noticed people “running out of the mall kind of crying and upset.” He stopped a person who said “somebody has an automatic weapon and is shooting.” (more…)

George Zimmerman has filed a civil lawsuit against NBC, Ron Allen and Jeff Burnside.

[…]  What happened that night was a tragedy: a tragedy that NBC exploited, creating an opportunity for profit. I am holding NBC accountable for its actions. If NBC had not spread lies and falsifications about me, this lawsuit would not exist. This lawsuit is a product of NBC’s intentional distortion of facts. I do not know, because of my situation, how I will be able to provide for my wife and myself in the future, and so I expect NBC to be held responsible. The unjustified public persecution of me because of NBC’s actions is wrong. It shouldn’t have happened to me, and it shouldn’t happen to anyone.

In the last several months, the prosecutors have released evidence regarding this case, and the evidence speaks for itself regarding my innocence. As this lawsuit moves forward, I hope the existence of this exonerating evidence will be broadcast with at least a fraction of the publicity afforded to the lies and misrepresentations. I deserve that and those who have been misinformed deserve that. However, that will be up to the ethical journalists who will spread the truth without regard or concern for political or social pressure.
