Today, July 10th, is DAY #22 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday began with a boom as defense expert witness, world renowned Dr Vincent Di Maio took to the stand to validate the forensic evidence supporting George Zimmerman’s version of the encounter with Trayvon Martin.   However, the day ended with an even bigger THUNDERCLAP in an epic 10pm showdown as Don West took on both the State prosecutors and trial Judge Nelson after the jury was released.    Ending with Judge Nelson, turning her back and walking out of court.  Unreal.   A great analysis of the events from yesterday is available HERE.
The late night argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding phone evidence authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. I’m debating other issues to share. But I can GUARANDAMNTEE YOU this trial is being put on a schedule by the Federal Dept of Justice. (Civil Rights Division Dept of Community Relations Service) If I prove it – we could lose this website.

Forward this video to 6:30 to really get the flavor of judicial bias which is NEEDED in order to accomplish a goal driven by outside the FLORIDA court influences.

The argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. Then again this is the same judge who said a few days ago, flippantly in open court, that evidence should be “shredded” (Dr. Bao notes).

Essentially she’s arguing that the phone records (texts and pics) cannot be authenticated to have originated by Trayvon Martin (despite two security codes) because anyone could have sent them. Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot !! How can an email be used in a sex offender case? How can phone records be used in RICO cases? How can GPS evidence be used in Insurance Cases? Think about it.

You can’t argue that evidence cannot be admitted because someone else might have made the phone call; Someone else might have sent the email; Someone else accessed the website; Someone else might have driven the car etc.

Not to exclude evidence.

Sure it can be argued by the other side, as a counter point to the jury, but it can’t be a reasonable consideration for exclusion.

I’m evaluating how much we can reasonably share and cite without compromising people and structures which could be placed at risk.

The soft bigotry of low expectations

The local Florida Police Departments are politely asking citizens near to the George Zimmerman trial not to break out in riots, attacks, violence or general mayhem.   Apparently the focus of their polite appeal is toward ‘black youth’ within the same communities – such is the target audience as noted by the video participants. 
Youth are being asked, politely, by local law enforcement, not to kill people and to keep their violent proclivities under control.  Kindly requested if at all possible do not raise their fists.  
Protecting and Serving.   How magnanimous of our new national normal.
(Via Breitbart.Com )On Monday, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office released a video calling on the public not to riot in the wake of the George Zimmerman verdict, expected this week or next in Florida. The Sheriff’s Office released a statement explaining that it was “working closely with the Sanford Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies” to coordinate “a response plan in anticipation of the verdict.”

Sheriff Scott Israel said, “We don’t have information about a specific event that might take place at the conclusion of the trial, but we encourage everyone to keep any protests peaceful.” (more…)

These guys are NOTHING if not predictable. The countdown clock has officially started for Mark O’Mara and Don West to be publically called racist. They have around 18 hours (+/- a few), that’s one media cycle, until the entire construct of the Black Grievance Industry has received the notification to engage:

First out of the blocks with the Scheme Team race whistle will be: MSNBC, CNN, Joy-Ann Reid, The Root, Russell Simmons et al.  Then the Washington Post and HuffPo will report on the other reports;  pulling in the LA Times, Orlando Sentinel and Miami Herald.   If they follow the traditional plan they will begin highlighting this interview with Daryl Parks, then quickly they will each semi-independently (ideological collusion) begin reporting on the other race-baiting media team’s reporting, until a frenzy ensues.
The NAACP Convention, IN ORLANDO, starts in 3 days…. This is how they roll…. Microphones will be staged at the front door to the hotels for opinion and poll taking, which will become a 1/2 cycle news story alone….. {More to follow – soon}
