George Zimmerman Case: Should Charges Be Dropped?  By MATT GUTMAN,  SENI TIENABESO and KEVIN DOLAK

Two prominent U.S. lawyers are among the skeptics questioning whether evidence in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin supports the second-degree murder charge against George Zimmerman, given the confessed shooter’s apparent injuries and freshly released eyewitness accounts.

“There is no second-degree murder evidence in this case,” Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz said. “It’s a very close case.”

Details released in the past week add to the picture of what might have transpired on that rainy Feb. 26 before Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch captain in the Sanford, Fla., community where Martin, 17, was staying with his father’s fiancée, shot the teen dead.

Previously unknown particulars, including the scrape on Martin’s knuckle and photos of Zimmerman’s battered and swollen face — which were taken moments after he shot and killed Martin in what he says was self defense — coupled with eyewitness accounts that back up Zimmerman’s story, suggest for some that the prosecutor overreached. Scheme Team Losing Grip – Doubles Down on Lies – Helped by Russell $immons 

Palm Beach Post – Newly obtained video recorded before Martin’s death shows the teenager  encouraging others to fight. However, Martin’s brother said Trayvon is not  in the video.  And the Martin family lawyer said the video is just another attack on Martin’s  character.

The Russell Simmons owned website “Global Grind” is taking the typical leftist approach at truthful discovery in the Trayvon Martin case and has raised  the bar from propaganda to now doubling down on the lies.
In a recent article they are now taking on the Treehouse directly, disputing the validity of Trayvon’s™  Fight Club Video, challenging the motives of the discovery, and generally taking exception to the release of the TRUTH about Trayvon™ Martin.     Apparently Russell Simmons and his organization’s biased slips are showing.

A group of five black males murdered a white twenty year old pizza delivery man in what the race censoring media calls an “attempted robbery”.  However, no money was taken.   The victim is a Bosnian (Bosnia-Herzegovina).  The murder took place in a 97% black census track near Martin Luther King Dr in the Hillsdale area.

Daniil Maksimenko, 22, taken behind the Northwoods Imo’s Pizza where he worked.

Police believe that the suspects ordered a pizza to a neighbor’s address. When the victim arrived, they shot him while he was still sitting in his car.  The suspects then left. A police officer on duty later spotted the victim’s car drifting across the middle of the road. The driver was unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head. He later died at the hospital.
The murder appears to be a racially motivated thrill killing.
HILLSDALE • A 20-year-old man from St. Louis County has been  charged with second-degree murder and robbery in the shooting death of a pizza  deliveryman and another is wanted for questioning.
Chester Romelle Woods is being held on $250,000 bail at the St. Louis  County jail. He was charged on Sunday and was scheduled for his first court  appearance Monday morning.
St. Louis County detectives are looking for Shermell A. Crockett, 20,  who is known to stay in the Hillsdale and Pine Lawn area. (more…)

It begins with Tracy Martin reaching out on February 28th to his sister-in-law attorney Patricia Jones, she in turn contacted Benjamin Crump from Parks and Crump law firm in Tallahassee. Crump contacted Tracy Martin February 29th and took the case March 1st.
Chasing that initial “contact angle” takes you into another insane web of interwoven associations.  So I’m skipping it, but you can READ IT HERE.
Crump then contacted Orlando Attorney Natalie Jackson to begin the process of formulating the offensive strategy. Natalie Jackson is a Seminole County NAACP board member and serves as a member of the Legal Redress Committee. In addition Natalie Jackson’s mom, Francis Oliver, is a major activist and historian within the NAACP.

Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump hire Media Communications expert Ryan Julison, who Jackson had previously worked with on the Sanford Sherman Ware case where they were able to extort leverage financial restitution from the son of a former Sanford Police Lieutenant; the son’s name is Justin Collison, and he was charged with beating Sherman Ware. In addition to money paid to Sherman Ware, Collison, the grandson of a very wealthy former federal judge, also paid off the NAACP. Ryan Julison ran the media campaign to support Ware.
While Julison went about pitching the racist white George Zimmerman murdering the innocent Trayvon Martin to the media, which he did very effectively, Benjamin Crump got in touch with his former cohorts from the Martin Lee Anderson case; namely Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and National NAACP President Ben Jealous. TrayMom™ Sybrina Fulton and the Scheme Team had a successful fundraising outing on Sunday morning at Baltimore’s Empowerment Temple.  The church of the Rockstar Pastor Rev. Jamal Bryant who has been at her side during the coast-to-coast Trayvon Trail Of Tears Tour.

“It’s so easy for me to cry right now but I can’t because I have work to do,” she told the congregation. “I was forced into this position, but I believe God is using me.”

TrayMom appeared wearing a stylish custom made gray cocktail suit with sparkling bling buttons.   She said “the support of people like those at Empowerment Temple has helped to keep her going”.   Boy is she ever right; the financial support from those who blindly provide their paychecks is definately keeping her going. We now live in a time of effective Racial Temper Tantrums.  Facts don’t matter. Like brats in the grocery store with a harried Mom…these Race Pimps scream till a weary nation gives them their way.

George Zimmerman is on trial for saving his own life. He is on trial for “profiling” a Black teenager…unseen before in the neighborhood… when that neighborhood was under seige from Black teen thugs.

It hurts the African-American community to have us speak of the crime statistics involving so many Black youth…so we are silenced by the “SHUT-UP” word: RACIST!  too many cannot control their own children so their answer is to demand we tolerate crime and deny the problem.

CHICAGO – It was the middle of the lunch rush Saturday, and Mike Winston was working in the kitchen of his Tinley Park restaurant, the Ashford House, when a waitress screamed a fight had broken out in the dining room.
Police call the melee at the restaurant a targeted assault by a mob that Winston said wielded metal batons and hammers. Ten diners were hurt in the attack, and three of those were hospitalized.

Tinley Park police had five suspected assailants in custody, and Winston said 18 young men, all wearing hooded jackets and obscuring their faces with scarves and other coverings, stormed into the restaurant. (more…)

Apparently Jahvaris Fulton-Martin, Trayvon’s™ older brother, is telling the media the fight club videos containing Trayvon™ Martin refereeing the fights are not him.  This article from yesterday reflects the family position:

Early on we fully expected the “fight club” videos and all of Trayvon’s™ U-Tube account to be scrubbed by the hired media consultant Ryan Julison.   Obviouosly the risk of seeing Trayvon engaged in actual, and intentional, violent conduct was, and still is, significant because it does not support the false image of an innocent angelic child who “majored in cheerfulness“.
