We have pointed out for a while how similar the United States circa 2012 is to the considerations of the Polish people circa 1983.   Decision Time.
Two brave men memorialized in history yesterday with a new statue symbolizing freedom.
The Herald Sun reported:  POLISH officials have unveiled a statue of former President Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II, honouring two men widely credited in this Eastern European country with helping to topple communism 23 years ago.
The statue was unveiled in Gdansk, the birthplace of Lech Walesa’s Solidarity movement, in the presence of about 120 former Solidarity activists, many of whom were imprisoned in the 1980s for their roles in organising or taking part in strikes against the communist regime.
The bronze statue, erected in the lush seaside President Ronald Reagan Park, is a slightly larger-than-life rendering of the two late leaders.
It was inspired by an Associated Press photograph taken in 1987 on John Paul’s second pontifical visit to the US. (more…)

CNN TRANSCRIPT: 7/13/12

And now, new developments tonight in the case against George Zimmerman. Defense attorney Mark O’Mara has filed a motion to disqualify the judge. Kenneth Lester is his name and Mark O’Mara says he’s biased against Zimmerman. He said this after he made what O’Mara is called gratuitous and disparaging remarks in his bail order last week.
Including and I quote, “Under any definition, the defendant has flouted the system.” And, I quote again, “The defendant has tried to manipulate the system when he has been presented the opportunity to do so.” Those and other remarks are what the defense says will prevent Zimmerman from getting a fair trial.
CNN legal analyst Mark NeJame is OUTFRONT.
Mark, do those statements, flouted the system and manipulating the system, do you agree with Mark O’Mara, that those are gratuitous and disparaging? Or are those fair ways to describe someone who when asked if he had money said no and he really did have money?
MARK NEJAME, CNN LEGAL ANALYST: I think it’s a fair comment from a court who’s evaluating the evidence, one can agree or disagree. But you can’t throw a judge off every time you disagree with him because basically you’d have half the judges thrown off at any given time, because somebody typically is going to be on the other side.
The fact is, is that, you know, the question will be did the judge go too far to suggest that he’s in fact, might be biased? I don’t think the judge is biased at all. (more…)

Friday March 16th was the day the Scheme Team met in Sanford Mayor Triplett’s office and listened to the 911 calls. Subsequent to this meeting Triplett released the tapes to them over the objections of Police Chief Bill Lee.

Sunday March 18th according to Benjamin Crump this was the date DeeDee was discovered by Tracy Martin while reviewing Trayvon’s phone records on-line.
Also
Sunday March 18th was the publication of the 911 calls (exclusive to Matt Gutman) who described George Zimmerman as “White”.

ABC – Zimmerman, 28, who is white, claimed self defense. He was never arrested and has been charged with no crime, sparking national outrage.
(in addition) An FBI spokesman told ABC News: “We are aware of the incident, we have been in contact with local authorities and are monitoring the matter.”

If you have not read the books (trilogy), you should.   If you haven’t watched the movie, well, that’s good too.   Both Treeper Sibilj and Treeper DiwataMan remind me of these two characters; they are quite good dot connectors and in a most unusual way they are keenly on the same trail from two different angles… quite similar.   Life imitates art.
DiwataMan has a construct of what he calls a conspiracy theory – Sibilj has a prediction for where this is headed.   The theory is really close to dead center mass – The prediction is, well, unless things change quickly, at this point, a virtual certainty.

[comment] Why are people claiming that other people are claiming O’Mara is going to throw or lose the case purposefully?  Has Sundance or anyone claimed that?  My position is that, albeit conspiratorial, this case will go to trial no matter what and the powers that be are going to make sure that happens. The main reason is that no one then but a jury will be responsible for impending riots, everyone has covered their butts.
Has O’Mara had anything regarding this case that would allow him to file to get the case thrown out? Will he have a SYG hearing? I bet he will but I bet it will also fail, it has to fail or else that judge who would throw the case out then would be the one to have to answer to all of his little buddies as to why he just allowed the State of Florida to be put into a position of potentially losing billions of dollars, lol, nobody want to be that guy, this thing is going to a jury and the decision to make sure that happens probably occurred when Bondi and Scott got together.  (continue reading)

Black Entertainment Television (BET) aired a Trayvon Martin Exclusive hosted by Emmitt Miller on April 20th.     April 20th is the same date of the First Bond Hearing for George Zimmerman and nine days after Mark O’Mara took over as lead defense attorney (4/11).
There are two videos.   Part II is the segment where the ulterior motives of Mark O’Mara surface and things click into place.

Pam Bondi phone call to Tracy and Sybrina – Listen to what she says – Remember Pam Bondi and Benjamin Crump are personal friends from the Martin Lee Anderson case.   Bondi was the State Prosecutor and Crump was the Anderson family civil lawyer suing the state of Florida and Bay County.  It was Bondi who talked Rick Scott into selecting Angela Corey as the prosecutor of George Zimmerman.  Ugh, ugh, ugh….. It’s a trap.
Also note how Benjamin Crump lawyerly parses his words regarding Trayvon’s school records.  We know Trayvon was excessively tardy, absent 53 days in the current school year, and serving his Third 10-day suspension at the time he was staying in Sanford.

Some will say: “What if they fire O’Mara and you’re wrong”?
To which I respond: “What if they don’t and I’m right”? ……….Which is worse?
Much of what we flesh out upon this site is passionate debate in an ongoing conversation; it ain’t a speech and no voice is stronger than another.  Nothing wrong with that.   Nor is there any opposition on my end to intellectual debate so long as the precepts for the conversation are based on facts and truths.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, there is no judgement here because just as sure as the neighbors will hear us screaming at each other tonight, tomorrow we might just be listening to their airing out the house too.
It is a big solid Tree with a dense thick trunk, deep roots and a massive canopy.   Just look at the prayer thread to see the comforting shade available to envelop you and protect you when you need it.   Heck, many of us even learn to spit here.
When Mark O’Mara first stepped onto the scene in the George Zimmerman case, April 10th, I watched intently and deferred opinion in favor of research.  And when I say research, I mean R.E.S.E.A.R.C.H.  deep vetting research. Y’all know how we roll.
When O’Mara took to the airwaves on April 11th, to discuss the charge of 2nd degree murder, I watched:

I’m nobody, and this is just my opinion.   Disregard it, take it with a grain of salt, consider it irrelevant.  I’m certainly not in your shoes, but for what it’s worth:

George, STAY IN JAIL !  – Sometimes the worst thing you can give your opposition is exactly what they want.  The entire bond construct, including restrictions, are beyond ridiculous and absurd.
Save your money, stay in jail.   Take control and use the situation to your advantage.    Use the money you would have spent on freedom to hire a media team to get the truth out.   Frame your own narrative.   Yeah, you have $211,000 to defend yourself against the onslaught, but tell your story. Judge Lester is specifically and intentionally using his power to manipulate the Orlando court system, in a flawed ideological effort to avoid being on the wrong side of those political forces who can bring him down.  It appears George Zimmerman is being set up to fail with the current Bond Ruling.

The Judicial Order establishing bond has been structured and worded with the specific intent of “using” the legal system to produce a  “desired outcome” (key words “using” and “desired”).
IMHO  –  Representation from “outside” Seminole County is needed asap, and serious consideration should be given to keeping GZ in jail for the moment.   Safer ten-fold. (more…)

PAKISTAN – Secretary of State Hillary Clinton apologized Tuesday for a November attack by U.S. forces that left 24 Pakistani troops dead.

“I once again reiterated our deepest regrets for the tragic incident in Salala last November,” Clinton said in a statement about her call with Pakistani foreign minister Rabbani Khar. (more…)
