Prog Policies Once Again…..

Reyville Elementary School in Louisana is 87% Black and 12% White.   The school is failing miserably..  Under the state’s Public School Choice policy, eligible students in schools flagged as failing and in need of certain levels of improvement can transfer to an “academically acceptable school.”

Unless you are “white”.

“Please note that white students at Rayville Elementary School will not be allowed to transfer to the listed schools due to the present provisions issued in the federal Richland Parish School desegregation case”.

If you are white you must remain in the terrible school because, according to the 1968 court decision “if the white kids were to leave the school it wouldn’t be fair to the negro“. (more…)

(Via Daily Caller) President Barack Obama’s regulatory czar Cass Sunstein is resigning his  position in the Obama administration, the White House announced on Friday.

Sunstein, until now the administrator of the Office of Management and  Budget’s powerful Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, will return to  Harvard Law School to resume the position he held before he joined Obama’s  administration three and a half years ago. He will be Harvard’s Felix  Frankfurter Professor of Law and Director of the Program on Behavioral Economics  and Public Policy. (more…)

While no-one can get inside the mind of Michael Herring, the attorney who dispatched his client Shellie Zimmerman as soon as he realized his defense would be exposing the corrupt nature of his colleagues.  It is however possible to understand what ‘might’ have been a consideration.

Michael Herring is the son of a former 18th Judicial Circuit State Attorney General, Abbott Herring.   Coincidently the same position that Norman Wolfinger now occupies.

The same Norm Wolfinger who was pressured by Governor Rick Scott and Florida State Attorney General Pam Bondi.   The same Norm Wolfinger who was brutalized by the race-baiting class, the NAACP, and the rabid Natalie Jackson influenced coalition of City Manager Nelson Bonaparte and  Seminole NAACP President Turner Clayton to step down from the case and allow the railroading lynchmob to advance.

Kinda makes sense why Herring Jr. wanted nothing to do with exposing that viper pit. (more…)

ANGER GAMES

Would it alarm you if your white or hispanic son or daughter came home from school suspended for a week for being five minutes late to class ?

Would it upset you to find out that he/she was suspended because the school needed to suspend a black child for selling marijuana; and they needed to offset the “black” suspension with the ‘equality’ of a white suspension in order to avoid violating the law?

Sounds crazy right?    Wrong.   It is currently being implemented, and the bugs worked out.   President Obama used another executive order to put the race based policy into place. (more…)

I do not support negative action toward anyone for expressing opinion or engaging in a cause they feel ideologically aligned to.   However, if you are a company officer, well, in that case engagement has consequences (depending on the company).

It was the prog-media, and the rabid prog politicians, who chose to take their fight against America toward Dan Cathy and his company.   So let us defend the First Amendment, and stop the support of fascist blackmail (Emanuel, Luis et al) by exposing the Fascists to the sunlight.

This picture taken yesterday was in North Carolina.  A gentleman by the name of Jim Furmen owns 86 Wendy’s Franchise restaurants and obviously feels a kinship to Mr. Dan Cathy and his pro-Marriage stance.    Dana Loesch has the details.  Good for them both to stand firm in the face of adversity.

Remember too, this is North Carolina, the same state which just held a vote to stop the possibility of same sex marriage forever.    The DNC is now considering adding same sex marriage as a party platform plank; meaning support for same sex marriage becomes an essential core tenent of their party.    North Carolina is also the site of the Democrat 2012 National Convention……  Pass the popcorn 😉

Is this a setback to freedom?  Yes.   Is this unexpected?  No.

We have shared from the beginning that ‘These people were not going to give up’ – They simply are in too deep and unable to retreat.  From the outset of the “case” against George Zimmerman a few things were brutally obvious.

First, from a legal perspective, there was no merit, nor evidence, to prosecute George Zimmerman.   The same evidence that existed on March 16th, and again on March 23rd, when it was announced by Police Chief Bill Lee and Detective Serino that “no evidence to refute Mr. Zimmerman’s self defense claim is available”, is still retained today.

Not one scintilla of evidence has surfaced from that date.    The evidence against George Zimmerman is non-existent.   Yet he was still charged to appease the race-baiting and perpetually aggrieved sub-sects of political interests.   The case against George Zimmerman is entirely political.

So why would a politically appointed judge remove himself?   He wouldn’t.

As the Orlando Sentinel notes in their story of the non-recusal:

In a bond order, Lester described Zimmerman as a manipulator who was gaming the criminal justice system by hiding $130,000 and keeping a secret passport.

The judge wrote in that earlier order that if not for a satellite monitoring system keeping track of his whereabouts, Zimmerman might well have fled.

Neither of these propaganda opinions are supported by facts.  They scream bias;  However, they were then, as they are now, opinionated talking points that enjoy consistent media-hype and manipulative use. (more…)

CHICAGO – An 87-year-old World War II veteran was walking from a corner store in West Englewood after buying lottery tickets when he was attacked by three people who smashed his glasses, knocked out his hearing aid and broke his dentures, then went through his pockets and fled with his wallet, according to his family and police.

Two delivery men who witnessed the attack Monday afternoon followed the robbers in their truck and helped police track them down, authorities said. Three suspects — ages 15, 17 and 20 — were taken into custody not far from where Porter B. Cross was beaten. (more…)

This is why we cannot accept “decepticons” as representatives.  Anwar Sadat was assassinated by the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.   The terrorist organization was banned for almost 30 years before the “arab spring” created the window of opportunity for the radical islamist elements to rise once again.

Here you have a Republican, with little to no knowledge of the actual events within Egypt supporting an organization who just released known terrorists from prison.  Well, at least we assume his opinion is due to insufferable niavete’.  If not, then this guy is a stealth Islamofascist hiding in Californiastan...

Something several weeks ago snagged my interest when I was reading an article about Olympic security being provided by a private company called G4S.   Over the past decade London has become the PC capitol of all things Islam.   It really is quite over-the-top.

Aptly nicknamed “Londonistan” by those who have watched the British Police being cursed at, spit upon, and forced to tolerate the most horrific physical and verbal assaults by entities of Muslim persuasion, who exhibit the most horrid of violent radical islamic tendencies.   Several recent examples have been cited over the year.

So the concern that struck a nerve for me was given the backdrop of politically correct fear would radical elements of Islam be able to infiltrate the security apparatus around the Olympic venue(s).   And, if so, is it worrisome that a Fort Hood style coordinated extremist attack would be possible.

Recently I read more articles about how short staffed the security contingents were and how they are being supported with 4,500 regular uniformed British Military soldiers.  Given the comments by Mitt Romney to this regard it seemed as if my concern was more than a little over worried paranoia on my part.  But still, probably nothing.

However, it is indeed a fact that London is infected with the Cultural Marxism of political correctness.  So a modicum of concern is not out-of-bounds given the shere magnitude of the security task being handled.   When I read this today, my spidey senses picked up a bit too, and I wonder if…..

LONDON OLYMPICS – An Olympic guard faces the sack for spitting at an Army hero drafted in to  boost security — and yelling: “Baby killer.”  The Asian G4S worker flipped as he patrolled an archery contest at Lord’s  cricket ground with the Afghan veteran.

A source said: “This security guard was ranting and raving at the soldier.  “He was trying to defuse the situation but the guard was going crazy. He spat  at the soldier and screamed at him. He was calling him a baby killer.

“He left the soldier in no doubt he meant he’d been responsible for children’s  deaths while serving in Afghanistan.
