There’s a reason you do not see coverage of this in the Main Stream Media –  There is too much painful self exposition in the trial of Kermit Gosnell for the Legacy Media Complex to put in front of the general public.   Of particular note is our Dear Leaders ideological belief that such activity of Gosnell’s engagment is supported by his own internal compass – or lack thereof.   Consquently, avoidance becomes the guiding principle…..   But the trial continues:

SEATTLE — State Attorney General Bob Ferguson on Tuesday filed a consumer protection lawsuit against Arlene’s Flowers & Gifts, a Richland florist that refused to supply flowers to the same-sex marriage of a longtime customer.

Ferguson said he sent a March 28 letter to owner Barronelle Stutzman asking her to reconsider and supply flowers to customer Robert Ingersoll. Through an attorney, Stutzman declined to change her position.

“As Attorney General, it is my job to enforce the laws of the state of Washington,” said Ferguson. “Under the Consumer Protection Act, it is unlawful to discriminate against customers based on sexual orientation. If a business provides a product or service to opposite-sex couples for their weddings, then it must provide same sex couples the same product or service.” (more…)

The incident occured near Pensacola in the Florida Panhandle.   The autopsy report on a woman named, Melinda McCormick, shows that she was horrifically tortured and then set on fire while she was still alive. Click here to watch news video  Police believe the white victim was dating one of the perpetrators.   Reverse the races and this would have been running on CNN for the past 3 days.

FLORIDA – Three Escambia County residents  have been arrested  in connection with the March 31 homicide of Melinda McCormick.

Anthony Lamar Pressley, 26, Kiesha LeShay Pugh, 28, and Gregory Edward Williams, 21, were each charged with homicide and robbery. All three were booked into the Escambia County Jail without bond.

It had to pain the very reverend Jesse Jackson that when the Trayvon Martin story began to break nationally in mid-March 2012 he was on a pointless glad handing tour of Europe. The evening of March 19, the night rival Al Sharpton dedicated his own TV show on MSNBC fully to the fictionalized tale of Martin’s death at the hands of a racist neighborhood watch captain in Sanford, Florida, Jackson was giving “his perspective on the fight against discrimination” at a 120 Euro-a-head dinner in a swank Brussels hotel.

The event was sponsored by Democrats Abroad Belgium. The Party’s relentless vote harvesters were using the event to troll for votes and dough among the ex-pats, and Jackson was the best they could do. Abortion clinic employee Sherry West described an incident which “really freaked (her) out” and related to the jury how she heard a child who was born alive following an abortion scream.

West remembered how she referred to the dead children killed in these gruesome abortion procedures as “specimens” so she could avoid the mental trauma associated with know how they died.  As local media reported:

Sherry West, of Bear, said she was loyal to Gosnell – who is now facing multiple counts of murder for allegedly killing children after they were delivered alive at his clinic – but said the incident “really freaked me out.” (more…)

We’ve followed politics for a long time,  including the optical narrative and positioning of political manipulation.   But the sheer in-your-face audacity of this one reaches all new levels. And of course the media will just turn the other way and let him get away with it…. unreal.

Perhaps even more sad than the story itself is the fact the “Good Samaritan” has to remain anonymous lest she and her fiance’ suffer retaliation from her own community.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Good Samaritan speaks out about how she and her fiancé helped a man being beaten by teenagers on the Northside.

A witness, who does not want to reveal her identity for fear of her safety, says Friday night she was driving down Soutel Drive near Lem Turner Road with her fiancé and saw a group of teenagers beating a man.

“We seen a whole bunch of African-American kids you know, beating and stomping on an elderly Caucasian guy and he had bags and everything, he couldn’t even defend himself because it was so many kids,” said the anonymous witness. (more…)

An interesting ideological dilemma now exists regarding the 5th District Court of Appeals (DCA) about who should respond to their request for “Position” – ie. “order to show cause“.

The DCA is requiring “The State” be the respondant – they have to, there is no other way for the DCA to ask for an affirmative position to Nelson’s ruling.

Remember, the integral aspect to Judge Nelson’s ruling (essentially no deposition for Crump) was based in large part on the position that Benjamin Crump represented “Opposing Counsel” against Don West/Mark O’Mara and George Zimmerman. Subsequently she used the phrase “co-counsel”, a position from which the State of Florida, via Bernie De La Rionda, never distanced themselves from. (more…)

Matt R. Salmon, the gay son of Republican Rep. Matt Salmon of Arizona, said Sunday that MSNBC and CNN cancelled interviews when he informed producers he wouldn’t attack his father on air. The younger Salmon said they expected him to criticize his dad, who doesn’t support same-sex marriage. Salmon singled out Lawrence O’Donnell and Piers Morgan’s shows as the ones who cancelled.
