The latest discovery of the Ben Rhodes email structuring the Benghazi Talking Points for U.N Ambassador Susan Rice to use on the post Benghazi attack Sunday Talk Shows confirms even more evidence into the White House cover up.

However, with that ‘Rhodes’ smoking gun email, people are asking who directed Ben Rhodes to deliver the false narrative about the Benghazi Attack and the lies about the U-Tube video.

Commissioner Silver will more than likely get the 75% supermajority vote he needs to oust Sterling, so now the question is….will Shelly Sterling want to run the team?   California’s  community property laws dictate that Shelly has a right to 50% of everything Donald owns…most importantly, that will be the Clippers.  Reportedly, she’s a long time fan of the game, and she really loves the team.

“When I was there she was very good and kind to me,’’ Harper said. “I was at a game last year, sat down and ate with her. She loves the team and the sport and loves basketball. She knows what’s going on. It’s probably going to hurt her more than him.”

Well……now the long knives are coming out for Shelly, and what she said Monday night certainly won’t help her case.  After publicly calling her husband despicable and scolding him for his racist comments, she’s goes out to dinner with him, and says he isn’t a racist and the tape was altered via TMZ.

V Stiviano, or whatever she’s calling herself this week, gives an interview to the LA Times, through her attorneys of course.

She swears she didn’t mean to boil the Donald’s bunny.  She’s devastated.  Devastated !  …She was a simple girl working on a doctoral thesis in waitressing while volunteer crime fighting and now needs legions of legal representatives….   

(LA Times)  V. Stiviano, the woman at the center of the Donald Sterling scandal, said she was “very saddened” by the NBA’s decision to ban him from the sport for life, her attorney said Tuesday.
V. Stiviano “never wanted any harm to Donald,” Calabasas lawyer Mac Nehoray of Calabasas told The Times. He said the 31-year-old is still reeling from the release of the recordings in which Sterling chastises her for associating with African Americans, including Magic Johnson.

(CBS) NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced Tuesday Clippers owner Donald Sterling will be suspended for life and fined $2.5 million in response to the racist remarks he allegedly made in a recorded audio clip.
Commissioner Silver was specifically clear to indicate Mr. Sterling was being punished for his personal views, not for his prior actions or behaviors – his views.

 “Whether or not these remarks were initially shared in private, they are now public, and they represent his views.”

Silver spoke to the press at 11 a.m. news conference from New York, stating he will “do everything in my power” to force the sale of the Clippers.

There’s always a particular ONE WAY conversational aspect that rises up whenever the issue of racism reaches the mainstream news media; and it screams hypocrisy.   Enter the latest foray – racist owner of the LA Clippers, Donald Sterling.
About two months ago Spike Lee said “white people need to leave Harlem” as he went on a diatribe decrying how “white folk” have moved in to his old neighborhood.   According to Lee “with white gentrification comes disruption“, but apparently that’s ok – it must not be racism because he’s able now to protest a white Donald Sterling for expressing a similar racial sentiment:

The parallel between Eric Holder doing this and Alberto Carvalho’s program in Miami-Dade schools with the use of the MDSPD is IDENTICAL.

(Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department on Monday said it will begin collecting data on stops, searches and arrests made in five U.S. cities to weed out possible racial biases within the criminal justice system.
Later this year, a $4.75 million federal grant will be awarded to recipients who compete for the funds to work with their local law enforcement to analyze arrest data and find ways to reduce any biases they find, particularly toward young minority men.
Black men were six times more likely, and Latino men were 2.5 times more likely, to be imprisoned than white men in 2012, according to Justice Department data. (more…)

TMZ Posts a video interview with Al Sharpton taken at La Guardia airport, along with this article.   However, what I want to bring to your attention is the TMZ use of quotes that do not exist.

According to the article (screen grab above) this is what TMZ quote Al Sharpton as having said:

“No one should be allowed to own a team if they have in fact engaged in this kind of racial language.”

“We are prepared at National Action Network to rally in front of the NBA headquarters if this matter is not immediately dealt with.”

However, I no longer take quotes or even transcribes as accurate – because I’ve noted a trend of manipulation, especially with the Bundy story.     So I watched the interview, and have transcribed every word from Sharpton.     TMZ’s Al Sharpton interview is transcribed below so  you can look for those exact quotations, and you’ll note they do not exist.    (more…)
