• Sunday March 18th –  Supposedly (per initial Crump explanation) the date Tracy called Dee Dee and then called Crump between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.
• Monday March 19th – The infamous phone interview with W8 was conducted.
• Tuesday March 20th – The infamous Benjamin Crump “minor child” {*lunch time} press conference.

(CBS) — Chicago police made several arrests Saturday evening following another “wilding” scene instigated by young people along the Magnificent Mile.

Photographers shot chaotic video of police officers and vehicles swarming Michigan Avenue near Huron and detaining several young people around 7:30 p.m. Some of the disturbance leaked onto Chicago Avenue near State Street on a relatively warm night with temperatures in the 50s.

Chicago Police News Affairs confirmed officers arrested “a number of offenders” and said charges were pending. Details weren’t available.

But community activist Andrew Holmes, who happened to be shopping with a relative in the upscale retail district, described a scene in which hundreds of young people misbehaved, with some of them harassing and attacking people on the street. (more…)

This article is representative of why we cannot have an honest discussion about violence in this country without being labeled as racist.

One of the key tenets of Progs is their capacity to use congnitive dissonance to reconcile their arguments/positions.  They ignore the water in the rain and describe getting wet as a problem.  The truth does not fit this agenda.

Articles and interviews would flood the media, and we’d have political debates demanding that African Americans be “held accountable.” Then, if an atrocity such as the Newtown, Conn., shootings took place and African American male leaders held a news conference to offer solutions, their credibility would be questionable. The public would tell these leaders that they need to focus on problems in their own culture and communities.

But when the criminals and leaders are white men, race and gender become the elephant in the room.

Nearly all of the mass shootings in this country in recent years — not just Newtown, Aurora, Fort Hood, Tucson and Columbine — have been committed by white men and boys. Yet when the National Rifle Association (NRA), led by white men, held a news conference after the Newtown massacre to advise Americans on how to reduce gun violence, its leaders’ opinions were widely discussed. THERE IS A LESSON IN HERE..… Last week two different people used social media to send messages.

State Representative Joe Mitchell sent an e-mail:

‘Hey man,’ Mitchell wrote. ‘Your folk never used all this sheit [sic] to protect my folk from your slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed [sic], imported criminal-minded kin folk.’

GEORGIA – City Commissioner James Henry Brooks Sr. has been charged with influencing a witness and obstructing the investigation of the fatal shooting of a baby and wounding of his mother March 21.

Brooks, also charged with racketeering in unrelated cases in Camden County, was booked into the Glynn County jail.

He was at the Glynn County Courthouse Monday when the mother of murder defendant De’Marquise Elkins left the courthouse after her son’s initial court appearance. As Karimah Elkins and another woman walked from the courthouse, a county police investigator tried to speak with her. Brooks stepped between them and prevented the officer from speaking with the mother, officials said. (more…)

(CofCC) Recently in Brunswick, GA, two black teenagers shot a white mother and then executed her baby with a point blank shot to the face. What happened next revealed a shocking community wide problem.

Brunswick, GA is a small city of 15,000 people. It is about 60% black. The shooting took place in a census track that is 73% black and 13% white. The fairskinned mother and her blond-haired blue-eyed baby would have stuck out. They were undoubtedly targeted because they are white.

The suspects in the shooting are 17 and 14. Seventeen year old De’Marquise Elkins is the suspected gunman. According to local media he is also suspected in another shooting, but details have not been released.

Here is where the village comes in. The mother, sister, and aunt of the suspected gunman have all been arrested and charged with felony obstruction. Police say they provided false statements and sent them on a wild goose chase. People don’t normally try to protect relatives from prosecution when the crime is this heinous. This shows a shocking disregard for the rest of the community. (more…)

Many people were wondering what approach Mark O’Mara would take now that Operation Q-Beam has been successful.    While this is not a formal retort to the court, the GZ Defense Team has posted the following notification as a reply to The State’s Response:

The STATE’S RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST STATE ATTORNEY’S OFFICE FOR DISCOVERY VIOLATIONS, while pointed, has little substance that addresses the very serious motion we have before the Court.

From a legal perspective, the Zimmerman case is about whether George Zimmerman acted in self-defense, but we understand that the case has also become important to the national conversation about race relations, about gun control, and about “Stand Your Ground” laws. Although the Court will not be able to resolve these larger issues, we as the defense team, have chosen to engage in the national conversation in a responsible and respectful way. (more…)

Yesterday President Obama stood arm in arm with the survivors of the Benghazi Massacre and led the nation in a promise that they shall never be forgotten.

Very deliberately President Obama said “speeches are not enough”, he went on to talk about the tears, anguish and pain felt by those family members of the fallen Benghazi heroes, and how they shall never be forgotten by the nation they served.

It was quite moving….

Wait, huh…. what’s that?…. Ooooh, Newtown people….  huh?  wha.. Sandy Hook…

Whoops, my bad.

If you read the Orlando Sentinel article written by Rene Stutzman today, maybe you will be able to witness the leverage over O’Mara we have oft talked of, and described as being dangerous to George Zimmerman’s defense.

George Zimmerman and his immediate circle of influence were/are well aware of the risk O’Mara has presented.   They know he lied – yet they stuck with him.   Perhaps because they felt sorry for him, or perhaps because they simply had no other option.  Regardless, it is now abundantly clear, the full extent of the compromise.   Perhaps today, they are more understanding…. 

Note not only how Bernie De La Rionda is talking – but note also what references he is talking to. Specifically calling back into light the Financial Affidavit with a well placed rhetorical question to O’Mara: …”do you really want to go there?”… (more…)
