UPDATE:  Thankfully there are fewer people reported as killed from initial reports.  However, that is little comfort amid the backdrop of man still missing.

WEST, Texas — Rescue workers searched the smoldering ruins of a fertilizer plant Thursday for survivors of a monstrous explosion that leveled homes and businesses in every direction across the Texas prairie. As many as 15 people were feared dead and more than 160 others injured.

Daybreak revealed a breathtaking band of destruction extending from the West Fertilizer Co. in this small farming community about 20 miles north of Waco. The thunderous blast shook the ground with the strength of a small earthquake and could be heard dozens of miles away. (more…)

On Monday night 4/15/13 (the day of the Boston Bombing) new media reports from the Boston area discussed that an apartment belonging to a Saudi National,  Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, in Revere Mass,  was searched by FBI and Law enforcement.  Abdul was in the U.S. on a student visa.

Federal search warrant is now being executed at 5th floor apt 364 Ocean Ave in Revere, MA – alot of activity, different agencies on scene.

BOSTON (AP) — In what could be a major break in the Boston Marathon case, investigators are on the hunt for a man seen in a department-store surveillance video dropping off a bag at the site of the bombings, a Boston politician said Wednesday.

Separately, a law enforcement official confirmed that authorities have found an image of a potential suspect but don’t know his name.

The development – less than 48 hours after the attack that left three people dead and more than 170 wounded – marked a possible turning point in a case that has investigators analyzing photos and videos frame by frame for clues to who carried out the twin bombings and why. (more…)

UPDATE: Federal agents on Wednesday arrested a suspect in the mailing of letters to President Barack Obama and a U.S. senator that initially tested positive for the poison ricin.

The suspect was identified as Paul Kevin Curtis of Tupelo, Miss., federal officials told NBC News. They said he may appear in court as early as Wednesday night.

Both letters carried an identical closing statement, according to an FBI bulletin obtained by NBC News on Wednesday.

According to the FBI bulletin, both letters, postmarked April 8, 2013 out of Memphis, Tenn., included an identical phrase, “to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance.” (more…)

TEXAS – The wife of a former North Texas justice of the peace implicated her husband in the shooting deaths of a local district attorney, his wife and an assistant prosecutor, according to court records filed Wednesday.

An arrest affidavit revealed Kim Lene Williams told investigators Tuesday that her husband, Eric Lyle Williams, was the triggerman in the slayings of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, and assistant prosecutor Mark Hasse. McLelland and Hasse prosecuted Eric Williams last year for theft of three computer monitors.

Kim Williams was arrested early Wednesday and charged with capital murder. Eric Williams has been in custody, charged with making terroristic threats. He has not been charged in the slayings. (more…)

Ideological Progs never retreat, they just evaluate the opposition and change their approach.

President Obama just delivered one of the most toxic and partisan press briefings in the Rose Garden against the backdrop of the defeated Gun Control Amendment.   Within his words the next steps are brutally obvious.

“The current leader of the nra used to support these background checks. So while this compromise didn’t contain everything I wanted or everything that these families wanted, it did represent progress. It represented moderation and common sense,” Obama said. “That’s why 90 percent of the American people supported it. But instead of supporting this compromise, the gun lobby and its allies willfully lied about the bill.”

Obama calls the 60 vote threshold (2/3 majority needed – constitutional provision now 3/5ths) a “procedural rule exploited by the minority party“.

The media has been ping-ponging back and forth all day on the issue of whether or not a suspect has been arrested/detained.  Yes… No…. then yes again…. then NO.

BOSTON – Two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing have been singled out in surveillance videos of the scene, sources told the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. U.S. counter-terrorism and law enforcement officials told The Times that the suspects in the Boston bombings were seen in a department store video that caught images of a man leaving a backpack near the finish line.

A second federal official said he has been briefed that authorities believe a second video or photo showed “two men with two backpacks.” (more…)

BOSTON – The search for forensic evidence turned up pieces of black nylon that could have been from a bag or backpack at both blast sites, DesLauriers said. Law enforcement sifting through the damage also recovered pieces of BBs and nails, possibly from a pressure-cooker explosive device used to maximize injuries.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack, which killed at least three people and wounded more than 180 others.

“Someone knows who did this,” DesLauriers said. “The person who did this was someone’s friend, neighbor or co-worker.” (more…)

When we began this quest 8 months ago we really had no idea the depth of manipulative corruption we would discover. Indeed we only knew of six sworn statements given in what we were told was a “small internal investigation”.

Boy was that ever an understatement.

After extensive inquiry the first batch of statutorally required public records were released.   That is what we have been sharing over the past week.   Within that release we can grasp the scope of the investigation, and how far it extended beyond the internal confines of the General Investigative Unit of the M-DSPD.  In actuality the investigation reaches all the way to Sanford, FL.

Gylmar Ochoa was a Detective in the wrong place at the wrong time.   It’s as simple as that.   The guy was just walking through the property room when Yvette Wilson was bringing in the stolen jewelry recovered from Trayvon Martin’s backpack.

Yvette Wilson, Property Room Specialist, was retrieving the Jewelry so that Detective Hadley could photograph the evidence as a supplement to the previous file, “Criminal Mischief”, complaint.

Ochoa was walking through when Wilson and Hadley were lining up the jewelry and screwdriver on an open cubicle.   Hadley asked Ochoa if he had a camera, he did not.  However, Ochoa took photographs of the jewelry and screwdriver with his cell phone and then sent the pictures via email to Detective Hadley.
