What happened to the release of the Martin Family VS. RTL Homeowners Association Settlement?     Wasn’t that supposed to be released around April 15th?…..  Or did O’Mara’s filing mess up that determination?

Next scheduled hearing date still scheduled for April 30th?

Last week we brought you the story of Abdul Rahman Ali Al Harbi, the Saudi exchange Student whose apartment was searched immediately following the Boston Bombing. Glenn Beck promised to reveal more information – and indeed he has….

Background points:

• A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing
• As the story gained traction, TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national, originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi
• Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject when confronted by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill.
• An ICE official said a different Saudi national is in custody, but is “in no way” connected to the bombings.
• A congressional source, however, says that the file on Alharbi was created, that he was “linked” in some way to the Boston bombings (though it is unclear how), and that documents showing all this have been sent to Congress.
• Key congressmen of the Committee on Homeland Security request a classified briefing with Napolitano
• Fox News’ Todd Starnes reports that Alharbi was allegedly flagged on a terrorist watch list and granted a student visa without being properly vetted.  Sources close to the investigation also told him the Saudi is still set for deportation.
• New information provided to TheBlaze reveals Alharbi’s file was altered early Wednesday evening to disassociate him from the initial charges
• Sources say the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts
• Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed.

Once again, same storyline, same type of crime, and the same insufferable avoidance by the media to discuss not only the race of the perps, but also their intents and motivations.   Wash-Rinse-Repeat…. blah, blah, blah…..

It was another “Thrill Killing” – but the media just cannot grasp the intentional motive.

Six black teens all under the age of 17 shoot and kill a 34-year-old white male driving down the street in a suburban neighborhood of no particular consequence, for no apparent reason.    (….stop me when you get to the point where you’ve heard this before….)

The black shooter thugs?   One was 13, two were 14, two were 15 and one was 16-years old.

Here are the reports which outline the crime, discuss the random brutality, and in the most insufferable way – ponder what possibly could be going wrong.

Scott Herald (doofus prog-writer) –  […]  The motive? Authorities have described it as a carjacking turned lethal. As he stopped at the intersection of Keller Avenue and Hansom Drive shortly before noon on April 2, Boyer was shot at point-blank range.

Background of kids –  On some level, whoever raised those kids failed. Even if the others were only along for the ride, they didn’t know the value of human life, the very stuff Boyer dedicated his career to saving. (more…)

CANADA – A potential bomb plot on a passenger train over the Niagara River has been averted, a police source says.

While officials have not confirmed the train bombing plan, the RCMP are holding a news conference at 3:30 p.m. Monday to outline details of the arrest of what they say was a planned terror plot.

One police source said there were several scenarios being looked at during the year the suspects were tracked, including the train plot. (more…)

One, perhaps positive, thing that’s coming from the Boston bombing is the ideology of the Prog-Left being dragged out into the spotlight.    Cue Secretary of State John “ketchup boy” Kerry – who compares the victims from the Boston terror attack to the militant islamists  killed aboard the Gaza blockade ship Mavi Marmara in 2010.  

Yeah, he said that ! 

(via GWP) Nine people were killed aboard the Gaza-bound Mavi Marmara after IDF troops  encountered violent resistance by “peace activists” when they boarded the ship.  The so-called “peace activists” were armed with an assortment of weapons. They threw stun grenades and beat the Israeli soldiers with pipes and chains. The ship failed to comply to Israeli commands before it was boarded.  The terrorists planned the surprise attack on the Israeli troops in advance.

[The Marmara was boarded by the Israeli Defense Force because the ship violated the anti-terror blockade.   The IDF soldiers came under attack from Turkish ideological Islamist passengers militants as they tried to thwart the ships’ arrival.   The IDF returned fire.] (more…)

BOSTON – Law enforcement sources tell ABC News that the Boston Marathon bombings suspect is awake and has been responding sporadically in writing to questions.

Officials say they have been asking about other cell members and other unexploded bombs. Details on any answers given have not been released.

A senior law enforcement official also told ABC News that FBI negotiators tried for roughly 20 to 25 minutes to convince suspect number two, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, to give himself up. Officials say there was a verbal exchange between them and the suspect, and then the 19-year-old eventually fell out of the boat. (more…)

Typical ‘America Sucks’ leftist perspective.   When Rush Limbaugh predicted the media would “circle the wagons” if the bombers were muslim perhaps he should have gone wolverine and predicted they would actually BLAME US for it.  

Brokaw represents Modern-Progressive Perspective.  This is how the current Democrat Party followers actually think and believe.   Don’t make excuses for them, or try to rationalize what they are saying – just accept it.   Modern progs hate America, they hate everything about America, they hate freedom and principles of freedom.   Everything bad that happens is “our fault”, and nothing is the fault of their ideological followers.

If you doubt this is actually their view, think about what they would be saying if the Boston Bomber was a Tea Party member.   Do you think they would be saying it’s “our fault” for not accepting a smaller government model more in line with the foundational principle of our republic?  ……  Ha, not even close.
