During a June 13th 2012 PBS interview with Frontline Jonathan Gruber explains with great and specific detail how the entire construct of ObamaCare came into being.  Full Video and Transcript HERE (while it lasts).
Within the interview he is asked questions about meeting with President Obama.  Gruber discusses meeting with Obama in 2006 as a senator, and then meeting with Obama in the oval office as President when they brainstormed the “Cadillac Tax” and came up with the way to fool people about taxing for healthcare.  There’s no longer a way the White House can try to distance themselves from Gruber.

FLASHBACK 2010 – […]  The White House is placing a giant collective bet on Gruber’s “assumptions” to justify key portions of the Senate bill such as the “Cadillac tax,” which they allowed people to believe was independent verification. Now that we know that Gruber’s work was not that of an independent analyst but rather work performed as a contractor to the White House and paid for by taxpayers, and economists like Larry Mishel are raising serious questions about its validity, it should be made publicly available so others can judge its merits. Stage Five – The “taxpayers” realize their previous healthcare premium was considered a pre-tax deduction. (Progressives call these “tax expenditures”).

This is how employer provided healthcare premium payments are now going to be considered income.

Two years ago we took considerable flak for highlighting the Nine Anticipated Stages of Obamacare Outrage.   However, despite the political delays provided by the White House to avoid consequences, and given the context of the Jonathan Gruber video (recently surfaced) we can advance to stage #5.    
The 2013 meme for antagonism around Obamacare was to point out the inherent falsehood behind the statement:

“If you like your insurance plan/doctor, you can keep it“.

Anyone who has spent even a modicum of time following and researching this administration will note the only wording out of place was the first use of the term “you”.
The statement from President Obama would have been accurate if he had said:

..”If I like your insurance plan, you can keep it”

Where “I” is actually defined as the political ideology behind the phrase.
It is the progressive ideology which defines what you can, or cannot, have. Period.
The entire premise of the ACA, or Obamacare, was government defining all the common denominators.  The recent Gruber video puts a fine point on this aspect.

In essence they needed to create two impressions, one real and one false.

Almost nothing needs to be said as the Angus King video speaks for itself.  Senator Angus King supporting the Democrat viewpoint that people don’t know enough about what’s best for them and so then need to be deceived in order for liberal rules to embed.
In essence: The ends justify the any means.  Americans are not interested in the process and constructs….  let us tell you what you want and need.  If you don’t agree with us, “you are cruel” and just trying to kill people.

(Via Fox News)  The Daily Caller’s Patrick Howley reported Sunday that Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber had said at the University of Pennsylvania’s 24th Annual Health Economics Conference that it was a good thing that Americans never realized what was in the Affordable Care Act, because “the stupidity of the American voter” would have otherwise killed the law.
But for unexplained reasons, the University of Pennsylvania has pulled its video of the event, which took place in October of 2013. ”This video has been removed by the user,” a message now reads. “Sorry about that.” The video is still embedded on the conference page, but playing the video gives a similar error message.
One person who was angry to hear of the apparent cover-up was Bloomberg columnist Megan McArdle. “This is pretty shocking behavior by my alma mater,” she tweeted, “Why would @Penn pull down a public video that has political implications?” (link)
UPDATE #2 :  Mark Levin picked up on the removal, and discussed on his radio broadcast.  Like Magic, presto, links mysteriously show up and start to work again – Here’s the FULL AHEC Panel just not on the U of PA website.  Go figure…. looks like someone got caught playing “hide the evidence“.

This is a follow-up to a previous argument. Two district courts have split on the issue. The language of the legislation itself is specific that only exchanges set up by individual states are eligible for federal subsidy. The ObamaCare defenders claim differently.
Everyone with common sense should work to insure ObamaCare collapses – because it’s a total fraud and getting worse. 
To use the administrations’ own figures initially the goal was to create healthcare for 30 million “uninsured”.  According to the feds own figures they have registered 1.2 million people on the federal exchanges.   According to the same stats 70% of those registrations are qualifying for Medicaid (a state program).  That means only 300k are paying for some form of coverage, or actual health insurance.  
So a program sold to benefit 30 million is only benefiting 300k   And to benefit 3 million they are destroying the coverage of 300 million.  Think about it.
This was never about “Healthcare”, this was always about “CONTROL”.  

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Friday to hear a legal challenge to a key part of the Obamacare health law that, if successful, would limit the availability of federal health insurance subsidies for millions of Americans. (more…)

At 2:14am on December 24th, 2009, while Americans prepared for the Christmas holiday, Democrats perpetrated a treachery upon the U.S. electorate that should have been their undoing.

This so called landmark legislation was done exclusively by Democrats against the will of the people. 2010 the sleeping giant began a process of tossing every one of the socialist usurpers from office.
Obamacare was touted by Democrats and President Barack Obama as a historic vote and moment in American history, the Obamacare health care bill has passed the Senate, in the dead of night, 60-39. Not one, not one Republican voted for this disaster called Obamacare.

Literally, under the cloak of darkness, Democrats rammed their holy grail of a socialist construct down the throat of every American. We no longer needed to imagine having ideological representation that did not represent the will of the people – we saw it. (more…)
