MIAMI FLORIDA – During the National Action Network’s rally in Miami, Florida, where 2000 supporters of the groups efforts to pressure the Department of Justice to file civil rights charges against George Zimmerman, Tracy Martin, the father of Trayvon Martin took questions from reporters gathered to cover the event.

Martin was asked if one of the real reason Trayvon Martin was suspended from his school in Miami was due to “an altercation” he alleged to have had with one of his school teachers. Mr. Martin answered that “he could not confirm that” and he had “no knowledge” of the purported incident. Martin added that “we all knew he was suspended from school” and that it was his decision to take him up to Orlando. When asked if he thought it just a rumor that his son Trayvon had “an altercation” with his teacher, Martin said that “it wasn’t anything like he had an issue with his teacher.” (more…)

The DOJ/CRS dispatched Atlanta based division head Thomas Battles to coordinate protests against the Sanford law enforcement community. Thomas Battles coordinated several groups to assist in the campaign. Local Organizing for America (OFA) leaders were paired with local NAACP leaders, and the Community Relations Service led, fully indoctrinated students called, “Dream Defenders” were used as unwitting foot soldiers. (CNN) – President Barack Obama said Friday that “Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago” in his first live comments since the verdict last weekend in the case of Martin’s shooting death last year.

Samantha Power is Cass Sunstein’s wife. She had a baby last year. Before that she worked in the White House as a foreign policy advisor. It was Samantha Power who created the “Obama Doctrine” – and framed the R2P (Responsibility To Protect) intervention rules for POTUS.

Samantha Power was the primary decision maker behind our interventionist entry into war in Libya. It was her, along with Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton, who led the entire framework of our response to the Libyan uprising – and specifically our military engagement to protect al-Qaeda in Benghazi (Eastern Libya). WASHINGTON (AP) — A White House official says President Barack Obama will name former aide Samantha Power as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

Power will replace Susan Rice, who will take over as Obama’s national security adviser. The official says Obama will announce both appointments from the White House Wednesday afternoon. (more…)

ORLANDO – The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday afternoon appealed to civil rights groups and community leaders, nationally and in Sanford, for help investigating whether a federal criminal case might be brought against George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, one advocate said.

The DOJ has also set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation.
Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law – who earlier in the day joined calls for federal civil rights charges against Zimmerman, said that later in the afternoon, she joined a U.S. Department of Justice conference call to discuss the prospects. Crump then contacted Orlando Attorney Natalie Jackson to begin the process of formulating the offensive strategy. Natalie Jackson is a Seminole County NAACP board member and serves as a member of the Legal Redress Committee. In addition Natalie Jackson’s mom, Francis Oliver, is a major activist and historian within the NAACP.

Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump hire Media Communications expert Ryan Julison, who Jackson had previously worked with on the Sanford Sherman Ware case where they were able to extort leverage financial restitution from the son of a former Sanford Police Lieutenant; the son’s name is Justin Collison, and he was charged with beating Sherman Ware. In addition to money paid to Sherman Ware, Collison, the grandson of a very wealthy former federal judge, also paid off the NAACP. Ryan Julison ran the media campaign to support Ware.
While Julison went about pitching the racist white George Zimmerman murdering the innocent Trayvon Martin to the media, which he did very effectively, Benjamin Crump got in touch with his former cohorts from the Martin Lee Anderson case; namely Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and National NAACP President Ben Jealous. TEXAS – The offices of a Dallas law firm representing a high-profile State Department whistleblower were broken into last weekend. Burglars stole three computers and broke into the firm’s file cabinets. But silver bars, video equipment and other valuables were left untouched, according to local Fox affiliate KDFW, which aired security camera footage of the suspected burglars entering and leaving the offices around the time of the incident.
The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General. In recent weeks, she raised a slew of explosive allegations against the department and its contractors ranging from illicit drug use, soliciting sexual favors from minors and prostitutes and sexual harassment.
