Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson and running-mate Bill Weld have a proposal for the panel in charge of general election debates: Put a third podium on stage, let Johnson debate, and if his ticket doesn’t meet subsequent criteria for debates the Libertarian ticket won’t make a peep.
