Pope Francis (2007) No Communion For Pro-Abortion Catholic Politicians

A massive amount of division lays at the heart of many George Zimmerman supporters regarding his legal counsel Mark O’Mara. In an effort to heal the infection – here is why it matters, and what it infers moving forward.

Personally, I am not a fan of Mark O’Mara – simply because I do not trust, nor am I willing to excuse, those who have shown a history of untrustworthy behavior. However, I will try to disassociate myself from opinion and reflect upon the integrity issues within, because, quite frankly, George has NO option(s) – For better or worse, he’s stuck with him.
History – Mark O’Mara ideologically, like his friend and CNN contributor Mark NaJame, is more in alignment with the people who are prosecuting George Zimmerman than the people who support him. Mark O’Mara’s central outlook toward life is “progressive”, and he infers that sentiment into his approach. This ideology and familiarity is why Mark NaJame’s firm recommended O’Mara.
In short, he’s a legally left-leaning Democrat; and his views on gun ownership, stand-your-ground laws and trial lawyers, are counterintuitive to the position of the client he represents.
Most professionals would argue that attorneys are capable of separating their individual biases when advocating for clients positions. This is generally true; However in the case of Mark O’Mara he has specifically framed George Zimmerman’s positions on the case as if he is distancing himself from his client. Intellectually honest persons would agree with this overall impression that O’Mara exudes. (more…)
This should come as no surprise, and yet simultaneously emphasize the reason why the George Zimmerman prosecution continues. Additionally, the Community Relations Service (CRS) is within the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ and they are a prime example of the manipulative racial dysfunction within the larger organization…. Example: George Zimmerman case [Miami-Dade and Orlando].
(Via PJ Media) Today the Department of Justice inspector general released a report on potential Labor secretary nominee Tom Perez’s DOJ Civil Rights Division. The timing of the release to coincide with his nomination was certainly accidental, because the report paints a damning portrait of the DOJ unit he managed.
The full report is here. [There are weeks of stories in this report].
The 250-page report offers an inside glimpse of systemic racialist dysfunction inside one of the most powerful federal government agencies.
Ohhh, now there’s a surprise…. Let’s see, when was the last budget signed into law? Oh yeah, September of 2007 by George W Bush…. Since then, not one single day of Obama’s presidency has been while the Federal government had a budget restriction.
Not.One.Day.
WASHINGTON DC – President Obama’s plans won’t balance the federal budget in the coming decade, he said Tuesday, stressing that his top priority is growing the economy and not a balanced budget.
“My goal is not to chase a balanced budget just for the sake of balance. My goal is how do we grow the economy, put people back to work, and if we do that we are going to be bringing in more revenue,” he said in an interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos.
Obama said he’s opposed to House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan’s budget plan released Tuesday, which would balance the budget in a decade. (more…)
[Via WFB] A federal jury convicted former Detroit Democratic Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick on Monday of 24 charges, including racketeering, extortion, attempted extortion, bribery, mail fraud, wire fraud, and filing false tax returns, according to the Huffington Post.
The five-month corruption trial alleged that Kilpatrick, his father Bernard Kilpatrick and contractor Bobby Ferguson ran a criminal enterprise out of Detroit’s City Hall. Prosecutors said the former Detroit mayor, who has already served over a year in prison for perjury, spent $840,000 more during his tenure than he earned. They’ve charged the former 42-year-old mayor with 33 criminal offenses that include charges of tax fraud, bribery, extortion and RICO charges. Ferguson and Bernard Kilpatrick have also been accused of racketeering charges. … (more…)
After initially throwing their support behind one of the Moonbattyists of Moonbats – The Progs are now second guessing themselves…..
WASHINGTON DC – A survey conducted for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee of the Kentucky Senate race by one of their leading pollsters may be cause for the DSCC to pull back from supporting Ashley Judd’s potential campaign for Kentucky Senate, according to a recent report.
According to the Louisville Eccentric Observer, after receiving the results of the poll, which The Hill has learned was conducted for the committee by Fred Yang, who formerly worked for Gov. Steve Beshear (D), the DSCC is “reevaluating” their initial “all-in” support for Judd, as it showed Kentucky Secretary of State Allison Lundergan Grimes (D) might be a stronger contender against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character”.
(CNN) – Rep. Marcia Fudge, chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus, expressed concern in a letter to President Barack Obama over the lack of African Americans among his new Cabinet picks.
“Congressional Black Caucus offices have had numerous phone calls from constituents questioning why none of the new appointees will be able to speak to the unique needs of African Americans,” Fudge, D-Ohio, wrote. “Their ire is compounded by the overwhelming support you’ve received from the African American community.”
The president faced criticism at the beginning of the year when he picked white males for some of the highest spots in the administration, including secretary of state, treasury secretary, defense secretary and chief of staff (the latter of which has the status of Cabinet-rank).
White House staff, however, said Obama was not finished with his cabinet picks. (more)
If you do not join the demand for co-dependent compliance – the media will ridicule you. It has always been thus. It’s just another angle of Alinsky Tacticians. There are multiple ways to “Isolate” – “Ridicule” – “Demonize”…..
The destination is the goal. A sailboat of evil constitution – headed to its home port of wretched despair – will at times have to use a process of “tacking” left and right, to take advantage of a wind not directly at its rear. But let that not blind you to the forward progress – toward the home port……
…… Only a fool would think such a manuever intends a change of course. The destination is unchanged, it just takes a little longer when the Spinnaker is unable to be deployed. (more…)
