When you see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion – when you see that in order to invoke your sixth amendment right to due process, you need to obtain permission from men who rebuke the constitution – when you see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics – when you see that men get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and your representatives don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you – when you see corruption holding influence and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified – you may well know that your freedom is soon to perish. 

Yet will you rise in opposition? – Will you stare boldly toward the evil glare of political corruption? – Or will you allow the fear of cultural Marxism to replace your resolve for justice?

The Supreme Court held in United States v. Carll, 105 U.S. 611 (1881) that “in an indictment it is not sufficient to set forth the offense in the words of the statute, unless those words of themselves fully, directly, and expressly, without any uncertainty or ambiguity, set forth all the elements necessary to constitute the offense intended to be punished.” Vague wording, even if taken directly from a statute, does not suffice.
For the next 24 Hours we are asking every patriot within reach of this message to contemplate the value of their liberty; and if capable of commitment, to stand bravely amid the face of great adversity and pledge hope, or more, to the Zimmerman Defense Fund.

This is far less a consideration of Shellie and George Zimmerman, this is about YOU.  For in as much as they wait tentatively behind the bars of injustice, there but for the grace of God we may stand in their stead.

Apparently we, as in every non-black person in the United States, are being warned by both the Congressional Black Caucus and President Obama that “Race” is the only important distinction of our republic.
Here are two articles citing both a warning from the CBC that if George Zimmerman is found not guilty there will be riots, and simultaneously from President Obama that he has “black voters backs“.
Gee, whatever happend to a post-racial America and those “purple states” he spoke so fondly of?

That’s an odd statement.   Why only problematic in 2012?  Think about it….
WASHINGTON – Race riots could ensue if George Zimmerman — the shooter in the Trayvon Martin case — is found not guilty of second-degree murder by a Florida jury, the Congressional Black Caucus’ executive director allowed yesterday.

“I think a ‘not guilty’ verdict is extremely problematic in 2012,” said Angela Rye, the Executive Director and General Counsel for the Congressional Black Caucus. She said, “I don’t know,” when asked what would happen in the event of an acquittal. “I know that folks have talked about race riots — I don’t know that.
I think that we live in a day and age where people are educated enough not to do that. I know that his mother and his father have asked for peace, peaceful solutions, not repaying evil for evil, so I’m not sure. I think it would set us back . . . there’s no value to racial violence or any other kind of violence.” (more…)

Critical Thinking – Yesterday I posted a video  and CNN story that hit the “national news” of a Step-Father in a fenced back yard, with a baseball mitt, and a belt, and a young boy, with a baseball.
The video was not posted just to “stir emotion”…..  It was posted because there is a critical aspect to the Trayvon Martin case that people are overlooking.  Well, most people.    Bear with me.


Like the Trayvon Martin case, yesterday’s video, which drew the ire of many TreeHouse participants, was/is a media narrative.   The media narrative was “Step-Father beats Step-son for dropping ball while playing catch“.   That was the substance of the media construct, and it included a nice u-tube video to support it. The following is a new article written by Jeff Weiner and picked up by The Los Angeles Times regarding Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law.   Over the next several days I am going to put together an outline for further discussion/investigation/research on the various entities with expressed interest in defeating the Stand Your Ground law and how they have come together.   However, for now here is what Ryan Julison’s Orlando media pal has put into the media fray 
ORLANDO, Fla. — The nation’s fixation on the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin has led many to question whether an impartial jury could be found for the trial of his killer, George Zimmerman.
But it’s possible a judge, not a jury, will decide Zimmerman’s fate. Zimmerman says he fired in self-defense, and many expect his lawyers will eventually ask for an immunity hearing under Florida’s controversial “stand your ground” law.

Often described as a “minitrial” in which the judge serves as jury, such hearings are unlike other criminal justice proceedings. (more…)

The sheer volume of rabid pro-Trayvon ideologues at the TreeHouse gates is staggering.  Seriously, I’m not kidding, it is staggering.  What is also unbelievable  is their level of complete disconnect from reality or fact-based information.  It goes to show how strongly embedded the initial portrayal of a false media narrative can be.
We can thank Trayvon Family media consultant Ryan Julison and ABC’s Matt Gutman for the primary false fabrication.  They, along with the ready enablers  in Orlando Sentinel’s Jeff Weiner and Rene Stutzman have really done a number on the factual psyche of millions.

Kyle Rogers from Examiner.Com deserves major credit for having the fortitude and courage to track, investigate, research and write about something the media refuses to discuss.   Hate Crimes.   Specifically, Black Hate Crimes.  Kyle even assembles an interactive map of the known hate crimes from the month of May.   This is a must read for any Truth Seeker willing to confront the rabid and insufferable culture of political correctness.

Over the past couple years major media bosses have publicly admitted to censoring black crime. Editors from the LA Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, New York Times, and the Associated Press have all publicly confessed to censoring black crime. Recently I’ve personally been able to obtain statements from two media outlets admitting they have a policy of censoring black crime. This includes the Newark Star-Ledger and WYFF, the Greenville, SC NBC affiliate.
This censorship is all about politicizing the news. In 2007 the LA Times made an official statement saying that accurately reporting crime would “unfairly stigmatize racial groups.” In other words, politically correctness trumps public safety. This censorship is most blatant when the crime involves a black perpetrator and a white victim. Especially if racial hatred was a motive.
Since the media frenzy over Trayvon Martin, there have been a few sizable public scandals over the censorship of black on white crime. A few major media outlets have discussed the censorship of black on white crime including World Net Daily, The Blaze, Daily Caller, Rush Limbaugh, and Bill O’Reilly. These guys are all opposed to Governor Scott Walker and his ultimate goal in rebuilding a fiscally strong United States of America.  Their primary current objective is to insure the failure of the current power and influence of the United States.  (more below)
Yesterday I noted the flaw in the Wisconsin Exit Polling.   The exit polling, heavily influenced by motivated dems, showed a 50/50 split between Walker and Barrett voters.  Hence, the media was claiming it was going to be close.   It was not.
The exit polling was eight points off from the reality of the actual vote tally.   THAT is a  huge disparity in polling terms.   The actual result was 54/46 Walker win.
The same exit polls showed Obama ahead of Romney by Seven points.   Again, flawed.  If you apply the actual statistical error rate (eight points) to that numerical equation the reality is more like Romney ahead by one point over Obama in Wisconsin.  It is simple logical math, and is further proven with a recent CNN poll in neighboring Michigan.  CNN now confirms:
(Obama, Romney neck-and-neck in Michigan – CNN) – A poll released Thursday showed President Barack Obama and his Republican challenger Mitt Romney locked in a dead heat in Michigan, an indication the state, which carries 16 electoral votes, will be a big player in November’s general election.

WOW,  You simply must watch these videos – ALL OF THEM – for how the players engaged in the narrative during this Monday March 26th City Commission Meeting.   It is obvious how much pressure the city commission was under.   Listen to the speakers, the intensity, and look at the council members faces, including the mayor.

This is an example of how old school Lynch Mobs were created.   It is stunning, simply stunning.  Filled with lies and false statements including from Benjamin Crump.  The meeting minutes are available HERE.

[…] On Monday evening, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Sharpton and the Martin family attended a City Commission meeting, which drew so many people that it was moved from City Hall to Sanford’s civic center. About 500 people sat on folding chairs inside and hundreds more stood outside watching on a jumbo screen, many wearing T-shirts saying, “Do I Look Suspicious?” or “My Hoodie Does Not Mean I’m a Criminal.”

“Something will change because of this,” said Tasha Barnes, 26. “It’s got to change. Police don’t want a riot, and if justice is not made, there will be a riot.”

Mr. Jackson, members of the Martin family and Mr. Sharpton spoke at the meeting, with Mr. Sharpton telling the Sanford city commissioners that the city is risking going down in history as Birmingham and other infamous cities did during the civil rights era

More information came out earlier in the day about Trayvon’s 10-day suspension from high school, a topic the family has been reluctant to discuss but that led to his being brought by his father to Sanford in the days before his death. (more…)

The Weekly Standard has a great rundown on the latest Wisconsin Democrats rally efforts with national Democrat figureheads flying in from around the country.   You know things are not looking good when Jesse Jackson is the most reasonable, and civil in tone, at a rally.   Despite 2-J’s comparing Governor Walker to former Gov. George Wallace, who was a Democrat mind you, his rhetoric was by far the least hate filled.    
Carrying around so much hate while maintaining such an anger filled visible disposition must be very draining.    The rabid hatred of Governor Walker is beyond normal political disagreement.  The rally speakers even went so far as to include comparisons to the 911 World Trade Center terror attacks and Walker allies to be jihadists. 
TWS – Shortly after 5:30 p.m.   Sunday, a flashy two-car motorcade pulled up in front of the Destiny Youth Plaza on the northwest side of Milwaukee.   A crowd gathered around the first car to greet the Reverend Jesse Jackson, visiting Milwaukee to speak on behalf of Wisconsin workers and to rally voters to unseat Governor Scott Walker in the recall election here Tuesday.   If anyone was bothered by the fact that Jackson arrived to speak on behalf of the working class in a Mercedes Benz S550 (starting price of some $100,000) and that his escort vehicle was a Cadillac Escalade ESV (starting at about $75,000), nobody showed it.
Jackson was ushered in the front door and quickly escorted to a back hallway, where he mingled with VIPs as a cameraman from WISN television, the local ABC affiliate, captured the warm greetings he had for union leaders and prominent Democrats. (more…)
