Lester VS. Zimmerman Bond Decision….. "Advanced Lessons In Judicial Railroading"

Judge Lester is specifically and intentionally using his power to manipulate the Orlando court system, in a flawed ideological effort to avoid being on the wrong side of those political forces who can bring him down.  It appears George Zimmerman is being set up to fail with the current Bond Ruling.

The Judicial Order establishing bond has been structured and worded with the specific intent of “using” the legal system to produce a  “desired outcome” (key words “using” and “desired”).
IMHO  –  Representation from “outside” Seminole County is needed asap, and serious consideration should be given to keeping GZ in jail for the moment.   Safer ten-fold. (more…)

UPDATE #31 George Zimmerman VS. Trayvon Martin — "The Next Blow"

The speculation about the actual encounter between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin continues to be obfuscated and presented in disingenuous terms.   It is time to address the actual known facts about the physical encounter.  Period.
As a 17-year-old matriculating young man Trayvon Martin was actively a follower of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) style street fighting.   Research into his known interests reveal that Trayvon was not only prone to enjoyment of MMA street fighting, but he was an avid follower and participant. This is evidenced by his own U-Tube subscriptions to MMA fights and his conversations with others about it.   He watched videos, followed MMA fights, and even participated with other friends in acting it out.

Again, as a reminder, if you look at Arm wrestling brother subscription Trayvon had to trujillodragonhulk, on the surface it seems innocuous. But it deals with, and showcases, underground fighting, and MMA style street fights. Go check it out. It looks like it became an interest to Trayvon around the time he had a signficant growing spurt, about a year ago (April/May 2011). (more…)

Hours Of Evidence Delays Judge Lester's Decision on Bail

SANFORD George Zimmerman‘s defense attorney was expected to do the predictable thing: beg the judge’s forgiveness and ask him to again let the Neighborhood Watch volunteer go free until his trial on a second-degree murder charge.
Instead, Mark O’Mara swung for the fences. He put on a dramatic three-hour murder defense and submitted a pile of evidence designed to prove Zimmerman’s innocence.

It left the judge with hours of evidence to review and no chance to make a quick decision. It is not clear when Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. will announce his ruling.
The bottom line, according to O’Mara, is that Trayvon Martin beat and bloodied his client, pounded his head into a sidewalk and wound up “shot and killed because of his own doing.” (more…)

George Zimmerman Case – Putting The Recent Developments Into Context

How does Chief Bill Lee’s firing tie in with Detective Chris Serino’s removal, and Matt Gutman’s admissions?   Some of this is a combination of factual evidence and blended with a reasonable hypothesis from three months of investigating the players.

It really is not that complex to identify the motives and consequences of the latest developments in the Trayvon Martin Shooting against the backdrop of evidence discovery and known personalities.
First, Lead Detective Chris Serino –  From the outset Detective Serino has held somewhat of a valid chip on his shoulder toward George Zimmerman.  Somewhat valid.   Did he cross the line?  Yes.   Was it out of some grand design to see George Zimmerman incarcerated for Second Degree murder?  No, not likely.
Serino was non sympathetic toward Zimmerman’s position for a variety of reasons.   Zimmerman had thrown his department and some of his pals under the bus regarding the Sherman Ware case against Justin Collison.  Maybe he even thought of Zimmerman as a rogue do-gooder blended with somewhat of a grandiose vigilante complex.
So from the start he just didn’t care for him.   Besides, from his perspective, if Zimmerman had just sat his butt in his car and waited for the police to arrive none of this would have happened.  Especially not all the grief brought upon his department once again by the same loud mouth that created the prior problems with the former Police Chief.   So Zimmerman, from Serino’s perspective was getting a dose of Karma. The Mindset is All Connected – The REAL Racists Speak In Their Own Words….

There is a growing reality coming to the surface.  However, the cultural marxists, those with white guilt and the PC crowd, will not discuss it openly in the sunlight.

The opponents to self defense laws, gun ownership rights, Stand Your Ground laws and issues surrounding the individual(s) responsibility to protect themselves, are more visibly concerned about self defense empowerment creating the inability for blacks to be more efficient or productive in their attacks against non-blacks.
That is really what Natalie Jackson is saying here.  If you defend George Zimmerman you are allowing non-blacks to defend themselves from black thugs.   Guns in the hands of non-blacks allow those who would be victims to defend themselves and that cannot be allowed.
Following the Jackson logic:  Non-blacks should just remain securely in their homes.  Should they need to travel, they should drive with the windows up and doors locked while passing through the safari to avoid danger.   The same mindset in The Virginia Pilot beatings – If you stop at an intersection to obey traffic laws, and if your car is attacked with bricks, stay inside keep the doors locked and drive away quickly.
To quote the Colorado Mayor Michael Hancock just last night:

“We will not surrender this city to anyone,”

Unwilling To Be Victimized – Vancouver Woman Whoops Two Teenage Attackers

In the video, and in the article, the local law enforcement again repeat the mantra she was “lucky” and it is best to avoid confrontation/contact with attackers.   However, does anyone consider that the “avoidance principle” is exactly what empowers these attackers to escalate their activity?
Two teenage boys, one 16 and one 18, grope young Ms. Dang, and let’s say she just took off running, what do you think these boys will do next time?   While I certainly agree that a person should never put themselves knowingly in a position of danger, once that danger is encountered I do not subscribe to automatically thinking the best option is to engage the “victim” mentality.
Obviously Ms. Dang was prepared, and well trained, to defend herself.   Why should she be diminished, or even admonished, from the capacity to do just that “defend herself”?
Many people mistakenly believe one of the roles of government is to protect them from physical harm.   However, this is not the case.  One only has to look up the concept of “affirmative duty” to understand what the Supreme Court has defined as the role of any government entity in regard to protection of citizenry; both at Local/State and Federal levels.  In short it can be encapsulated as: (more…)
