WASHINGTON — The explosives used in the deadly Boston Marathon bombing were contained in 6-liter pressure cookers and hidden in black duffel bags on the ground, a person briefed on the investigation told The Associated Press on Tuesday.

One of the explosives contained shards of metal and ball bearings, and another contained nails, the person said.

A second person briefed on the investigation confirmed that at least one of the explosives was made out of a pressure cooker. Both spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.

Two bombs blew up seconds apart Monday at the finish line of one of the world’s most storied races, tearing off victims’ limbs and leaving the streets spattered with blood and strewn with broken glass. Three people were killed, including an 8-year-old boy, and more than 170 were wounded.

President Barack Obama said called the explosions a terrorist attack and said law enforcement and intelligence officials were trying to determine who was responsible. No one has claimed responsibility for the bombings.

WASHINGTON DC – There is only one certainty surrounding the terrorist attack that occurred in Benghazi, Libya last September 11th: seven months later, the American people and the families of the victims and wounded still do not know all the facts and specifics that resulted in the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other American heroes. However, I am cautiously optimistic that momentum is building this week in the quest for the truth.

In separate letters to Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the groups Special Operations Speaks and Operational Security (OpSec), along with 700 retired military special operations personnel, urged support for House Resolution 36 which is being sponsored by senior Republican Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA). House Resolution 36, if passed, would create a select congressional committee to thoroughly investigate the terrorist attacks in Benghazi and what the Obama Administration did and didn’t do. (more…)

You can report on the crap….. or you can get up and do something about the crap while you are reporting about it….  And simultaneously beat the snot out of the enemy you fight – in this case “The Media”.

Instead of reporting on the absence of reporting.   If they want to really ‘out media’ the media and simutaneously actually “push back” against that which they rail against;  Then why not use judo instead of karate?

What would be more effective?   Showcasing the absence – OR – filling the void?   What do you think would be the outcome if one one day a bunch of people walked in to fill these benches?   People like:  Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, Jim Hoft, Matt Drudge, TEAM Breitbart,  Dana Loesch, Greta Van Sustern, Mike Huckabee, etc… etc….

Juvenile delinquency in Florida’s public schools declined dramatically during the last six months of 2011, the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) announced today.

Delinquency referrals in schools throughout the state declined 16 percent compared to the same period the year before.   School referrals declined in 46 of Florida’s 67 counties, with Miami-Dade recording the biggest numeric decline (353 cases or 60 percent) in school-related delinquency.  A school-related referral is an arrest for a juvenile misdemeanor or felony committed on school grounds. Yesterday we brought you the story of a self-proclaimed race-based attack against a white woman by three black people.   One of the perps who beat her with a hammer, and then lit her on fire, admitted they killed Melinda McCormick because of a “hatred for white people”.  

Unfortunately it is now customary for the mainstream media to ignore the story because the victim was white and the racist attacker was black – this fact does not fit their agenda – Only White People Can Be Racist – …..  Reverse the races and this would have been carried on CNN – MSNBC and all the alphabet channels all day.

Also unfortunately, Ms. McCormick was not the only victim to suffer a death by hammer as a result of racism.  

In Ohio, a couple, Mr and Mrs Schobert, were brutally murdered by Shawn Eric Ford Jr, who choose to use a sledgehammer. 

Mr. Schobert was a lawyer, and Mrs Schobert was active in their community civic groups.  They were a loving couple raising an adopted black daughter Chelsea. (more…)

Now – This really happened (obviously because it’s on tape), and yet “Progs” (that means you progressives) will look around saying: “wha, what… so what, it doesn’t mean anything”?

Here’s the issue being debated.    If black men, or Muslim men, commit violence against women, should the media:

a) ….report the violence because the victim is female, and this supports our agenda

OR

b) ….. censor the violence because the perp is a racial minority, and that does not support our agenda.

There’s a reason you do not see coverage of this in the Main Stream Media –  There is too much painful self exposition in the trial of Kermit Gosnell for the Legacy Media Complex to put in front of the general public.   Of particular note is our Dear Leaders ideological belief that such activity of Gosnell’s engagment is supported by his own internal compass – or lack thereof.   Consquently, avoidance becomes the guiding principle…..   But the trial continues:
